I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional care that Dr. Motaz and the team at Canadian Vet Clinic provided for my beloved Toast and Toffee. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and pet-friendly.
The clinic itself is clean and well-equipped, creating an stress-free environment for both pets and their owners. Their Receptionists Felcy Rose , Allen & Satish is very friendly, helpful and compassionate, making the entire experience positive.

Charles is amazing at helping clients, I have always had a smooth experience because of him being able to handle our big and excited dog each and every time we go.

I had a terrible/harrowing experience as well as very rude behaviour by the staff at Dogventure HQ in Al Quoz, we then immediately called Canadian Vet who slotted a time for us, stuck with the schedule as well must say the kindest cooperative staff that one can wish for.

They went out of their way to make our pup Simba feel calm and gave us advice and made us feel relaxed.

We do encourage all first time pet parents that this is the place to visit.

Friendly and professional clinic staff.took my cat for vaccination even after closing. They did the vaccination quickly and the cat was not even afraid, although he was always under stress from the doctors.thanks a lot for the service!

What an amazing vet! A big thank you to Dr Motaz and all the staff who looked after an injured stray for 1.5months as an inhouse patient after calling almost 15 vets to help with a serious injury - this one offered to help. They sent me daily updates and videos and were immediately responsive over whatsapp. Visiting hours were handled with in person information from any of any of nurses. They treat the animals with care, attention and love! Would highly recommend

This is not a good place for the people going for an interview just loss of money and time. They call for interview everyone who is sending them interview. They said at the interview that you are selected and we will call you for training.but no call came from their side.and again after one day they posted advertisement for job. So if any veterinarian is seeing this if they call for an interview dont go you will waste your money and time.

Amazing service my dog recently got neutered and the care he received was phenomenal. Very happy to use this vet and will come back.

I can categorically state that Canadian Vet Al Wasl is among the best as our dogs was admitted there for 7 days. They’re sending us updates from time to time. We were recommended Canadian Veterinary Clinic when our new puppy Pepa suddenly fell very ill. Dr Dan was fantastic both in communicating with us and his expertise. The staff are great and genuine animal lovers. This is now our regular Vet and I highly recommend it.

I’m thankful to have found Canadian Vet Clinic after living in Dubai for the last 6 years. I have been bringing strays in for TNR and also difficult cases and they give excellent rates.
The medical staff is extremely warm and compassionate towards the kitties I have brought in. They are also very patient in their explanations and visits never feel rushed.

Wrong diagnosis of my cats problem by the doctor! Wanted me to do a surgery and pay 4k. However, it turned out it was not needed and was totally another issue!

I was very satisified with their services and on how they took care of my dog when I was out of the country. They have consistently sent me videos and update me on his condition. All of their staff are very friendly and accomodating. Overall, I was very happy and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Kudos to everyone!

I took my dog Parvo +ve to their clinic and he was almost dying. The amount of caring, professionalism, dedication even in weekends, and support I’ve seen was outstanding. Four days of intensive medication and supervision, and the doctor was calling me on daily basis comforting and updating me about the dog’s condition. They called me today saying that my dog tested -ve and I can take him home. Special thanks to Dr. Dhan and his amazing nursing team. I can’t thank them enough tho.

Words are not enough for the happiness we feel right now.

Let me tell you the story of our Smokey.

She's our first rescue. We got her more than a month ago, we had her checked by a vet but I was told she had/has herpes for cats. As you can see, she's half blind.

The vet said that the vaccinations should not be done right then because she needs treatment as she also had gingivitis, which we treated for 7 days with antibiotics.

After the medications we had her spayed as we had male cats in the same flat with our roomate. We didn't want any tension between them.

Fast forward to December, we finally had her for vaccination on the 3rd of Dec. ; unfortunately one week ago, she started feeling lethargic and she isn't eating nor drinking. We asked our friends who are cat owners what can we do for the meantime as home remedy, as we thought she was just sad as we left her for a few hours the night before.

But, the whole day she didn't eat. We got so worried late that night, so I tried to check vets around our area that had a good feedback from people.

I saw Dr. Dhan's name and I immediately asked his help. Instantly, he replied and gave his number to me to call and asked what happened to Smokey.
I told him all that we did, he gave hs initial findings, but he insisted to take her to the vet to get throughly checked. So we did what he had asked us to do. Monday, 12.12.2021, after all tests and waiting, we were told that Smokey is Parvo (Panleukopenia) positive

Our hearts sank thinking the worst thing that could happen to her. But Drz Dhan assured us that he will do his best to take good care of Smokey.

He and the team were so consistent in giving us updates and very accommodating to us as well. Dr. Dhan explained all the medically related things we needed to know to understand what was going on. I remember crying to him the day he told me she was parvo+, but he handled my emotions really well with a sympathy, and I can feel his care for Smokey as altogether. I also remember that he told me after I asked him 'what % is the chance Smokey can get through this' he didn't answer, but instead he said " I AM NOT ONE TO PUT ANY ANIMAL INTO PTS. I WILL ALWAYS TELL YOU TO FIGHT, SO LONG AS YOU CAN SEE THAT SHE IS FIGHTING. DO NOT GIVE UP ON HER"

His words gave us hope and so we did all our best to make Smokey feel that she isn't alone. We visited her every night and told her we love her very much and she should fight. ️

Upto this day, I can't believe Smokey made it.

One deadly virus can't beat our love for Smokeyy. Not to mention the care all the staffs at the Canadian Vet Clinic showed her. They let her feel that she needed to be strong and fight for us all.

Be careful about the hidden charges. I took my dog to do a cough vaccine, the doc gave the medicine and later charged me with the cough vaccine and "consultation" fee (she only tested the temperature of my dog). And I was told by the Philippine doctor (seems to be in charge, but don't know the name) that it's Mandatory to do the "consultation" before giving the medicine. That is fine, but at least the customer should be informed about the charges before you carry out anything. (The consultation is 150 AED +VAT).

I had an awesome experience this morning with them. All the staff are very friendly. Dr Dan and his vet.nurse are all professional. They know well what to do, medical facilities, and pet supplies are all available there. Highly recommended clinic ️

Excellent veterinary care from Dr. Dhan DVM for my 3 dogs. Clinic is clean and spacious. Staff are helpful and courteous. Price is fair and reasonable. Location is superb.

We had a great experience dealing with the clinic for my 10 year old Lab' ear haematoma. Dr. Anu was really professional and explained to us all the possible solutions clearly. Dr Anu was exceptional in the way she handled our dog and closely followed up with us till his problem was resolved and it was commendable that she was able to avoid a painful and riskier surgery for our senior dog. I would highly recommend Dr Anu and the clinic. Many thanks Dr Anu.

Dr Geraldine and the staff at Canadian vet were all very accommodating throughout this entire process. They made sure to give Pedro the right treatments and patiently walked us through all the steps necessary to help him get better. They were very approachable and transparent whenever we had questions about his case. They consistently sent us updates of his status which made us feel more at ease. I felt confident that Pedro was being looked after well whenever we had to leave him in their care. I really felt that Pedro's well-being was there top priority. I really recommend Canadian Veterinary clinic if you want a place that would put your pet's welfare first. Thank you Canadian veterinary clinic️

I am really disappointed with this clinic. I work with them as Driver for 6 days on trial. The branch manager is agreed to pay for my work but later HR said we will not pay you and block my number. Its totally unfair.
I am already job less in this pandemic situation. So i will not suggest anyone to use there service because of their cruelty behaviour to there staff.

Horrible experience with Dr. Geraldine, she is absolutely clueless in her diagnosis. Their only agenda seems to be pushing expensive vitamins & unnecessary tests to rack up the bill & all the while my poor cat suffers at their expense. They just want to hit their quota of charging you AED 500+ on every visit, everything else including your pets health is not their priority.

One of the best vet clinics I saw in Dubai. Friendly and supportive staff. Well managed. Also they have a variety of good quality food products for cats and dogs at a decent price.

Its a big vet clinic compared to few others that I have been. The service staff could be more friendly (compared to few others). The Dr s are experienced and would recommend to other people.

Very professional staff and vets. My cat is an aggressive senior, but the vets wrestled with her patiently, restrained her, suffering scratches as they medicated her.

We had to change our vet as the previous one was far away. Place is very nice, they were kind to our cat "Lucky". And I saw the boarding too, clean and neat. Very pleased.

The vet is experienced and they have a good facility for the pets. Lots of royal canin products and pet items available for purchase. Reception staff are polite. Place is clean. Slightly expensive but then they are located in an expensive locality so this is expected. I would have liked the vet to be a bit more communicative in telling me about the pet and problems.

We had a great experience with Dr Geraldine, Ms Nadia & the team of nurses. They took care of our 10 week old pup during her bout with parvovirus and together she beat the dreaded disease survived. Great team at canadian vet.
