Very affordable canine for dogs training, very friendly staff and the best part is it’s very clean all the time, leaving your pet in a clean place gives you a little bit of extra relief

Very poor place, i give my dogs for one week stay and after they came back i found fleas in all of them, even tho they were protected and they never had it before, Dont send your dogs there

And he was sick

I will start my review off by saying this is my personal experience with this facility. Whilst there are good reviews here, this was sadly not the case for us. After 3 months and AED11 000 in training later, I removed my belgian malinois due to lack of training, lack of communication and lack of professionalism. I knew my dog hadn't been trained at all recently as during the scheduled visits he was not even listening to the trainer himself which clearly meant they were not training him or refreshing what they taught him. Upon taking him home I realized just how bad it was. The once vibrant puppy I had now has no confidence, he has absolutely no drive or motivation to work or do anything which proves the fact that they were not training him. The commands they did teach him, he is hardly doing. The 'basic obedience' that should have included leash training, 'leave it', sadly was not completed as he can not walk on a leash without biting it or jumping on me. There is only 1 dog trainer here and they have alot of dogs, so it was clear to me that my dog was not being trained correctly if at all. The last time I came to check up on my puppy 1 week prior to removing him, he had a smell of urine on him and his coat was sticky which means he was left to urinate himself in the crate without being taken out. When I came to collect my dog the facility owner did not even have the decency to greet us or try to understand what the issue was or even acknowledge us as a customer who trusted our dog with them, instead my dog was handed over to us by the receptionist. At the current time of writing this review the owner is yet to reach out to apologize for this which validates our reasoning behind removing our dog.

I truly trusted this facility to really work with my dog and put in the effort we were paying for but sadly they let us down. This is a valuable, expensive lesson learnt. Do proper research on the training facility and what you want to achieve with your dog.

I’m very happy with their training, my puppy is responding to my commands.finally, i can walk with him without pulling me. Essa the trainer is soo good with dogs.

A great place with professional trainers who are looking for the best interest of you and your puppy and recommend only what is necessary. Will definitely recommend to owners facing difficulties with their dogs. Only con is that it is quite far away.

Very nice place and good for dogs. The staff is friendly and polite. The trainers are so experienced and knowledgeable.
