Stuff not honest
When we buy the cat we ask them about microchip they said we have
Others when I went hospital private to check her by 2 machine it’s not showing
Than we back to the shop and I ask the guy he said yes there is after few seconds he said I dunno I’ll ask he ask he’s manager he told him no
It’s actually the owner
And when we go to them next day he said ya I’ll make it but not today and to the information that day when I pass and ask he said come anytime
At the end he’s rude he should say sorry at least if there is mistake but he was so aggressive we told him we was about to travel and if we travel they will stop us in airport and problem again and we ask about the money for which we pay from our to private hospital he said no I can’t give you
So if all this problems happen after who will pay
No body except me
No way good to talk if there is problem they will not stand and they think about money only
Even the owner came not talk at all he take the cat and make it without ask

Best shop for grooming and buying food for ur pets.u should definately try HAPPY CAT HAPPY DOG its the best food and now my pets love it they have lot of flavours in this German Brand

COLD WATER SHOWER FOR MY CAT IN THE WINTER;
I brought my cat for grooming and shower, after the grooming and before the shower started I ask the lady to make sure use worm water to help the cat relax as worm water make human and animal relax and stop resisting, then she started the shower, I haven’t touched the water to make sure it’s worm enough for my cat because I never imagine that human being could do what she did! During the shower I touched the water OMG the water is COLD, she gave my cat shower with cold water because the water boiler in that shop is not working and when I asked her what are you doing she said the dog was ok with that same water! That was her excuse! I asked how a human being like vet.nurse as she said could give animals shower in the winter with cold water? This shop not vet or grooming shop it’s butcher shop, they operate the professional pet grooming shop and giving shower to all animals with cold water! If you want to give your pet cold water shower in the winter come to this shop, it’s not human at all.

U can get all your pet products. They have grooming set up too for pets. Need to take appointments.

Walked out thinking the whole experience was perfect.
I come home to release that he has cut his claws nearly completely off!
I called him to complain, and got some lousy excuse as to why that happened. Followed by "It happens"

Best & clean for the grooming highly recommended the groomer knows how to handle the dog while trimming. I really loved the hair cut for my dog

By far the worst ever.
Treating my cats like a bag of garbage.
Broke the door of the cage.
Have no idea how to deal with stressed cats.
Even more, he cut my other cats' nail so deep that it bleeded and I had to take her to vet.
And what made even worse that this experienced groomer said: its ok.it happens.
Of course I didn't let him continue and I left.
If you want your pet to get hurt, take it there.

They are sooo friendly and great hospitality and all tools and goods are found there for my pet inaddition their grooming is awesome i am a regular customer with them

Absolutely recommend this place for all your pet’s needs! We brought in our baby Floki for a grooming session, she already isn’t the easiest cat and had a lot of matting of the hair going on around the neck but Mahmoud did a fabulous job on her! It’s great to finally have found a place where you know your pet will be in good hands with people that actually know what they’re doing and who really care for them!
