I returned to this restaurant after nearly 3 years and was disappointed. The food had no taste. It was very bland. The pizza crust had no taste, the margarita sauce was tasting like tomato puree, the veg lasagna tasted like boiled pasta sheets. The food was fresh and piping hot but neither the pizza nor the lasagna had any flavour. Also, the manager's response to one of our feedback on another food item was like "its your problem".

Worst experience. This has nothing to do with Italian food. I cannot understand the good reviews at all. Are they bought? Did they ever try real Italian food? I've never seen an authentic italian restaurant serving chicken Tikka and hamburger pizza or shashlik. I got food poisoning eating here and 2 of my colleagues who went with me also got problems with their stomach. 4 days later, I am still doing horrible. The food was disgusting, the bottled water was ok.

Going here since tye 90s, this place is a hidden gem, must try their pizzas, the best in town ️

The food was very Tasty.
Tasted Fresh and Filling.
The Tiramisu was rich and the Freshly baked Garlic Bread tasted Awesome.
The Lasagna was also good

Comfort Italian food. Perfect for those chilly Dubai nights.
Great vegetarian options (vegetable lasagne, chilli cheese garlic bread, vegetable pizza just to name a few - 5 star)
Do not miss the tiramisu

Super poor service, not allowed to use the toilet without consumption. Horrible attitude, don't know how the owner manages the staff, how can such a restaurant want to eat here!

This place got recommended to me by Rajesh 25 years ago. Me and my family have been going to this restaurant for 25 years weekly. We ALWAYS order from this place even during covid times. The Chef's amazing and makes the best Italian food ever. 10/10 def recommend. The prices, service and food are extraordinary.

Awful.customer service from the manager we faced in this many years. We are regular customer and often visit this restaurant to enjoy the food and have quality time with my family. Paid for a meal for 2, we still didn’t finish our food and we were approached by the manager requesting us if we are done with our dinner since the other customer was waiting for the same table they were also couple only. And other table for 2 member was also empty. When I said no you can’t request us since still we are not done and I’m enjoying my dinner with my wife please don’t disturb us (because we paid to be there too) we were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs.

Id understand if we had been there for a long time already after finishing our food, but we had not even been there for more than 40 or 50 minutes at this point. Very unprofessional and rude. He need to learn how to treat his customer well. Would give it a zero star for today’s experience.

It wasn’t as i expected and the food don’t deserve the price I think it’s overpriced and the food test was bad

Amazing pasta and the pizza was a win with my family. The portions are good sizes and we definitely felt full after the meal.

It's been our family favorite joint as the food is super delicious and we often meet our friends who also like this place, Capri has been frommy childhood days and still has the same taste and memories, the staff really pays attention to the fullest be it at dining or your delivery service and are very humble, I can anytime recommend that you visit this place and you will be happy to experience the true love of the food and take back some great memories.

The restaurant has truly stood the test of time. My family, friends and I have been eating at Capri for over 15 years! The food and service has always been consistent. Special shoutout to Mclloyd and Shaila who are always super helpful.

Capri has been my goto pizza place for years. Everything you order from there is amazing. From their veg and chicken fajita pizzas to their lasagna and garlic bread. It is of dubais oldest pizza joint and if you havnt tried it you must. Really a hidden gem

I first went there as a child around '91-'92 and it was my first ever encounter with Italian food. My parents loved the place. I had my first ever pizza there and the memory of that pizza never left me.

Went there a few days back after all these years and ordered the same pizza and it was just as I remembered - delicious! Highly recommend the shrimp pizza and make sure to add some tabasco.

This place is an all time favourite.the food never disappoints you and the whole vibe itself is so good.

We tried the pollo chicken pizza, it was brilliant. The potato mash and cheese were also good (even though I don’t like cheese).
The staff is courteous and nice.

The food was above my expectations. Pizzas had a well done base, not soggy, and the pastas are well done.

Table sizes in terms of numbers are good. From 2 seats to 9 persons seating.

Would go back for the 8th time.

Authentic Italian Wood Fire Pizza. Live coming here with friends. Most favorite dishes here are Garlic Bread with Cheese, Baked Mash Potato with Cheese & Vegetarian Pizza.

One of the oldest Italian restaurants in Dubai and still delivers the most delicious Italian food. The service in restaurant is perfect and polite. They are the only pizza place who deliver pizza super hot to your homes.

They are so friendly but this restaurant has no identity, it is not Italian and you will never know. I do not think that i will come back again.

It was early so not busy, in fact we were the only folk there. The bruschetta was lovely as was the ministrone. My pal was quite surprised it was a deep pan pizza but it was very nice.

It's one of the oldest pizza joints in Dubai and till today maintain their original taste with traditional Italian decor and feel. The Baked mashed potato with cheese and Black pepper sauce is a must have as it's their signature dish! Love this place since 20 years and forever will!

This restaurant in the Dubai World Center area serves Itallian food. If you want to have a feel of what it feels like eating in a restaurant in Italy without leaving Dubai then head here. Ofcourse you will miss the Italian accent and some and some dishes but it is definitely worth it. I always make it a point to have one meal here whenever I am in UAE.

The restaurant cancelled our order without informing us, and we were assuming the dish is taking time until we checked for it being late.

Have been visiting this place since years. Their lasagna and pizza is a must try along with their sweet potato. I would definitely recommend anyone who loves Italian cuisine

Used to love this restaurant and come regularly until I found a cockroach running through my table today.waiters too busy to come and see the situation.and when informed they told that pest control was done yesterday.will have to complain to the municipality.but it’s mt favorite restaurant don’t want it to shut down so I paid the full bill and left.take care of the pests! No problem with the food

Overcooked lasagna and cannelloni meant texture was not great but the flavour was good! Lack of waiters for the number of customers so service was slow
