Best Car Inspection Station in Dubai reviews

I am so much impressed by the service and staff specially Miss. SARAH AHMED. She is very professional, polite and helpful. Today I have visited there for vehicle ownership transfer. I am so glad to see the services which are up to the mark.

Yesterday I registered my car through Ms. Wafaa Bastaki, she treated it us with a very high level of professionalism, and she assisted us a lot and made our experience very smooth and fast.

Very very bad experience with the supervisor, she is simply sitting to do nothing and rude attitude.i think if you have any rta related service better to go any other center.

I had a bad experience during my recent vehicle testing. Despite renewing my car for the third time with the same bulb, they refused and claimed my oil was leaking, which I believe is not accurate. The inconsistency in their assessment left me dissatisfied...

So efficient,great service. I had my test done and the re registration done within half an hour. If you have to wait longer,there is a Starbucks next door. Thank you for being so professional

Mr. Villiam and Mr. Habib good behaviour very excellent work they feel us like a family's not customers it's my request to RTA give them good bonus

Irresponsible staff.
The inspection staff forgot to update the inspection report and because of their negligence I had to do vehicle inspection once again and pay inspection fee plus penalty

Worse service with no sense of the basics of coordination. Incompetent and untrained technical staff. Highly not recommended.

التعامل جدا سيء من قبل المسؤول مالك حيث انه لا يفهم في الفحص ولا يتفهم ما اقوله واخبرني بان اتواصل مع 8009090 واخبروني بان اقدم على طلب التظلم وتوجهت الى المسؤول وقال لي ثانيا انا لا توجد لي صلاحيات حتى ولو قدمت على التظلم واتمنى النظر في الموضوع...

Very nice service. Shane, Mortaza and Andreas are always available to respond on time and keep updating on the process.
Quality of work is just brilliant highly recommend.

They always delay stuff, i had to take my car and wait for 6 hours just to pass my car…. They need a bigger place with more inspectors and more staff to reduce the delay… what’s the point of modifying and i can’t register my car in RTA dubai
