Agent is nice till you get the container from them. Mr Paliat Did nothing to help us when our container could Not be release because they change on BL. He dont make sense in making instructions. Not recommendable

I would not advise this company. I took container from them saying i can add lil "mark up" thats their term. But they lied.it has been 6 weeks still nothing. I dont look forward to it anymore. Sales Ajith has lots of excuses past few days.i stop doing follow up.you know when a person is making stories already. Worst, when container reach out to the destination, they named it to a different consignee.they charged the real consignee half the price of the freight cost. Freight cost is 10000USD, but caravel counter part charge clearing to 5000 USD. I just said this is crazy. I am dealing the agent in DMCC.very bad. I will not advise this forwarder
