Caribou Coffee

This Caribou is a very cosy spot. It has a lot of seating room and a good selection of light bites as well.

PLEASE BE AWARE- Today has been the most bizarre, disgusting and very disturbing experience at Caribou coffee in al Garhoud branch. When i arrived at the coffee shop there was no barista at the counter, no ne to be seen. I called out but no answer. After around 3 minutes of waiting.i stepped in the washroom - there was a staff cleaning the restroom. I stepped out and back to the counter yet still no one there. After around 5-6min waiting. I called the store number hoping someone from the back office would attend to me. To my utter shock the lady that was cleaning the restroom walked out to pick up.what is more shocking is that she was the barista who made the coffee… this is so very disturbing to have your staff who makes your customers coffee be cleaning restrooms at the same time. Caribou has been my favorite coffee shop for years, but now i would never trust and would always wonder of my coffee is sanitized. I would advise all my friends on this matter too

This mug and drink is all about diving in! My favorite drink is Caramel High Rise, it’s a caramel latte coffee based with whipped cream! Another drink to die for if you love paradox is salted caramel budhino! Hot and cold drinks are amazing, their coffee bean roast is just perfect!
Ask for Meena, really courteous, welcoming, helpful and friendly! Thank you Caribou for serving great coffee!

Calm and Serene place. Love to chill here, one day it happened to be a rainy day in Dubai. It was so amazing to sip the coffee with a cookie bite enjoying the cold showers outside. Wow, the coffee shop was warmer and the weather outside was colder. Absolutely fantastic experience.

Ordered a smoked turkey sandwich with americano coffee.

The turkey sandwich was way below average and the coffee as well

Quite and clean place to grab a cup of coffee or have a small get-together or have a work meeting. Free fast wifi for paying customers.

Very worst service. Ordered twice through COFU app but the order was declined after reaching there stating the item ordered is not available and getting refund was hectic task.

Caribou coffee in general is my favorite. However, this branch is decorated in a way that is calming and somehow unlocks the motivation in a person. I noticed many people go to work and finish assignments and so on. The ambience of the place made an impression on me the most.

Just perfect place to relax and have coffee and quick bite maybe.after your roaming around for shopping
Also they have big terrace outside can be very useful in the cool weather months
The coffee shop is located near to the metro station gate.
It is spacious and clean
Stuff need to be trained better

I order cheese croissant and got some thing else and stuff they talk with me as there is no any problem they don’t care about customer time

Great place for coffee and relaxing chats. Love the conversational furniture layout. Can't say that for the Starbucks store next door (bench style seating)
