Caribou Coffee

African staff named Elgar if am not mistaken was a bit too rude when I just came to repeat my Decaf order as the area was a bit noisy. “I said we have decaf” he responded in an acceptable tone but I just remain calm but he talk nicely to my companion. Is it because I am in my gym clothes? Well I thought that my coffee order was placed but then when he placed the order to our table I was surprised it was just 1 coffee so I came to double check the receipt coz maybe I am wrong but yeah it was only one. So my companion call for his attention and then again “That’s why I asked you? ” He told me again in an audible tone. I remained calm but I think it’s not the right service standard the coffee shop or any guest facing role should have. He indirectly told me that I am the one who is wrong here. My companion told me that he suddenly hate that place because of the service rendered to me.

Good coffee bad service

I’ve always loved Caribou. This is my favorite coffee place in the UAE. Regardless of the branch you visit, their staff is consistently friendly and welcoming.

It's very rude staff.they were taking order before and we asked after 10 minutes please take the order than later when we were calling them they are very rude. Instead of saying we will assist you they are saying come here and order. Alyssa is very rude. I think if customer denies fe few minutes They should have patience and same smile. Went to get some coffee and to work on my laptop but found everywhere someone plugged his laptop and charging the phones everywhere and when I asked the lady there she said our regular customers reserved the tables by putting the laptop there so I can’t sit there because someone charging his laptop and not even around and I asked for the WiFi password the guy there gave me wrong password the place looks like no manager around no supervisor to talk to the customer and everyone doing whatever they like u guys better hire manager or grab manager form another outlet to look after this store this is my last visit to this shop never go back again

It's a very good spot for coffee with your loved ones. It has a terrace. A lot of seating capacity and has also comfy sofas. You can take coffee and also work. They give you hourly coupons for internet. Food is good but recently I noticed shortage of one of favorites i.e overnight oats cups, perhaps it's everyone's favorite:)

Great place.try their signature blends.dinesh is the best.he always have a cute smile in his face.felt very welcoming & unlike many other places the staff dont stare at you and gives you an awkward feeling.

Great place to have meetings, indoors and outdoors option is available, their vanilla latte is intense, chai latte had cinnamon which enhanced the flavor.

Good quality and fair value. The outside smoking zone is helpful even in the extreme heat!

This Costa is really nice for those days where you just want to be productive for work or school with some coffee and cafe ambiance.

Caribou Coffee is one of my personal favourites for a coffee shop. It has some of the best coffees and snacks. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great place to work. Quiet ambience as their isn't loud music blaring. The tables are well spaced. Their new toffee nut drink was nice. The cashier I believe his name was Raj was very courteous and helped me to choose my coffee. I was able to get a Good amount of work done as well.

The best coffee shop ever. We like to sit in their Deira City Center shop in Dubai. Here we work, chit chat and spend quality time with friends.

The seats are a bit odd. Due to covid the placements are gone a bit weird I can say. Coffee still tastes the same (Amazing)!

Unfortunately had a realy bad experience ordered 3 vanila cappucino which was realy not good at all and staff was behaving like we don't know even what cappucino is, telling us to stire the coffee nicely instead of changing it. Then after insisting she atlast changed it which was again not upto the mark it was like i am having americano topped with lot of foam. We were so disappointed with it.
Please educate your staff to not to judge the guest that they knows coffee or not. Their work is to serve a good coffee whoever is coming on board.

since we have pandermic i use to order online or careem,
i always order, Large, but when it comes it looks like medium very sad: (i waited it then im dissapointed at your dcc branch, i use to order and drink coffee at dcc, and i have no complain, but now, see how you service us when we order online! This is my first time that i receive like this,
because i use to order at alrigga same size but not like this!: (: (

I'm always here cos its nice, cosy and chill. The staff is great! Especially Klarise! Such a sweetheart always being very nice to me and everyone else. Keep up the positivity ️ also the coffee is amazing!

I like the smell of the coffee whenever i pass by on this place they have good selection of snacks in the menu as well!

I'm a big fan but why I give a three star is that they have been raising their prices without adding anymore value and that is bad for customers and business and especially for thsoe who are big fans

They are tight handed on their loyalty program and their location needs renovations its outdated.

Aside from that I do enjoy the place their coffee is good and most importantly their staff are great and friendly

I love cappuccino but caribou didn't make me satisfied with their cappuccino something is missing on it. It might be the aroma. Staff service was good.
