Their customer service is excellent plus a free wifi network. Social distanced area. Super fast coffee making. Online services. Open place for wheelchair access. Easy access to the business centre and the hotels.

Staff is okey, drink is normal not good not bad, wifi is limited and really slow, if u need toilet they dont have its really uncomfortable.

It is a 24 hour cafe located in Al Rigga, and still too much people even in the wee hours of the night. I always love the Spanish Latte of Caribou. Will definitely visit again.

Nice place. But the matcha frappe not really taste of Matcha.
The cold tea was good enough and turkey sandwiches.

It's all good overall except for the fact that they dont have washroom considering that they operate 24/7. Customers who stay at night have no choice but to hurry back home to pee or whatnot. The staffs were nice.

We have ordered Iced Turtle Mocha (this is one of my favorite drinks in Caribou). The drinks were insanely tasty - I do recommend you to order the next mix:
- Iced Turtle Mocha with Soya milk (Medium size), the price is 24 AED. Every sip is a pleasure.

Likewise, I want to pay attention that they have the stand with the sugar sticks, wood sticks and napkins - this is very convenient for the customers.

A little bit crowded but the atmosphere was still cozy. Definitely a good place to chill and enjoy your coffee ️

Highly recommended coffee shop in Dubai. I tried many other big names in coffee business. But Caribou Coffee actually surprised me with their quality products.

If you’re looking for a place where to relax this coffee shop would be best for the quiet place, They have the coffee available and even some fresh baked goods as well. The ambiance of this shop was so relaxing, and the staffs are highly capable. I could not ask for more tried the caramel apple latte it has unique flavor. PS please fix the wifi passwords

I ordered turtle mocha and salted caramel bundino. Staff was kind but taste was not good as other branch.

3 times I bought in this branch 0 customer service. No greeting no nothing. It's like your talking to a robot. Ordered with marshmallows didn't include it in my drink
Compared to Caribou office park where all staff are amazing. It's like light and day.

The cafe latte at caribou is just amazing. Do try out the marble cake along with your coffee, it is to die for.

They have some amazing pastries and cakes.

The coffee is good, as usual. The service is below average. The place in average and not too crowded (I was there in the morning).
