Great restaurant, the food is so delicious, location is great in the middle of Marina. Women staff is much better than men.

For the last 4 days, we had 2 times dinner at Carluccio's. The menu is so nice and very delicious meals that you can eat. Mr. Razz, serviced us with smile face, quick and inform the menu with all the details.
I can advice the family with the children. Thnx for everything.

It was a really good experience eating in Dubai marina branch, Jun was so helpful in assisting us which food to order and it was the best pizza and pasta I ever tasted. Good value for your money because it was so yummy and delicious.

As an Italian was okay, food was pretty good a bit expensive but the view is nice right on the marina promenade. The service was really slow, during a lunch time, they should be more organize for sure and also a lot of mistakes

Terrible service. Main courses arrived before the starters, we had to wait so long for the cutlery to arrive whilst the main courses got cold. We were thirsty and the water didn’t arrive till half way through the main course. We are almost done with the main course and the drinks still haven’t arrived. I can’t eat the salad because I don’t have a side plate. Food is good but we will be eating at Dubai Mall next time. I asked to see the manager and the manager did not come. Very disappointing.

More delicious meals and good services. Mr. Razz who is from Nepal ;was also quick, has a smile face and inform edwith the details of the menu, serviced all night to us. Thnx for everything. The place is also useful for the families with the children.

Last week at Carluccio's was an amazing experience. The place was amazing and also great food choices and super good staff. We ordered a Chicken and Pepper Pizza and was served by a guy named Vik. He was so friendly and courteous too. The pizza was delicious. We will definitely come back!

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the servers is also really friendly especially Mr. John. He knows what our needs and having a good conversation and suggestion to the foods in the menu to enjoy our visit, and you can tell making the customers happy is his main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Definitely will come back soon.

Ordered Mediterranean Salad, 80 percent of the salad was Cous cous.
Also ordered Risotto Prawn, the prawn was small in size and quantity, most of the plate was rice.

Had a great time here! Dmcc is the nearest metro station. 5 minutes walking distance from there, tram service is also available from metro station (first station) to marina mall.

I have spent awesome time with my friends there, food, atmosphere and the view are wonderful

Went again to enjoy an al fresco meal but aside from sitting outside there is nothing else worth venturing any food there at present. The chiken involuntini is so bland the chicken, the sauce the mashed potatoes tasted very bland and tasteless. The pizza was so limp and dark (dark tomato sauce reminiscent of tomato paste), he took it back and replaced with a bit crispier one. We had to literally ask for everything, like parmigiana.

Went there Tuesday 10/11/2020 after a hiatus of over 1 yr since this mall was getting crowded and parking was impossible then the pandemic came in and the rest is known.
After opening up and with the weather getting cooler, we ventured out to my fav restaurant at this mall with its picturesque outdoors seating.
The menu is totally new with higher prices, pizza e.g. Is 65-78, pasta a bit higher. One item is not there anymore, which is my fav, is artichoke hearts which adds light sourness to the saltiness. We had the “turkey ham” and mushroom pizza and it was delicious and hearty.
There is however a nice mini menu called Tour of Italy and has the desserts, one of which caught my eyes: Cannoli Siciliano 3 pieces for 29, not a bad price for such a nice treat. However the filling was "mascarponi" but tasted like whipped cream. Cannoli has it's own distinctive blend.
Would I return? Yes bec Carluccio’s was and is and will remain one of my fav eateries.

Great place in the marina mall, always busy, but very efficient service by friendly staff food of a high standard and love the home made ginger ale

Fabulous Eggs Bennadict, Pasionfruit and lemon cold drink is the best. Entertainer for food absolutely brilliant.

Good place for quick breakfast with the view! Ambiance is good— ground floor in Marina mall— promenade view! As it Is Ramadan, outdoor seating were closed.

I’d recommend Florentine than the Signature breakfast.

The coffee was excellent and the carrot cake is the best I’ve had in Dubai. Besides the excellent service and friendly staff.

The quality been melting down through out the years. Poor service, tasteless, awefull.
More than 6 years coming here, it always been inconsistent, but now it's almost unacceptable. Sad.

Do not order using their app, delivery service is terrible.

And the way they manage customer is a disaster, I called 4 times to follow up on my order, each time they say we will call the driver and call you back but nothing happens.

1h30m later food not delivered yet.
Ordered from Marina branch for media city delivery which is 5minutes by car.

Amazing food, we have had Italian around the world. But I have to admit this ranks very high on that list. Good service, and excellent food

The food is really good. They should provide more Vegan alternatives and include the risotto as part of the pasta in order to get the Monday promotions (by 1 get 1 free). Please do not send cutlery and reduce plastic, it will improve drastically the image of your company and the products.

I loved the food! I'm all about it!
So we sat at this random sunny day outside.and we had no intentions of ordering food until we saw their menu. The hosts were really nice too!
So we went ahead and ordered a few things.and my! The food was good! The pizza dough was thin and crunchy enough. The sauce was not saggy and it was all intact!
Im so glad we tried this place. We enjoyed it so much!
We even had kids with us.and the guy's were so accommodating!

Visited this nice italian restaurant for the first time, and would be definitely returning for more.

The outdoor seating is wonderful, though a bit space crunched and very less or no privacy.

The service and food, on the other hand, was prompt and very good. I had Chicken Mushroom Pasta which was cooked very well, portion size was well enough for one. Though, margheritta pizza was slightly over-seasoned. Overall, a good experience.

Average. Hit and miss when it comes to food. Their on-the-go salad selection rarely changes. Nice staff and good service though.

Outdoor sitting area is amazing with nice view. Staff are so nice.
You can relax with your laptop if u have some work to do out of your office.
For food u will find a wide range of varieties, deserts less in varieties but delicious.
I tried coffee, tiramisu and grilled salmon, i can give them all a high rate except tiramisu, can give it a medium rate. Service is so quick which is always important for me.
A must try experience in that time of year in Dubai, nice weather with shiny sun.

This place was much better before. Our entire order can to table together, including starters and main courses. And, everything was cold.

Nice spot for lunch, quite decent prices in comparison to similar places in Dubai.
Prawn Risotto was very good, can’t say the same about tiramisu - it does not taste like tiramisu at all, just mascarpone cream and dry biscuits.
Very friendly and quick service. First Italian place where we could not have a glass of Italian wine - alcohol is not served that is common for non-hotel restaurants in Dubai.

Nice little spot where we had breakfast. Inside seating is in Marina mall and outside seating on Marina walk. Loads of high chairs for the little ones. Although not anything to do for kids. Food is nice and a small selection of food for kids. Service good and food tasty. FYI Marina mall charges for parking now after 3 hours.

Chain Italian restaurant offering healthy portions of Italian dishes - pizza, pasta, meat, seafood as well as breakfast.

Dishes are pretty standard, but the menu does offer ample options throughout the day and the casual Italian food is generally good and satisfying.

There's plenty of indoor and al fresco seating, and service is pleasant.

Very cozy ambiance with outdoor seating right by the Marina. The staff is very friendly and professional. Their coffee tastes great with delicious chocolate Tarte and brownies! Will def come back next time visiting Dubai!
