Great restaurant, very kind and caring staff, very nice seating both indoors and outdoors.
The calamari was very very rubbery and firm. Thats the only downside i had and this branch

Special mention to Jeremiah our server for giving excellent service and food was very delicious

Tagliatelle ragu has always been the best pasta I like here it's so tasty like my mom used to make I always enjoy eating here and the servers are also very friendly and thanks to vik for the fast service

Just had my birthday celebration in Carluccio’s. Loved the food, specially the trimsue and chicken millanese.
The guy Moustafa is so nice and helpful. He guided us through the menu, and kept discussing football with my younger isolated once he found out that he loves Ramos. Would recommend family and friends to go there.

Shoutout to Vik for the amazing service. I always order the Chicken and Mushroom Pappardelle and this dish is simply delicious!

Went here with some friends on a Saturday evening. When we rang we were told there is no need to book a table. When we arrived the place was full and only 1 table of 4 was available which was directly behind the till. This meant the waiter was constantly standing behind and bumping into our seats as it was a tight squeeze.

We ordered 2 sharing platters and 4 main courses. The sharing platters arrived and then 5 minutes later the1 main course arrived. 10 minutes after that the rest of the main courses arrived. We didn’t have a chance to finish our starters before our mains were forced onto our small table which was now full.

Food was below average, nowhere near authentic Italian as they claim and far too overpriced. Will never go back again.

The chicken Milanese was SO GOOD! 10/10! Will be back for sure. Also last time i ordered the diavola pizza and it was really good as well. Love the outdoor seating in the Arabian Ranches branch (given that the weather is currently amazing:)

I had already been to this restaurant a few years ago and the experience hadn't been the best, today I returned and I think I have definitively decided not to go back ever again.
We ordered 3 appetizers, a soup and a margherita pizza.
They served us 2 appetizers and the soup at the same time and after 10 minutes the last appetizer and the pizza always at the same time ‍️We ordered 2 identical appetizers but one was more abundant and varied than the other. The soup was nothing short of terrible in both looks and taste, hospital food in comparison is gourmet food. The fried calamari was so chewy it took 10 minutes to chew per squid and the pizza was worse than a frozen pizza. We wanted to eat outside but the conditions of tables and sofas and chairs are so disgusting that we were forced to choose a table inside. We asked for the bill and got it after 10 minutes, the person who charged us swiped our credit card and left without a word and without even handing us the receipt. In general it seemed that the employees had no idea what they were doing, they kept going around the tables without getting anything done, and as we were leaving we witnessed more complaints from customers who unfortunately had the same impression as us.
We had:
- 2 fritto misto (which you see in the photo)
-1 disgusting soup
-1 calamari fritti
-1 Margherita pizza
-1 still water
260 Aed
I strongly advise you not to go there.

Fresh food. Light on the tummy.
Just disappointed with the mocktails as they were all served mixed up. Had a mojito which ended up like a blended juice. But overall good food, good ambience, great and accommodating staff.

Horrible experience during Iftar. It used to be great place but not anymore apparently. I have review my bookmarks. Very slow service, we had to beg for forks and knives.

The service was very good, the food was so massive. I real appreciate Joan's service, I hope to come again thanks to carluccios

Service is terrible. Ordered two pizzas to be delivered. Only one arrived. Rang the restaurant, who promised the second pizza would be delivered in 10 minutes. Waited and waited for 20 minutes, meantime the first pizza went cold. Rang the restaurant, they had no idea about the second pizza. Said they’d ring the driver.still no pizza after 35 minutes. Refused to refund me so i’m out of pocket on one pizza and had one inedible pizza that had to be binned. Avoid this place if you want to eat.

If you love Pasta, this is your spot! Delicious and so juicy, I’m a huge fan and the spot here is great to sit outdoors and grab a coffee on your way out. You can also use the Entertainer to get a dish for free:)

JUST OKAY service and food. We have been to other branches where both the service and the food were better. Not sure if it was the timing or usually like that all the time. Chicken vegetable Risotto was bland and tasteless. Complete waste of money on the Risotto.

We ordered a veg risotto and Pasta gardinara, both were absolutely tasteless. The Cabonara and ham Pizza was really not good last week either. No more orders from here for us, apart from the Pizza margarita perhaps

Nice place for breakfast.
They have Entertainer but the bad thing is that they always remove the beverage from the combo in all their branches.
The outdoor seating is beautiful except for the flies.

Good service and friendly staff but the food is very low quality. We ordered the set menu and it was disappointing.

Good Italian community restaurant. Portions are okay. They used to serve bread with oil and vinegar as the client gets served but they stopped that.

Waiter Afudhar was so kind and make us quite confortable, additionally we have got a pizza and musroom pasta were really nice.

I ordered online it says 45 minutes but I received my orders less than expected time.and also food is still hot and packed nicely

Very nice takeaway pizza and risotto but wasn’t happy when saw they charged 26.00aed for condiments I never asked for - always ask the customer first without presuming they are happy to pay for things they haven’t asked for

Asked for last two slices of pizza to be wrapped up to take away. Instead the staff threw them in the garbage. The manager Chris contacted us immediately on reading our review and offered really excellent service, spoke to the staff, offered a replacement for delivery and really excelled himself. The food has always been really good and apart from this one minor event the service was great too. Would recommend.

Our waitress wore a t-shirt to remind us that Carlucccio’s opened in 1999 and here, in this small but brightly lit mall bordering Arabian Ranches, in 2019 we find ourselves again in Carluccios. A brand that has endured ups and downs, exits of its eponymous owner and their death. This stalewart of mid-level dining went through incarnations for relevancy. So why come to Carluccios?

There is an abundance of choice with items on display. Carluccios was known for its deli displays taunting you to take a burrata, fresh pasta or ladle of pesto home. And, then remarkably, our waitress presented us with three menus including the usual a la carte menu, the Ramadan 2-3 courses special and a a light bites: at least one seems redundant.

It’s very family friendly with semi-circular booths and plenty of space for the high-traffic baby stroller, nappy valley of Dubai that is Arabian Ranches and other stretches of villa communities.

We ordered a SUPERFOODS SALAD and SPAGHETTI GUSTITO (switched to penne on this occasion). The salad is fresh loaded with green leafy kale, smooth avocado, seeds, walnuts, a sprinkling of quinoa and an added portion of grilled chicken for 17dhs extra. It’s a good portion of healthy food making a break from the predictable carb heavy offering that plagues Italian chain restaurants. I would order it again but it would benefit from a fresh dressing such as a vinaigrette or balsamic dressing. The PENNE GUSTITO was also a good portion complete with fresh tomatoes, black olives and a gentle portion of mozzarella cheese with creaminess that brought the dish together.

This is certainly not my first visit to Carluccios. The food is moving with the times while staying true to its core proposition of Italian family food at affordable prices in a family friendly setting.
