It was the worst visit ever! Today I came there at 2 pm, ordered a bowl of lentil soup, I was sitting there for 25 min, no one brought to me anything, haven't even asked me if everything is okay. No, nobody cares. So I was polite and I asked one lady to follow up on my order, zero result, I asked another one and apparently they haven't even passed my order to the kitchen. What a joke! What kind of ignorance is that?
I will never ever again visit your place again.
I was having my lunch there every other week.well now it's in the past. Please, educate your staff on customer experience.

Every time we visit Dubai we make a habit of eating here (sometimes multiple times). The food is delicious, coffee is really good and the service A+. Highly recommend anyone looking for really tasty Italian food

After prebooking a table for six, we were given a table pushed in a corner by the waiters table (knives forks storage) and some separator boards. I was constantly met with a waiters backside in my face!
Although the Food was nice, service was acceptable.

The food is authentic italian, but became on the pricy side after being removed from the entertainer and smiles app, because the portions are small, so one dish is not enough

If for the taste I would give five.service is fast but not accurate.portions are smaller than usual.for service and portion I would give 3.location is great next to the musical fountain.fried calamari and lasagna taste amazing, shrimp risotto needs shrimp,

Outside door is nice front of the fountain you can see a good view. The coffee is not good it was very strong for a cappuccino.

My favourite Italian restaurant in Dubai, by far authenticity is what they serve. Food is finger licking delicious, I had requested for our anniversary a dessert and received one of the best carrot cake i have ever tried as complimentary. Thank you Carluccios!

The staff was attentive and engaging and on more than one occasion, they asked after us and made sure we had everything we needed.

War ganz lecker, wollte mal wieder was Europäisches und nicht so fleischlastig. War viel los, ging aber zügig und hatten auch eine anständige Aussicht von Innen auf die Fontänen Show.

Our experience is very unfortunate. First of all, it was previously in the entertainers a few months ago and then we found out today that it is not included anymore. I hope they waited till the end of the year to make the change. Then we were told that we can use smiles. But they did not mention that they have2 sets of menus and that it is only applicable to only one of the menus. We found only when we were about to pay. It would've been nice if they informed us while we were ordering.

Ambiance was fantastic.we had a good meal and the kids were happy with the amazing view of dancing fountain of Burj Khalifa …

Waiters were a bit not responsive but over all experience was very good

Thier Cus-cusi salad (mediterranean salad) is tooooooooo yummy - passion fruit mojito- feta cheese bruschetta is good too, light option and comes n 2 pieces ️ recommended (i liked the decoration)

Pricey food, healthy ingredients but not per se the best Italian food. Service isn't very great either: we had to actually call the waiter to place our order and our drinks weren't even poured into our glasses. The view is nice, I'll admit that but that's all. You're better off food wise at Tulum or Zouzou.

Breakfast was amazing. Both quality, quantity and variety. Taste was good and orange juice was very fresh. Coffee was refreshing too.

I had really nice dinner over there. Food is delicious. Service is fast and friendly. And of course view of the fountain at the terrace is wonderful!

One of the most comfy restaurant i been to, food is 5+ stars (taste and quality), cleanliness 5+ stars, staff is really helpful and never got annoyed with our questions. Prices are really affirdable

I would not recommend this restaurant.

Service: the service was unprofessional. No one feels responsible regarding a baby chair, menu, order food.

Food: not authentic, very bad quality (kids pasta with tomato sauce only cooked with tomato paste and oil. No taste, no tomatoes, nothing. The lasagna was not eatable. Also not like descriped in menu. It was not oven baked, not topped with cheese, no bechamel sauce. Other Pasta Gustos was too spicy. You should inform the guest before ordering that it is hot spicy.

Lasagna was given back. The restaurant did not charge. It was the only positive point.

Came in for breakfast.wrong thing to do.ordered the “magnifico”. Not so magnificent unfortunately.the poached eggs had a sad vinegar taste. For some reason the serve fried or grilled pancetta.a salt cured meat that when it is thermally treated has all of the water taken out of it.so u end up with a curly ribbon of pure salt that is inedible. The sausages are bland and tasteless as well.the hash browns are bought frozen and deep fried in house.so I guess u could call it cooking.the mushrooms were actually good. Good quality of food and great service by the staffs especially Victoria and Jhunnie. Very accommodating!

Went for lunch and sat outside Dubai Fountain view. I had the set menu.delish prawn risotto followed by chocolate fondant with vanilla gelato. They accommodated my daughter who is gluten intolerant with a gluten free pasta dish. They also me tioned they had gluten free options also.

Little bit expensive, but what can you expect in a location like this. Pizzas were fine and so was desert. Premium vantage point to Burj Khalifa light show and water fountain show.

Great location for cosy italian restaurant famous in Dubai. This one is attached to Dubai mall in ground floor.indoor seating for hot days but perfect outside al fresco tables right next to iconic Dubai fountain. They have good quallity pizza and pasta also classic Italian appetizers. Main courses are good portions with quallity finish. The deserts are very good idea to try.

One of my favorite Italian reataurants in Dubai - Food is always delicious here and the location of this branch is great, overlooking the dancing fountain. Our waiter Gerald was really friendly and attentive!

Great Italian restaurant, well worth your visit.

Service & friendliness score a 10/10 for me. Wonderful welcome and attentive service throughout.

The food is served quickly, despite the shop being busy - kudos to the back of house team for that! The meals are also fresh, refreshing and tasty.

Highly recommended:
- Peperoni repieni - this is a standout dish, rich, savory and piquant
- Bocconcini caprese - like little burrata balls, with pesto, a fresh, delightful entree

Worth trying:
- Burrata pomodoro - a simple classic done well. My recommendation is to ask for a few basil leaves on the side to really lift those fresh flavours

Give it a miss:
- Pannacotta - make no mistake, it’s not bad at all. It’s not even disappointing. It’s just lacking flavour. For me, pannacotta has a noticeable vanilla flavour, imparted by fresh vanilla pods (this is why good pannacotta is pricy). This one sadly was just a creamy jelly with no flavour. Pity. Could have been a perfect way to round off a really good meal.

Special mention:
- This will be an odd thing to compliment, but here goes: This was by far the most comfortable restaurant chair I have EVER sat in. Ever. How often don’t you go to a restaurant and sit in awkward, uncomfortable chairs designed by someone that’s clearly more about design than comfort and utility. Whoever decided on these chairs for Carluccio’s is my personal hero! Well done!

*UPDATE*

After a couple of times getting my food delivered late and cold, the very pleasant and super professional manager of this branch, called me to apologise and quickly offered a compensation and explained that the issue was with the delivery company that hasn't been organising the several deliveries properly, but the issue will be dealt with.
Also, she sent me a different dish that I never tried before and it was amazing! So good that after this review, I'll be ordering some.

I gave 4 stars before to this restaurant, simply because the food is good. But its not really worth it when you ask to get it delivered and arrives super late and cold. This happened at least 5 times and this still keeps happening. I'm really considering to stop buying here and I will let everyone know how bad the delivery service is.

Yep! Again overrated and overpriced italian restaurant. Unfortunately Dubai mall-due its reputation - has successfully changed the prices of such restaurants. Only because they are located in Dubai mall. There are at least 2 dozen much better italian restaurants in Dubai with 15-25% cheaper prices

Decent italian place which ive been to few times.however, value for money has gone done recently.no longer offering free bread before meals and portions on some dishes have reduced.prices havent;

Really relaxing dinner with my teenage daughter whilst my son was with his friends at the new Avengers movie! Have visited several time previously, always good, food is great. What really makes it is the location. The outside seating in the cooler seasons is best. I sat with my daughter for a good 90 mins eating, chatting and watching the fountains. Love the app btw.

During October they are under construction. Hope they finish soon. My favorite branch. Outstanding food and service.

A very fusion style Italian food restaurant with a little added flavor to Italian delicacies. The Alfredo pasta is great, the Chicken Parmesan and the spaghetti Bolognese are good as well. The staff is alright and the service is fairly quick and the ambiance is cozy. A nice place to visit once in a while.

A restaurant with good view with great food. The kids have kids meal options and get coloring tools. Adults have a great selection. This outlet has outdoor seating with view to Burj Khalifa, Souk al Bahar and the fountains. The restaurant is ideal for group gathering, too. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
