The team came and collected the carpets and brought them back within a couple of days. Team were so so professional and polite but more importantly.the carpets were fantastic.honestly feel as new as the day we bought them. I have 2 carpets both 2X3m and the price was also really really great value for money. 5 stars is not enough!

Wasn’t happy with the service and outcome of the work. When you pay such a high amount you expect something beyond excellent but sadly it not meet my expectations in terms of both quality of work and also customer service.

Carpet was cleaned and returned fast but the chemical used to clean was smelling like a strong odor to the point it irritated our eyes and couldn’t use the carpet anymore.

Great job done, would highly recommend this company. Professional guys who do an excellent clean of mattresses and sofas. Very polite and courteous too. I've used them on more than one occasion.

This was the second time I had my carpet cleaned by this company and they have never disappointed. Both times my carpet (which is white and black) came back looking like new! They really got out all the dirt (and there was a lot of dirt, the white started to blend in with the black lol) and stains. Amazing job. I'll continue to use them.

The worst service you can ever use, very unprofessional and i would give them zero stars if possible. I totally not recommend them as they ruined one of my expensive carpets. Very bad company.

Good and professional service. Only the issue is the smell of laundry detergent. To prevent this I asked for extra rinse, not sure it was done. I would recommend the company to use detergent without smell. I hope it will gone soon as I have only 2 carpets near bed and bedroom is aromatic now.

Called them on a Saturday and they collected my 4 hand-made carpets the same day. Delivered back on schedule a week later. They look perfect, and I'm very happy. I would use them again.

Worst carpet cleaning experience ever. They washed our basic IKEA carpet 2 times, and none of the stains and dirts have been removed. Instead of using this company, I would highly recommend cleaning your own carpets by using basic cleaners.

The 3 carpets i've sent for cleaning returned back very clean, with a nice fresh scent. (The carpets were REALLY dirty and had a bad smell as we have a dog and several cats) Pick- up and delivery as agreed, all in time. Friendly and professional staff. Price/Value is very ok. Highly recommend the service. Will definitely use it again.

Called the company literally NOW and the person on the phone was sounding rude! Like he is totally bothered with the call! Very unprofessional. They have to know that it’s also important to be responsive and helpful over the phone before the customer decides to use their services. In fact the decision is based on the phone interaction.

Edit: 2 days after complaint, i received a message that it will be picked up again for washing next day. It arrived today and seems it is "cleaner". I will edit this comment again if necessary after i fully laid it on the floor and see.

I have just used Carpet pro again to clean my carpet, and once more they didn't disappoint. I really highly recommend them. As for me, I will never use anyone else for my carpets. And they are so reasonably priced. A very happy customer here

Our big sized carpet in the children’s play area was super dirty with food stains, kids art and crafts marks. It was picked on time, dropped off on the promised time, fresh, clean and totally dry.

They actually wash carpets and their managers or owners handle all delivery issues even the smallest ones. Fair prices and really clean carpets always.

Hi friends carpet Pro is thoroughly professional in their work and were on time for the pickup and delivery. Have done a fabulous work of cleaning are not so clean carpet. The driver stayed back to help me unfold it and also to know if it was OK work wise. Thank you Facebook from where I got the number.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR SHEEPSKIN RUGS. They told me they had special machines and process for cleaning animal furs.they ruined my sheepskin rug. I sent it in for light cleaning. Came back with burnt matted hair and the color is all distorted. They took it back to “fix it” and didn’t do anything but send it back in the same condition with color stripped from it. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR GIVE U UR MONEY FOR DAMAGES.do not use this company.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT give them your carpet as there is a huge chance to be destroyed.

We gave the carpet for cleaning and received it destroyed. My only mistake is that I did not check and left it packed for two weeks until our furniture that we bought arrived.

Once I rolled it out I was shocked by the damage and holes inside.

Called them immediately and they said we had three days to register complaint and after that they do not care basically. Tried to explain that I just unpacked it and that I just seen this but they did not care one bit that carpet was destroyed.

One of the photos is the area where they did not damage it and you will recognize how it looked before and how it looks now.

Avoid them at all cost.

And how far they will go to hide they mistakes, their representative sent me a photo of clearly washed and damaged carpet on some pile of other carpets saying that is the condition they received the carpet, what a joke it’s incredible.

Firstly you need to be aware that Persian carpets are priced very differently to their website AED150 per square meter - they were kind enough to give me 10% discount

The gentleman who came to my house insisted they use chemical powders to clean the carpets and not water - I think water would have been a better option frankly!

The navy silk blend has come back with discoloured patches and stained fringes
The red and navy Persian has navy that has turned a weird shade of grey and sections that are lighter

Easy booking, collection and drop off, good communication throughout, although they tried to come a different time to the original booking. Great quality cleaning on ikea rugs. I would use them again.

Tge carpet was in a really bad shape, as we have a dog as well had a lot of stains. They collect the carpet in record time, and delivered as promised. I was shocked when i saw the carpet. My second time using the company and am very satisfied. Placed the order online for next day pick up, received a swift confirmation and pick up was in the time frame requested, with a telephone call prior to arrival. The staff were helpful and polite. Rug returned within 48 hours in super, fresh condition. Was called to book drop off slot and received a call shortly before to confirm they were on their way.
All in all a great job and super customer service.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! They took my carpets for almost 3 weeks, did not answer my phone and finally when they bring the carpet it was damaged!

They took my carpet to clean and said 3 days to return it. It’s been 13 days they don’t answer the phone. I have kids and it’s very unprofessional how we are being treated.

I had a great experience with Carpet Pro. I booked everything through instagram, they came the next day, picked up the carpet and delivered in few days. I was promised the promotional price and it was charged as per that, no issues and easy, professional communication. I would recommend them. Pick up and delivery are free.

DO NOT USE THEM no matter what the case. My carpets came back two weeks late and they are still stained and filthy. They also lost one of my three carpets. DO NOT USE and stay away from them. They don’t answer and lie and always make excuses. Extremely unprofessional

Worst service ever, They ruined my John lewis carpet totally, gave them a silver carpet they returned it is sand color, not only that they carpet hair was totally ruined clearly they did not know how to deal with such an expensive carpet, owner came back to me informing that my carpet is sold in John Lewis for 500 dirhams (no one could believe that there is a carpet in John Lewis for this price) even tho i accepted he buy me same even a display piece came back and said it is not in good condition, When they first took the carpet they kept it for 10 days as they ruined it and couldn't return it back.in the end my expensive carpet is ruined the owner told me to go to DED or accept the 500 dirhams. Don't use this company for expensive carpet they don't know what they are doing they can only do machine wash.

Not reccommend the at all, better not to wash your carpet at all, I had really bad experience with them they took my carpet on 16 of January, and I am still waiting, can you imagine that it is taking half month to jusy dry the carpet, they are not even answering my calls, guy do not give them your carpet,
And finally I am going to complain about them to the authorities bcz i want back my carpet.

Their business name is Carpet Pro and they are way behind professionalism. I had a very bad experience with them. First day they took my carpet and someone from them called asking to pick it up again (bad communication between team members). Second, they said it takes 5 working days and it’s taking half month. The excuse was the rain. Third, they called to ask me which carpet is mine since they lost track of the labels (amazing job!). And finally, they delivered wrong carpet with no updates if they still have my carpet. The end! Bad service.

Terrible people terrible company! Not professional at all. And the worst customer service. Go find someone else and save yourself the headache of dealing with them. I read a review that I’m shocked they use the same excuses for every client, first they said 5 days then they blamed it on the rain and it took a month for them to return 2 of our rugs (which also didn’t look as clean as we expected) and not the third! They never answered our calls and finally some woman manager called us and apologized telling us that they lost it and can’t find it. We sent a pic finally they returned it. It was all misshapen and dirtier than when we gave it to them. Now ofcourse theyr still not answering our calls. This company is a scam.
