Carrefour Ibn Battuta mall is our favourite supermarket in Dubai. Management is fully committed to keep a tidy place, it can be seen. At Carrefour we can always find good deals in fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, eggs, meats, poultry, fishes. From highly processed foods to very healthy foods, all is available there. The gluten free section has good variety of products. Lastly, prices are very fair for most of items and pretty much they give away products approaching their expiration dates. Highly recommended.

I think everyone knows what Carrefour is. So no need for description, except to remind you that the days when Carrefour was the outstanding value place with best prices is long gone. It offers a comprehensive shopping experience and prices are better than, say, Spinneys, Waitrose, Park n Shop (all obviously VERY expensive) or even Choithrams (appears well priced but isn't). But there are many cheaper hypermarkets out there now.

I went to carrefour batuta mall, there is a gold shop there was a sales lady who was using her mobile when i went there to ask the price and when a called her she asked me in very loud voice WHICH ONE YOU WANT TELL ME, I told her pls speak slow i can hear still she said NO I AM ASKING WHICH ONE YOU WANT that was so rude and disrespectful.

This 1 starr is for tv section. Rude staff and they just wasted 20 minutes by saying no staff, we have only 1 person to reply

Nicest branch i've visited, everything was organized, clean and neat, very helpful staff and it doesnt get very busy in the counter (other shops always had to be in queue for long time)

Carrefour is always the best place for grocery and household stuff shopping, this one here in batuta is quite limited when it comes to stock, mall of the Emirates is one of the best carrefour hypermarkets

Good location and easy to access. Free parking available. Carrefour food conner newly added for short bite during the shopping.

The worst online shopping experience, They don't deliver the actual product and the packing is also not good.

The worst customer service, i have placed an order on Saturday and it came on Sunday mentioned the time to be delivered from 5-7 and of course they didn’t deliver on time and i had to sleep at 9pm. Before that i called the call centre at 8: 30pm and told them the situation, they simply said that it will be delivered soon or they might reschedule it to next day, so i said okay then i don’t have to wait for the driver. And when i woke up the next morning all the groceries were just outside with rotten veggies, meat, chicken and milk. And the most worst part is its there outside since Sunday and is Wednesday already its been there 4 days. Keep calling them and they keep saying we cannot do anything from our side and we can only send a reminder and wait for the response. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND IF YOU DO EXPECT IT TO GET LATE OR NOT SO FRESH VEGGIES.

This one inside the IBN Batuta Mall, renovated recently. House of Electronics, Garden Furniture, Clothing (economically priced, short term wear), Groceries, organic food, ready to eat food, fresh Coffee beans, Honey, Wide range of Pulses, Dry fruits, Fresh fruits and Vegetable. Recently introduced mobile wallets (share app) self check out kiosks, which had reduced queues to a greater extent, There is in-house Hydroponics Farm (Sustainable Agriculture), Big New Bakery section etc. After the renovation, I have noticed some tables around the Bakery section, where the shoppers can sit and relax with some coffee and refreshments. Overall it's a good shopping experience.

Great place to buy essentials, etc.lots of varieties.it's basically one stop shop experience.they have real fresh produce.the only interesting part was their home delivery service.for some reasons our recent online order was routed to Ibn branch and most of the produce were out of stock when we know that they have it. Bec almost every week we visit carrefour Ibn branch. Weird. But overall this market is fantastic

Best selections of goods so far. Deals are on oftentimes. Busy on Thursday nights Fridays and Saturdays. Parkings are widely available. Fast food is just next to it.

Very disappointed with the staff of Carrefour ibn batuta. Jinny gila Philpino lady was very rude and unprofessional with her customer. Store was so busy and cash counter are closed i wait for more than 30min in express line when i asked why the cash counter are closed she arguing with me. Ridicule behavior of her you must trained your employees how to deal with customer

Wish it was closer home. They made it far away from residential area. Doesn't make sense.
But a really good place to buy your stuff. Best prices in Dubai. And you get almost everything under one roof.

Carrefour is probably the best because of its competitive pricing, strong brand presence and variety which they provide, it's undeniably the best hypermarket chain in UAE as of now

Yesterday I bought cod in Carrefour ibn battuta mall for almost 80 aed.at home when I took it out of package to cook I realised it was off! Smelled so bad like it was off for days! You sell expired fish or you don't store it properly.next time will keep both receipt and ur stinky fish and report to authorities. Also service in fish section is terrible. Huge queue s and very slow guys who talk to each other or customers they now more then doing their job. Had to wait till a guy will first chat to two men and then disappear for few minutes before giving me fish that turned out to be stinky not possible to eat without getting poisoned and sick.customer service phone number never answers, sending message from phone doesn't work. I guess it's done on purpose.

This one is located in IBN BATUTA MALL. Hyper mart offering a huge huge variety of products to choose from from your daily need things.with deals section everyday with some great discounts n offers. I was amazed to see such a variety of fruits n veggies, tea to raw spices that too with beat of quality ingredients.
A good option if you are looking to take some gifts for yout loved ones!

Long Q and had to 45 minutes in Q to get the counter, needs innovation in shopping, online barcode reader or add more self service counters for payment

Looong ques for the cashier - at all times. Try avoiding this supermarket if you don’t want to waste precious time of your life. I noticed specially for Organic eggs sold here are having very short expiry date, seems like another margin maximization gimmicks

Best supermarket I go to in Dubai, most of house needs under one roof. Helpful staff Nd prices are competitive

One of the famous stores in UAE. They have maintained their name well. This place has a huge rush on weekends.

Carrefour is always my favourite place to shop. I still find the IBN aisle layout difficult for me compared to MOE, but the deals are top notch, the variety is decent and the staff are usually very helpful (1 or 2 outliers exist lol, but customers need to be aware that most staff are only aware about their own sections, they can try to help but can be hit or miss)

If you want to buy something you need to check carrefour as first option. Start with Deira city centre branch and Ghubiba branch them Mall of the Emirates
