Almost everyday im coming on carrefour mcc because of spacious and widely variety of items. Items are good quality too.

A bad experience, especially during the deadlines for receiving orders. I bought a Samsung screen, and when the deadline approached, the date was changed. I do not recommend purchasing electronic devices from there.

My favorite fish is sardines and the staff refused to clean it, he said not allowed because it’s small fish? !

I purchased iPhone worth 4100 from Carrefour Mirdif city center and they hand over the device without any bag and I asked them for any bag to put the device inside just I get sorry

Well organised international outlet. Food products and all special items available.instant cooked items are available in the food area. There are plenty of types of bread items available. Veriety of meat available from different countries, grass fed sheep meat is special. A good collection of many electronics items there.

I love always yo visit Mirdif. Every time I visit I find new technology. Products are fresh and cost is also more affordable. All Indian products are available with good offer. Green leaves are so fresh.

Very specious and you have room to walk freely. Incredible variety of products and friendly staff.

A very good shopping place for residents and toursit. Huge parking space. Located conveniently for both sharjah and dubai residents.

Carrefour at Mirdiff city center is one stop shop for all the daily needs and this branch is well managed and well equiped in all the sections either electronics, household, grocery, kids games, furniture, stationary, cosmatics, fresh fruits and vegitables and all kind of meat/chiken.
The addition of Share app and self payment counters are another usefull option to avoid long queues. As far as electronics section is concerned they have a goof variety of all kind of appliances and gadgets and after sale customer support is also good as I have experianced once for the claim and got excellent support throughout the resolution.

It was good but disappointed they didn't have the history books I was looking for at Borders considering how large the store was.

They have all u need for shopping.and prices are competitive.watch out for their offers.worth a visit

With all-time free parking, this is perhaps the best city center in the UAE. Not as crowded as Deira one. You can find almost all the MNC brand outlets.

This Carrefour is nice, not too big not too small. They usually not crowded like other branches.

Be careful when you buy electronics and laptops from the international warranty because at the most it will covers only India and Philippines, I take two laptops I’m Jordan and the warranty covers India and Philippines.

I was in carrefour on 24 March, i buy grapes with 4.45 as mentioned in the price, when i paid i found it 10.95 so i went to customer service the lady named (roda
) spoke to us she was on super hurry and so rude i explain to her, she asked me if i want to wait for the staff to come or i will refund i said i will wait because this is the third time it happened with me, she took 5min to ask us again if we will refund i said no she reply you will wait for long time she keep pushing us till my wife asked her to refund i asked her can you call me the manager she said his inside, i ask for the email she said she doesn’t have and she told me to use the tablet if i want to complain, so i went inside to look for the manager i almost round all carrefour i didn’t found anyone i asked one the vegetable staff to call me the manager he come back says that his coming he took 30min to come, i explained to him everything and this is stolen, he took the and walk away after a few steps turned his head and said come with me in very rood way and he said show me the grapes like im one of his staff, i showed him he checked the price found it the same i told him, he comeback to me says im sorry not only this item so many items and ask they give you your money back i said yes he said okay i said this is a stealing and you are saying so many items and this is the third time he said im sorry, this is the worst customer service ever i have seen in my life, specially with regular customer who is coming everyday, is this carrefour? Is carrefour stealing? This is carrefour Managment?

Our favorite Carrefour market. It's huge and got mostly everything you need. However, most of the time it's crowded. I guess it's the majority of people's favorite supermarket, too.

I would rated 5 star if they provide better prices and enhance self service, thier self service payment is really bad where I am going through random check always with no reason

I’m their customer since 8 years. All is good except the fruits and vegetables that are most of the time expensive and of low quality.

I am calling for more than three days nobody answers they jest keep you waiting for more than 20 minutes. Also the delivery delay and no one answer

One of the largest Carrefour I have seen. Also well organized with a good layout. Sometimes they have real offers too

Do not use for electronic purchases. They have a thirty day repair service policy even for items under warranty. It means you are without anything purchased for a very long time. Plus they do not extend the warranty.

I orderd through their app, Order number 15600193433263, payment already deducted from my credit card and only one product availability is confirmed by email and no one delivered my items yet, I sent three emails and called million times and no one is replying.

Be aware of the online orders! Your orders always missing and will be unavailable all the time. You do not have place to enter comments for your order items. E.g. You order 1kg of onion and you prefer medium size onions. They will deliver you 2 big onions of 1kg. Ordering fruits and vegetables not recommended at all.

Particularly when you want to make a complain, all the staff says please call customer care number (800 732 32) which is never reachable. Simply they do not want complains and customer comments. They want to run the business how they want.

Pathetic service!

This is the most visited outlet for my family. It is clean well organized and the staff is friendly as compared to the ones in other places. The self checkout counter is boon for people who value time. Overall we have been coming here for years and will continue to come.:)

A very big shipping centre in Al Mirdif area of Dubai. Ample parking space available to accommodate any number of people to such a big mall. The location is very interesting. It's near to the Dubai International Airport. Outside the mark, its easy to spot overhead aeroplanes landing to Dubai Airport. Access to the mall is easy from all sides- from Rashidiya, Mirdif and both sides of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed freeway (E311). The Vox Cinema hall is of the best compared to other places.

There was no bags at the checkout counter so the checking clerk kept asking for it from other employees but no one was willing to help

The prices are different from carrefour to Carrefour Mirdif is expensive compare to burdubai to deira

just Flip it to see old prices and you find you are been scammed by these artist

Me and my family we used to go shop at Mirdiff Carrefour, 4 months ago we bought some South African meat, the guy who helped he gave us rotten meat, when we got home as l was about to cook that's when we found out the meat was spoiled, smelling really bad as in off. Please do not serve rotten meat to customers, throw away.
