Our family went to the carrefour for shopping we got lots of things and I got a skirt so we went to the cash counter and the cashier said there was no bar code we waited atleast for 5 min but he didn't give a damn about my skirt we were just standing there like literally he MR. SHAHEM SAMIR ignored our existence and was just standing ignoring us he didn't call other staffs to take care of the bar code but he was just still at last we just left the skirt there the cashier didn't even try to help us he didn't even speak to us when we were talking to him his arrogant and rude attitude was just not worth waiting

It's Good but in Coridoor Perfume Stal gays Making Fool Peoples as they Putting Price 180 Aed one Perfume sales 30 to 50 Aed. They try to sale fakes with maximum Price!

Bad customer service. Pantene shampoo was labeled 14.75 but charged 28 aed. When I ask about discrepancy I was directed to the customer service. The guy in customer service is not handling the customer on que properly. He is randomly taking the customer. And lately after 15 minutes he inform me to take a token. All the people's who came after me was served. This is totally wrong. Doesn't have name Bach with him but he is a guy with bald head.

Online delivery are the worse! Everything is very bad quality especially vegetables and fruits.my bad luck that my area connects to that branch with online delivery

The guy from bakery was so rude. When I ask him need to write some words in cake he said it’s not possible. Then I said just write happy birthday he wrote it so disgusting way. Please give some training to staff about how to behave with customers.

Carrefour Shindagha.once upon a time was the only one.

One of the oldest but spacious.carrying full range.

If I have to buy any consumer electronics I prefer to check options @ C4 Shindagha than C4 Burjuman.

Lots of space and great offers making this place one of my favorite shopping place, weekends will be very rush because of its location, easy access for everyone bus station and metro few stations away and there is enough free parking space also, I never had an issue to find a parking slot at this area

I bought an iphone XS Max 256GB through Carrefour Mobile app (Supplier: Mobile Zone) and I was very disappointed. When I received the phone it has no charger cable inside and the phone was drained. As I was using the phone I noticed that the battery was draining so fast even it was just on standby. I returned the phone to them to fix the issue but it was the same. The battery was still the same. They kept on telling me that there was no issue with the battery and they do not want to issue new unit. I told them that I will never complain if there was no issue but they don't want to listen so I decided to get a refund. I received the update from the customer service saying that it's possible for refund then I felt relieved. But a minute ago when I replied they removed the 1st message they sent me about the refund and they resend again but it has 250AED DEDUCTION. I was so upset and I know they were playing with their customers. I did not waste any time to argue with them again because it's not worth it. I just let it go. PLEASE BE AWARE BUYING ONLINE they might give you refurbished phones.

Very neat place and a great collection of items.
Basically a one stop solution.
However, am giving only 2 stars, due to one of the staff in the Crockery Section. The guy was very rude and not even ready to answer properly.
Dear Management, kindly ask the staff to talk decently. In Dubai, we can see Customer Happiness everywhere. I too work in service oriented field and I know how customers feel when you don't give them proper reply. Such acts would hinder the customer happiness.
Hope the team will take care not to repeat such instance.

Always come to this Carrefour as parking is readily available and is also situated quite close to the store. No need to haul a cart full of groceries through a mall like most other Carrefour Hypermarket stores in Dubai.

This is one of the largest Carrefour burdubai area. This located in city centre al gubaiba. You can enjoy the shopping from Carrefour along with plenty of international brands like KFC Chicking McDonald’s etc …

Seriously, I guess it's the best Hypermarket in Dubai. All your errands in one place, one visit

I love this place because, of Carrefour is there over here a full fledged of vast area of shopping we can shop over here and all items are at reasonable rates over there in Carrefour, City Centres, Al Shindaga, I will suggest every one to visit this place, really you all will love it.

Good place to shop for daily stuff. Many times discounted prices displayed get charged at its normal price.recomend to check ur bill. Example once buying hot sauce.mild is say 15Aed, hot is 15Aed and extra hot is Aed23.and the logic explained was that Aed15 sauces were nearing expiry date hence discounted. Nevertheless the staff is very customer friendly and helpful.

This review is for Carrefour Online Shop! The absolute worst customer service I have experienced. It was simply impossible to return items. After 5 attempts of scheduling a return pick up (for an item that arrived 3 weeks late) via the customer service (and 30 min average waiting time to only speak to someone). And them giving 5 times the information that somebody will come in that week week. I give up. This is just rude.

Went to buy some stuff. All items under one shop. Very happy with the kind of arrangement, deals and happy to help staff. Proximity is the key

I recommend Al Ras wholesale market for shopping where you can buy everything on half price.

It's very very big supermarket, foods, provision, biscuits, pepermint, Cadbury, household items, electric and electronic items, stationary items, toys, teddy bear and many other items available.

Very conveniently located. Great bundle offers and good cash back for loyalty card holders. But mostly crowded and on weekends it's terrible. Shoppers have to stand in long lines at the cash counters.

Complete market, too many shop for garments, shoes, perfumes, coffee, optical, ice creams, donuts, and restaurants.

The have cinema there too.

Plenty of very good quality restaurants available there.

The place is very clean nice atmosphere great service great staff very helpful and hardworking.

Carrefour hyper market is very big with lots of products to offer, from electronics, lots of laptops and tablets, lots of groceries. Meat and fish shops. Bakeries and diaries shops. Home appliances and furnitures. Outdoor activities equipment available. Exercising equipment is available there. Many other product you can find there because it’s very big hyper market in Dubai.

Worst place to shop. Staff poor trained, all are labourers have no knowledge of products or locations. Supervisor is also incompetent not aware of products, i say Pins they understand Pens, most of staff ill mannered.
Pathetic costomer service, store manager not on duty, assistant manager hiding in some office. I had previously informed Carrafore headoffice about their pathetic costomer service but no improvement.
I left the store In frustration and disgust.

Very Poor Management

Its really shocking to know that the outlet is opening at 9.00am, where the online showroom opening timings is 8.00am.the security inform that the carrefour opens at 9.00am since last 1 month. For the reputed retail outlet like carrefour its not appropriate.they should have updated the timings of their shindagha outlet.
