Fish counter is very disorganised. Waited for 20 min to clean 1 fish.
The worker gave me a package, I came home and it was a full fish, not cleaned, not ready to cook

Love the fact it's a one stop shop for all grocers and basic household goods. Not cheap though but items are worth the price. Almost always lookout for their promotions and offers. You will save alot.

Online shopping for technology items just disappointed experience.

They are working with third party. And Third party delivery guy without checking the item it's working or not, they just want to get signature and go. After they leave your apartment and when you recognize the problem, Carrefour is not taking responsibility.

I had experince with 3 items with second hand quality

Hitachi fridge - damaged - they're not accepting to return or change
Nespresso machine - water side is broken
TV - just working Arabic language - still not have any response from Carrefour.

Delivery delayed, purchased Samsung washing machine till now not delivered. Already 2 days delayed and there is no update or call back.

Quite disappointed in lack of transparency carrefour MOE has been showing recently, twice have they mixed two different priced Watermelon on the same section. How are Watermelon pieces for 3-5 dirhams getting mixed with same exact size and shape watermelons for 30-50 dirhams? Mind you, both looked the same, placed in the same cooler, only realised when I got home the the other piece of Watermelon was 30 dirhams. Same thing happened but with meat this time around, products of the same brand, different prices, were mixed together having ones on special offer and ones on normal regular prices stacked together, shouldn't things be labelled or at least placed in different sections? Please have a look at these issues.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the appliance delivery I received from Jashanmal on behalf of a purchase that I made in Carrefour MOE yesterday.

I chose to pay the premium with Carrefour because the Customer Service Associate was very helpful, thinking that I'd pay the additional AED 200 there in the hope that he sees that as a commission for his troubles. Eros Norena was well informed and confidently guided us through our purchase. I could very easily have paid AED 200 less just down the hall, at Emax Electronics.

I ordered a new oven / cooker on Saturday the 22nd of July, and it was scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday the 25th. However, they had the audacity to inform me about the delivery just 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen, at 16: 00 for a 16: 30 delivery. This was very short notice, and I was not able to be home to receive the delivery.

To add insult to injury, the item was manhandled both in transit and during the delivery process in my home. It seemed like they had no regard for the condition of the product, leaving me questioning the supposed "care" they take with deliveries.

I was shocked to see the condition of the appliance. We received a display piece instead of the brand new one we paid a premium for. The packaging was opened and appeared old, as if they pulled it out from some dusty corner. There were no protective stickers or bubble wrap or polystyrene on the loose items or the appliance itself. The appliance itself was dirty and infested with insects, as if it had been stored in a warehouse for ages. It looked like it was hastily wiped down with a dirty cloth, leaving visible stains.

I can't fathom how Carrefour or Jashanmal can justify such appalling service. I expected so much more, especially considering the hefty price tag attached to this appliance.

I refused delivery and am yet to be contacted by Carrefour or Jashanmal about the delivery of the product that I paid for, I specifically asked that I receive the appliance today because I have the gas company booked to connect and activate my account tomorrow morning.

Same old very good place to shop. Just a piece of advice to Shoppers. If something is on a good offer, JUST BUY IT IMMEDIATELY (if you want it). If you think I will buy it tomorrow/later, the very next day the offer may not be there.

I really enjoyed the shopping in this store, my first experience in a fully “Artificial Intelligence” powered store.
Glad that Carrefour is introducing latest technologies to ease shopping,

I got a call from one lady from Carrefour Mall of the Emirates stating that i have a balance to pay for some shopping which i didn't made and i didn't go to that branch during this time, and they sent me email as well with the amount as the credit card was declined i told her to check and let me know who is using my MAF application and how come they are charging my credit card for some purchase which i didn't do, please need explanation and someone to contact me urgent this us not acceptable at all

We bought a washing machine from Carrefour and the salesman was persistent in us investing in the 2 year extra Carrefour warranty. However, after our washing machine stopped working (motor stopped after 1 year) no one is answering us and if they do they keep saying we will call you back and no one does.
Unsupportive, unprofessional and unexpected from such a well known international institute. My advice to anyone, don’t let the price trick you. Do not buy electronics from Carrefour and especially do not let them trick you into paying for the extra warranty.

It was ok… not alot of variety and we couldn’t find what we wanted. Also the staff didn’t understand English so it was hard to make them understand

Great concept! It takes lots of testing and management to run a store like this. Sadly we picked only 4 items but were charged 6 when we checked out, and we reported the issue to the staff soon after noticing this. We haven’t heard back from the store ever since.

I’d be a bit cautious to take this concept to real life without completing in-depth UAT. Our scenario were not complicated - we would expect either the accuracy could be better, or the process for refund and adjustment can be properly managed.

Bought Ariel detergent powder. Price (Share) published in the booklet was 41. Price displayed at the store was 41.5 and the billed amount was 43 (after scanning SHARE code). Last week I faced similar billing discrepancy at Carrefour Burjuman as well. As many customers normally would not prefer to go through the inconvenience of returning / reimbursement, Carrefour seems to conveniently maintain such billing discrepancies as a way to loot its unsuspecting customers.

Horrible service terrible online shopping on carrefour application! Bought something on November and they informed on delivery date after a week that sorry the products is out of Stock! They didn’t care about their problem on their app and the refund didn’t receive yet. No manager contacted me yet. Online app is not recommended at all!

It was a bad experience in fact I didn’t felt like I visited to MAF group,

They are offering free coffee for their customers but when u took the coffee the staff the will come to u & ask u:

how u taking the coffee?

Did u buy something?

Show me what u bought?

It’s like u r visiting in a prison,

So many inquiries about your purchase & all.

The carrefour used to say this is smart store (what kind of joke it is?)

For sure I’ll not visit the store & I’ll suggest to all my friends & social media as well not to go this prison.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from Carrefour as they do not deliver on time. Today is the 3rd time they have messed up. 1st time, they delivered several hours earlier but thankfully I was at home. 2nd time (a NOW delivery) they delivered several hours late after two phone calls and no call back. And today he's at least an hour late and customer service cannot tell me if the driver is on his way or not nor can them contact him.

I wanted to experience so I visited, got three water bottles, kept 2 back, then got a barbican, after that i picked 3 cheese boxes and kept all three back believing as told that it will be deleted from the cart. So eventually I only got a water bottle and a barbican but when the bill came I was charged for 2 cheese boxes. I called the customer service and they said they don’t have information and knowledge about it so you will have to go back to the store and see the staff there. Whats the point of it when I have to go all the way back to get this fixed. They have 97 cameras so apparently they can double check and adjust the bill. It’s been around 2 days and no response from their side so i am writing this.

Hi, i purchase one teka kitchen hood from carrefour online.recently it started complaints.it still under warranty.i contact with teka when they come they install wrong parts.so its the issues not solved.i contact with them many times.they said they don’t have stock the parts.i’m waiting more than two months.still the issue not solved.i make complaint with carrefour customer service complaint number 490705.please do necessary actions to solve the issue.

Good shopping experience due to shop is cashier less. No queue, just install the Carrefour apps and link your card to the apps. Wait for the QR code to scan by the machine then go. You will receive a message for the item's you buy.

These shops are the biggest grocery stores about in Dubai. They are much like an ASDA, or Wal-mart. They cover everything! Food, clothes, bakery, fish/meat, toys, housewares.

This place provides consumers with all the goods they require, under one roof. Good customer service, knowledgeable Staff and good deals.

Go to place for all supermarket needs home supply items, electronics, fresh farm produce. Little crowded in weekends but the place is big and can accomodate the crowd except on sale days which really is too crowded.

For the 4th time, Carrefour didn't showed up for delivery! No excuses, no answering on phone calls and response on emails. They say now: we can deliver next week, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. These are the exact words a callcenter member told me. It's disgusting, it's disrespectful and unacceptable. But they enough customers so they don't care about you.

I ordered online and delivery guy didn’t have change so he offered to get change and come back to me but he took my money and never came back and when I called customer service they said they’re not sure when they can give me my money back what kind of service is that worst experience with carrefour online shopping.

I like Carrefour as a hypermarket in general, but this branch I like it the most as it is really huge and it has all I need. Household and grocery items are all available there, plus there is a section for clothes as well as simple furniture and carpets. Also there are bikes sold there and many other toys as well. As far as I know there is a twenty percent discount on Tuesdays in Carrefour in all the UAE. That is what makes it special, I mean the many offers and discounts it gives, you can also download the SHARE app to earn points every time you shop in Carrefour.

One of the top best Carrefour outlets in UAE. Interior has designed in such a way that more space and gaps are given between the racks comparing to other Carrefour (inside malls). The most useful and helpful feature they introduced recently is 'SCAN & GO' where people gets a barcode scanner using Carrefour club card at the entry, used to add the items in the device can be used to checkout easily at the scan and go counter. That really avoids the long queue at the counter. One of the biggest Hyper markets in UAE with all departments under one ceiling, Electronics, Fresh foods, grocery, cosmetics, appliances and everything you need at home. A variety of products to choose from. Sometimes they do great offers and discounts. Customer Service is great.

Oven delivery booked for 4pm today. Driver called at 2pm to come now. Said no have school pickup come at agreed time he said no not come at all today! What sort of service is this.
Called call centre 15 mins holding to be told they will send a message to the supplier. Its 6: 30 pm now still nothing at all.
By the way it has been fully paid for!
I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Shout out to SUSAN RAI for THE MOST RUDE AND ARROGANT CASHIER OF MALL OF THE EMIRATES BRANCH. It’s my fault to be on cue of express lane though I have 14 items
(vegetables with complete price tag together, cheese, egg noodle, chicken liver and giblet and a toilet block and it was organized by me according to the items to make it easier for her to grab) as i saw some lane was close and all regular lane has a very long cue with pushcarts that filled with shoppers stuff. When it’s my turn to the cue, this SUSAN RAI HUMILIATED ME IN FRONT OF OTHER SHOPPERS ON THE LANE BY SAYING” YOU HAVE MORE THAN 10 ITEMS DON’T FEEL SHY WITH PEOPLE COME WITH 1 PACKET? I replied, “ I DO UNDERSTAND THAT MY STUFF IS 4 items above with express lane but I’m So tired from work and sorry for that “ and she said “ DON’T FEEL SHY? I STILL MANAGED TO CONTROL MYSELF BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO MAKE A SCENE AND HELPING HER TO PUT THINGS I BOUGHT IN A PLASTIC BAG BUT SHE PUT THE TOILET BLOCK TOGETHER WITH THE FOOD IN A PLASTIC BAG. I TOLD HER “ YOU PUT TOGETHER THE TOILET THING WITH THE FOOD? MAY I HAVE YOUR GOOD NAME? And she responded with “CHECK THERE “WHILE POINTING OUT WITH THE RECEIPT SHE GAVE ME.

Great market! You can find almost anything you look for. It has groceries, stationaries, garments, home appliances, gadgets, beauty care products etc. There is also a pharmacy inside the store.
It is very good for regular customers to join the My Club loyalty program. Anyone can simply join the program by installing Carrefour application on their mobile phones. Points and discount coupons are given for purchases when purchased using My Club card in the app. Points earned can be redeemed for purchases.

I love this place. You go there for buying clothes, clips for kids, grocery, fruits like raspberry and blueberry that are so expensive at Waitrose are at normal price and amazing quality. And this quality fruit you will find in this carrefour or a bigger one. Generally the small ones at every corner don't have nice fruits. So target bigger carrefour stores.
