Carrefour Hypermarket

Place is quiet small compared to the number of customers inside, limited items. Even the carpark is not that convenient as Carrefour is at one end of the mall.

Never every buy any mobile accessories here! They will tell you that it has 1 year warranty and you can come back to their store anytime but when I returned the charger that is not working (without physical damage) they did not entertain me and told you to go direct to Apple Store. I just bought the charger 1 month ago!

The grilled lemon chicken is spoilt.please don’t buy here. This has happened to me for the 2nd time today so I won’t be buying from here from this day on.

Ideal spot to hang out with friends and family. There are seasonal attractions in the mall situated in different areas of the mall. Christmas village is the most recent attraction that is set up in the 1st floor of the mall which provides a scenic arrangement of the snowy winter. There is a queue to enter the area and can only spend 20 minutes of your time in it. It will be an entertaining place for the kids and families.

Crowded billing section. Other than that, it's on par with every other shopping "simulator" around Dubai

It's was cool I found much good stuff their but couldn't found what I wanted photo printing paper and mat card paper

Good selection of loose products such as spices and co.it would only be nice if the loose products would be found with the other spices and co and you do not have to run through the entire store for this. Staff friendly and helpful

I really disappointed with the service in Careefour Market Burjman, I have requested to Manager and he said to assistant because I have very much things but the guys Shafiq from Kerala and Naveen from Bombay both said you do complaint we will not help you.
First time I disappointed with Careefour Market.

All carrfours are same good in electronics and chocolates and many other stuffs no one can beat them in prices

I have been a loyal customer of Carrefour since 4 years and always have had a delightful experience unless today. Mr. STANLEY from Burjuman Carrefour branch doesnt know how to talk with customer.
What happened today?
I purchased a juicer today and recieved a bill print which was not even readable. I went to the customer care center to get a better copy and also to get the warranty card. This person Mr. Stanley who works in the Home Appliance section was standing there for no reason. While i was requesting the customer service lady for a better bill print Mr. Stanley started poking his nose and told me that its not carrefour's issue. Its a printer issue. (In utterly rude way topped with attitude). I requested him not to intervene in between since I was talking to the customer care lady who was taking out the print out by increasing the brightness but Stanley kept on passing the comments. When i asked him to calll his manager, he escaped from there. I later had a word with the manager too and from his repsonse i dont feel like he would even bother to talk to Stanley. I want the top management to have a look at this matter as incidents like these direclty affect the brand carrefour and force us to switch to other retail stores.
And forgot to mention, Stanley had even started shouting to his breath taking the whole carrefour at a stall. Is this the way your train your employees for customer service?

Visited Carrefour @ Burjuman. This place is great. Great shopping experience.loved Dipawali Shopping.

Huge shopping area. Very difficult to find out the items. I was able to find bakalva with the help of the service person. One special thing is you can bill and pay for the items by yourself. This is inside the Burjuman mall.

Fruits are expensive than nesto. Other wise it's way bigger store and holds a large selection of products under one roof.

This branch is very crowded. Have a lot of items and good products are there. Good prices and lots of promotions

I always swing by to Carrefour when I’m shopping in Burjuman Mall. This hypermarket is huge and everything is available. The deals are amazing, prices are good and the staff is efficient and friendly. Worth visiting if you’re in Bur Dubai/Burjuman side of town.

Reasonably good product variety and timings. 9am-midnight.

This Carrefour isn't as big as the ones in Mall of Emirates or Ibn Battuta Mall.

I feel that prices of products tend to vary a lot across different Carrefour locations.

Too crowded and too tight for a carrefour inside a mall but this is very accessible for everyone nearby Burjuman, satwa and Al karama. You will find almost all products that you are looking for here.

I Love carrefour Hypermarket, I like going to the deira city centre branch. Great Cashiers and the customer service.
You can find most items, products you are looking for. Good prices. I like the way the items are arranged. Love everything about carrefour, I refer people to the supermarket.

It's a supermarket.and all home, groceries and electronic consumable goods of all international brands made available. Quite best place to buy anything with utmost confidence.

House hold and grocery are one piace to buy.we also bought one. Economic carrefour brand is also there.

It’s always good to do shopping and find all what you need for your weekly and monthly grocery and day to day use stuff.

Ilove going here everything i need just a hand reach and the place is neat and clean totally relaxing specially in the morning when its not that crowded

Nice supermarket full of fresh produce, and freshly baked manakish, pizza and various bread.loads of canned food and condiments. I love visiting this super market full of surprises.

No much difference to similar old carrefour branches! They have to force the new design cross all the branches and reconsider some of the offers!

I had a rare, not so good experience yesterday. I was in a hurry to buy spaghetti sauce so I did not take any basket nor trolley. The first merchandiser that I have asked for assistance to find spaghetti sauce was not helpful at all but the second was okay. When I was at the cashier counter, I found red spot on my shirt and a bit red sauce in my hand. There was a leak in the spaghetti sauce pouch and I notified the nearby staff but did not offer help to replace the leaked one so I hurriedly look for the spaghetti sauce shelf. I hope merchandiser will look into this matter.

This Carrefour is so far one of the compact carrefours of the town. More organized with possibly less product range. If you are looking for essential household or food products, you will find it very convenient as it's quite compact. The best part of this unit is the on going promotions for different products

Very very Bad or poorrr Service staff is fighting with us very very bad service i buy syrups and then after bill he is coming to us and said give me back this not saling this syrup staff and other manager like misbehaving with us i never recommended this for others or i never again go to this Carrefour

I think carrefour doesn't need any words. This particular store is big in size and hoses complete variety.

Its got everything.wear blinkers, stay focused i went in for toothpaste and hair gel.came out with 4packs of everything and more.

Is like any other carrefour, tho if you need help is hard to find someone to assist you and also get ready to queue for a while as they dont have as many employees as they should.

Good range of products & due to location in burjuman area it has wide range of indian & Philippines product.but its bit crowded all the time.

Many selection, ethnic products, fair pricing, supermarket is near other shops: pharmacy, retails, resto, mall, crew are nice and courteous, good loyalty program, parking slots

WARNING
The cashiers often scan the price barcode TWO TIMES. I mean TWO TIMES.
Today, I had a pack price 22dhr, but had to pay 44 dhr because of that mistake. And that mistake happened to me 5 times since I be here from Feb (only 4 months stay here - up to now) and I only shop at Carrefour Burjuman on Friday each week (once a week). I stay in Burjuman Residence. Carriefour is just a few minutes from my apartment. If they do it for some purpose? To cover some mistakes if they're going to make during their shift? I dont know.
When I show them the mistake, they give me money back and say thank you. (no sorry). Even say that, I doubt they still keep let it happen, I am so disappointed. But still shop there because of the Dubai heat.

Also, today the price tag at the shelf show 11dhr but the cashier charged me 22dhr.
It waste my time. And if I not keep checking the receipt It will waste my money.

What if people have a receipt with 50 - 100 items? Headache!

Speechless.


By the way, Carriefour have variety stuff for you to choose.

There was a bit of traffic but it's easy to go in and out. Free parking on weekends & easy access from the mall & main street

Good place to buy all household items and fresh meat too. Awesome Salamon and all. But you might not find very few kitchen items here. Don't be disappointed. Still it a good place to visit

Grest shopping place that has everything. From carrefour to rolex. Burjuman centre has everything a shopaholic needs!

Nepali Cashier and Bagger (Specifically Counter #15 dated 31/01/2020 at 9.36PM) are NOT WORKING WITH QUALITY. SHAME on CARRREFOUR for NOT bringing them for GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE training. Very disappointed on the service!

Bought a phone, they asked to go pay at any cashier. After twenty minutes wait when I reached cashier she refused to accept because apparently only a selected type of cashiers accept payments for electronic items. Once reached to correct cashier after a struggle it turned out that the salesman input wrong color of the phone. So basically a simple phone purchase turned out to be an hour long torture. Never again at this location.

One of the best shopping mall very near to Burjman Metro Dubai. Easy access from anywhere. You can enjoy best shopping experience there

I super love this place! Great selections to choose from. A nice location near train station. Great many discounted prices, fresh seafood and meat, andfreshly baked goods! Dint forget about the staff! Great employees!

Carrefour Burjuman is unique in dynamism, product range and courteous service. Reasonably priced to suit all class of customers.

It's a really great place for offers. The fruits, vegetables and fish are fresh. Lot of variety as well. What I consider amazing are the small stalls that offer tasting of various products, right from cheese to icecream. (Note that it might not be present everytime though).

A local favorite, carrefour has made visits to Burjuman very productive. Best time to visit is earlier in the day if you want absolutely fresh veggies, and lesser crowd to deal with. Bonus points for their efforts to make your shopping more sustainable and environmental friendly with jute bags and cloth bags for veggies.

All ur daily needs (grocery, fruits, dairy,) n 1 place. Location facilitates quick in-n-out, no waste of time.

This small carrefour is located on ground floor access is easy from metro station

No big offers everytime but for daily use it has everything in side

just outside you can find du counter as well varity of food shops pharamcy as well located on corner

biggest issue you will find on checkout counters its always flooded with people better pay 50 fils for plastic bag and use the counter

Perfect hyper market as usual, however, the counters allocated for 10-items-or-less do seriously need more spaces. They’re too tight even for kids.

Good place for shopping, food and entertainment. All kind of items available from food to cloths, electronics to electric, cinemas and kids playing areas.

I have been visiting this place since my first visit to Dubai and I am happy specially this time, I could not find deo stick from Gillette and just asked Mr. Mustafa to help me out and he took my contact number saying he would inform me. The very next day he sent me a message and said your product has come in stores let me know when I would be coming to collect it and on reaching the store I could not see required quantity of the product and sent him a WhatsApp message, though he was not in stores then, he sent his colleague who was also kind to help us with required number of them.

I highly appreciate the professionalism and the customer support exhibited.

Bur Juman is a busy mall in the heart o Dubai. Very busy during the evening and Carrefour shopping is always fun.

We got everything that we wrote down in our shopping list. A very good place for your daily needs. Amazing hypermarket, great staff, nice location, nice deals, nice collection. Good home store. Can do a little better for kids and toys. A good place to visit if you have planned what to buy.
