Carrefour Hypermarket

It is a very complete hypermarket. Groceries are priced better than other supermarkets. Some snacks are cheaper than in Thailand.

I bought a refrigerator, and after 6 months, out of the blue, it stopped working, and samsung haven't fixed it yet. We lost all our food—meat, vegetables, fruits, everything—and are still waiting for their support. Will never make this mistake again buying from them.

Wide range of products from daily necessity, seafood, meat, clothing and electricity selling at market price. One place for all for those unable to search around. Most importantly, there is more than sufficient parking spot.

As u can see in the uploaded picture they are overpricing the item which in all other carre foure brands its 20% less and in this branch they are selling it higher. When i complain about it they said it is what it is. Consider to check other retailers before pay higher price for ur shopping items in festival city carre four

Never buy appliances from here passed one week and I didn’t get my items which I paid for go buy it from the agent direct instead from distributors carrefour only know how to call and apologies but nothing deliver what I do with your apologies avoids them

Mega large and clean hyper market located in the festival city its in the 3rd floor from the parking lot

Groceries are well stacked, cashiers are polite and accomodating. However, the fish section can improve in their service, nobody was upfront for costumer assistance and it takes time to call their attention from the room at the back.

Very disappointed
Manakesh side need huge improvement, whenever I go to staff there asking for a Manakesh they telling to come after 30 minutes and they do not care if you are upset or not they do not even have 1% customer service. And I know Noone from carrefour will take an action

SO MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE DO NOT GO AND WASTE YOUR TIME ASKING FOR MANAKESH

This is a review on the online service of Carrefour. Absolutely the worst online service available in the entire UAE never buy from carrefour online they will cancel half of your order and always deliver wrong items! They are good as a supermarket but the online service is just terrible!

Beware when you buy this product from Carrefour Festival Dubai. Pepsi wrote the price at 10 dirhams, including tax, but Carrefour sells it for 11 dirhams and ten fils!

I love shopping in Carrefour hypermarket. Wide variety of choices, spacious area for grocery shopping. Dedicated section for healthy and vegan products. I especially love the shopping experience due to use of self service technologies introduced. Scan and Go feature in the app works like a charm and is super convenient.

This store of festival city is really among one of the biggest Carrefour Stores across DUBAI. The cafeteria inside the supermart is amazing. They sell some variety in compare to other stores. Rest all are same as different stores.

Online shopping suck. The worst customer service ever, I made an order and 2 things were wrongly delivered, I called to ask them to replace them with the right ones, they said it will take 4days! I had a gathering and things went bad, it’s been 10 days and they haven’t yet returned my money nor got me the right order, they don’t call back they don’t mention a time for return and they don’t care about the complaints, not to mention some of them are rude, the worst experience ever

The cashier was half asleep very slow service and as usual no one tell the next customer to wait and they come till the cash point even though we have not finished

Today I have was there at Carrefour DFC, I have gone through a very bad experience from the Bakery section, First off all there is no supervisor to whom you ask and approach if something going wrong,

Actually the Manakish Oven was under cleaning process though it's weekend and Looking into customer's footfall there is no proper planning
We waited there for 40minutes and later on when the Oven Get started to bake Manakish,

The Guy who was preparing the Manakish did not changed his gloves and he used same Gloves for Beef, cheese and olive.

Where earlier we had seen that the staff is keep on changing his gloves to prepare the Veg Manakish and Non veg Manakish.he first put chicken on base, then will the same gloves he used to put cheese.which is so so hurtful to my family, my kids came back without eating their delicious Manakish.

The Guy who made pizza for us was totally unprofessional, he made pizza but when he cooked there was water under the base and all the pizaa got soggy.taste less as well.

Pls all the required KRA and look into quality aspects as well. Each and every customer is paying first and then enjoy his or her meal.

And if later on he or she found the guy or the staff didn't put his efforts to make the dish, it's worthless and tasteless. Just a way to get money from customer pocket.

Very bad experience today at Bakery section.

Nice, well organized, and they have a great team. The only issue i have with it is that for some items, they don't keep them in the same place in all of there markets. Which makes it a bit difficult to find some items location in one store where you find them in other stores. Most items are located in the same place though.

Huge place to buy all your groceries and essentials with the Ikea just opposite. From your veggies to electronics, you can get just anything you need. The deals section has fabulous prices at times for good quality branded products.

0 rating. Extremely poor after sales service. If you buy an item and want a refund later on for some reason then it's your headache. Carrefour customer service team will keep fooling about. I am surprised to see that such a big company can give such a poor service. I am waiting for my refund and calling every day for refund but to end in vain and me feeling angry and frustrated. People really think before buying anything!

Carrefour problem is refundable policy. I bought item and it does not work with my new phone, item is not faulty but not compatible but they do not allow refund

We always go here as it's one stop shop with almost everything we need and there are a lot of offers and bargains.
You have the option to shop and go, or take the traditional counter. There's not much queues in the weekdays though, that is why we always avoid the weekend.
Mostly, they enforce the Covid19 precautionary measures.
And inside the mall, so before or after the grocery you can either spend money to any shops you want or just stroll around window shopping.

I see too much shopping mall in uae but carrefour is also best and I know carrefour shopping mall 18years before. Service, price also best

Great specious and huge place for people to shop and get what they need well maintained little crowded

There's only few choices of fresh vegetables!

And one the most strange thing is that Carrefour keeps the fresh products back on the floor and not in the front! ‍️

This is almost one the worst floor arrangement I have seen.

This rates my experience today, trying to buy some home appliances. The sales rep wasn't very helpful and almost like he was flogging me off.

With regards to handling online purchase complain they need to improve on this part, they are like robot with scripted lines! They will let you know that they are committed to it but they don't, they only protect the companies interest and not the customer's concern.

Love the carrefour in dfc. Always find offers and products which are not seen in other branches. Close to ikea makes it easy to grab your grocery on the go after shopping. Also I love the organic section in this branch. Glad that it changed to carrefour from hyperpanda.

Just to highlight today I visit the dfc Carrefour and I lost it AED 200, asked security man if someone can check the lost and found however the security man was bit ignorance like he don't care about it and I which is poor customer service.

Well organised Hypermarket. Cost effective prices and excellent deals on a variety of products. The Carrefour line of products is worth looking at as an alternative to similar other higher priced products. Part of Dubai Festival City, and ample parking space is available throughout the day.

Located inside the Dubai festival city mall, it's a convenient stop to stock up on groceries. Prices of fruits and vegetables are above average. They freshly bake manakish on order and are delicious while the other ready meals at the hot food counter are unappealing and left to dry out.

Though some things might be cheaper but we found prices moderate here for quality goods like clothing, shoes, bags and household items. Good varieties.

Not all the counters have a bagger to pack your groceries. What happened Carrefour? Cost cutting?

Very slow service at the fresh cheese section, the one guy is serving 3 people for 20 min. (I couldn’t wait and left) while his colleague next to him is chatting on the phone.

Worst customer service, open early morning for customers rush but no staff at the counters. Long queues with no one to attend the customers!

Hypermarket in Dubai Festival City Mall with all products from A to Z under one roof. Ample parking is available with easy access along with shopping trolleys.
