Carrefour Market

It is a small 24x7 carrefour market. Their price of some the items were higher than the regular carrefour.

I always pop in any carrefour even the mini market to buy afew items and this one in particular since I live around there. 8pm 28th January 2023 An Arab cashier was very unpleasant and rushed me to attend the next customer and disregarded my request for extra paper bag to separate my groceries. He even did not finish packing everything and he went to attend the next customer like nothing happened. I heard him ask if she has share app which he didn’t ask me and attended to her well than me.
I was just disappointed. Very unnecessary.

I went to carefour ibis hotel barsha 1 today around 6.05 pm i had an emergency my phone battery was off and i asked the help of cashier as i had booked a careem to help me wit a charger to just on my phone fr a min to see my taxi number the cashier guy ignored me and behaved like a racist person and said move at the side and he can't help
I asked him for his name politely he said why shud i gve u my name
And said go and talk to the picker
I do work in reputed supermarket as customer suport manager and this is not how cashiers treat the customer at our place
The picker said leave it mam and he wil help i asked him is it not a human ground to help your customer i do live nearby and im a regular customer and the guy behaved like a racist person
I dont know his name but he was a arabic speaking person at 6 pm shift
Unacceptable behaviour and i felt insulted among crowd

A great convenience store next to my hotel. I appreciate the very cheerful and friendly service from the Filipina cashier, she is always friendly and positiveservice with a smile defined

This outlet is a mini Mart. One can't expect the whole range of items one would normally expect at Carrefour. I went to buy Masafi alkaline and some loose dried nuts. To my disappointment both were not available. But you could get most of the Carrefour branded items though.

June 03 morning at 08: 30 Am I went to the carrefour in this location I took only brown bread then direty I went to the cashier no body is there first. Suddenly philipina lady come I asked her how much so as not to give 100 for only 3 DH. She answered with very rude speach madam you didn't check the price there. I said tell me the price I'll pay you cash. This lady it is not in the suitable place for customer service. She wants only to fight kindly contact me plz need action against this

Everything is good and perfect. Especially Cashier from Egypt Mr. Alam/Aslam Mohammed. I forgot the Name but He is very Kind & very professional man.

My order should be delivered by 4.11, it’s already 8 days later and no reply from Carrefour I’m happy that I do not order food

كارفور معروف عنه ولا كن الماركت في اختلاف بينه و بين كارفور في المولات مثال الماركت لديه المواد الغذائه و بعض الملتزمات المنزليه اما كارفور الذي في المولات متجر متنوع من مواد غذائيه الى الكترونيه

Only 2 chairs, in the whole huge supermarket, which also sells sushi at a bar. Very unfriendly place

One star just to write my comment. Never buy bakery stuff from here. Flies were all over the bakery stuff
