Carrefour Market Emirates Towers

It’s nice. But I don't know how the Carrefour administration put only two employees to run the place

I love this branch, particularly the cashier Nasir Miah, always very friendly with all customers & attending their needs with a smile & care, and besides my experience, I have heard this as well from several of my colleagues living in this community

Very nice service and friendly cashier especially Ms Darren she so kind and helpful, all staff are very nice, and the things are there very high quality and cheaper then other markets.

I order online they deliver wrong order unfortunately i wasn't at home now 9 days not refund and the customer service the worst ever just give false promises and like robot they don't care only keep saying in sorry without any action until now i didn't get my money back my complain number 720113

Everything ordered was not delivered, they just canceling the orders, 15 items available in app out of stock.

Update: Next time, they delivered properly, the item missed, didn't charge however they could check if I would like to get it replaced.

Small branch for quick shopping needs, limited vegetables section, no fresh bread section, lacks most of the offers big branches have. Go to international city for the Hypermarket

I purchased an item and Carrefour delivered a used one! I refused to accept it. After opening the complaint they promised to deliver a new item. In one week they brought the same used one! The purchase date was 02.03.2020.3 months passed since the time and money didn’t return yet. I called 13 times to customer care and all agents are not able to solve the problem. I wrote an official email and did request through Carrefour app, no replies.
Nobody responds to the main office and online store phone numbers.
It seems like Carrefour totally neglects its customers.

New Carrefour in Dubai Digital Park at D. S. O, needs improvement in regards to selection of Fresh Foods and Ready made meals

The price on the shelf is different than the price on cashier, and when you ask the cashier why? She will tell you the price is not updated.
Really disappointed.it happened with me 3 to 4 times.

Clean, freshly baked bread, fresh f&v, a lot of range in grocery, reasonable price. Very good staff.
