Ordered something around an hour and a half ago. I gave them NINE missed calls, 1 voicemail and multiple WhatsApp messages to which NO ONE replied. When the delivery eventually came the delivery man refused to give me the person in charge of this services name. Why have a service that you cannot operate correctly? This is not the first time that this has happened and this just proves how rude and ignorant the staff running this can be. One of the worst home delivery services I’ve ever received and some of the rudest staff going as far as to tell me ‘oh’ as if they forgot about my order and couldn’t even think to maintain a level of basic professionalism. Simple questions like ‘when will I receive my order? ’ Were completely ignored. Couldn’t even apologise. I would never want to use this service again, however, I am stuck due to the point system. Severely disappointed. The worst service I have received.
I have experience of rude attitude of cashiers before in this branch, now the items are extremely unreasonably expensive. Hope municipality/ DED will make a check. Will not buy there anymore, i will also tell my friends and relatives.
Not complaining about time thet need to deliver something (as i can understand sometimes they can be busy) the real issue is the costumer service they have.
After 1h and 30min waiting for my delivery, i ve tried to contact them by whats app and calls and nobody answered me in 20 mins.
Almost everything available for life saving goods and items from fresh food to fresh cooked food to cosmetic to nuts and dried fruits to general household items. Friendly manager Carl and friendly staff. Great place for nearby residents and visitors.
Carrefour in store shopping has good promotions and fair pricing for most items. Do not order online as they will not deliver, your card will be charged but not refunded. Absolutely not reliable during lockdowns or emergencies.
People don’t wear mask, staff members do nothing! I have seen people without masks walk around, chat with the staff without wearing their masks and the employees and management members say nothings. I’ll report them to the authorities.
It's a pretty small store, and contrary to what Du Telecom says, it has no Du store (which is what I went for). The food selection is tiny but the drugstore side of things is well-stocked. Most importantly: avoid it if you are a person of color. A white lady in running shorts cut the line ahead of me at checkout after I had started unloading my groceries. I now call this the Colonial Carrefour.
A very good store, has almost all you need for a grocery and department store. Although would be nice to make a small renovation of the chillers and freezers.
Got a ready cooked chicken item.after eating realised that it’s date was already expired.and they had still kept on their shelf.management by staff seems poor
I like the place where I could start and beggin by going to that place and get what I need.
Cigarettes and Pods, they have it here, It has organic items also.
It is simple here "you go, you shop and byebye".
Reminder.they have second floor which they hide all there plastic products and it has a spiral stairs, covered with souveneer and magazines not visually accessible, so if you have wheels.just ask a crew, don't go there.
A good compact super market for your daily needs.they have self check out facility also.top floor for organic foods, stationary hw items, money exchange and suite alteration facility.
I bought Carrefour branded fresh chicken breasts from this branch and it was just absolutely horrible. The raw chicken smelled so bad and was so slimy that i couldnt even get a grip on it. I will put in a formal complaint with the health authorities as this sort of thing can poison people.
This branch of carfour is conveniently located on King Salman Bin Abdulaziz street on Dubai Marina. This is specifically good for groceries but has an upper floor for cleaning products. And some basic kitchen items. Food items are divided into frozen and fresh. And has a small kiosk of hot food which honestly does not tastes great. Market rates are a bit higher side if compared to other carf2in the areas. But it's convenient
Emirates mall.huge supermarket.good prices! But i prefer indian supermarket called lulu market behind emirates mall.indians are quite a number in dubai, so more turnover, and fresher vegetables and typical asiatic herbs and fruits, also sweets and food to go.good prices, nice service, clean!
Pricing on shelves & products doesn't match Hyginenes is not so great. Expired products also found Fully congested with less walkways. Store is in one of the prime area with but treated like C grade store
They seem to have a lot of problems recently with their AC. Staff are friendly and helpful, however I believe that the shop could be a lot cleaner than it is especially the freezers, fridges and shelves. The place could do with a good overhaul. Can't understand why they have to run out of items before they restock the shelves
Exactly the same as any other Carrefour in the UAE, poor service, defrosted Ice Creams, unserviced Starbucks-station, not enough cashiers on duty, manager never available and nothing fresh.they are cheap so make use of their packaged-goods specials which is the only thing keeping them alive. If you need quality and a nice shopping environment, look for your closest Spinneys, plan your shopping and just top up at a CRF/only buy their promotions.
We found everything we needed at anytime, even at 3am. So cool for us who were there for holidays and helpful. We were close by, so we could buy cigarettes late in the night. Made our life easily. Merci CARREFOUR!
