Very bad attitude.the way she talk how you to relate this kind of staff? She's poor hospitalily! This lady cashier.the way she talk the customer. No Managers!

Can find variety of groceries but mostly expensive but good and quality stuffs. Fruits cheaper.

If you arrived on vacation and forgot the beach cream at home, here you will surely find everything you need! It is stocked with a wide variety of products for all budgets! We bought raspberries and blueberries for the kids, which were delicious! It is located inside the mall at G13

Lot's of Lebanese brands, coffee, labne, pita bread. Everything is very well organized and clearly priced, unlike most of those corner markets. Good pastries. Exit to a spacious plaza. A good place to grab something quick and have it while seated in the shade

Its not as big as the one in emirates mall but its good nough selection for the barsha heights.

Always crowded being at the central location. Be prepared to wait in queues for checkout even at 3 am in the morning. I prefer the one in iRise tower.

What to say about carrefour, the best prices are there, you always find what you need. They are short on staff in barsha heights branch, they should be hiring more people!

Shop is fine. Just the cashier service is too slow. Only 1 counter is working. They need to add more staffs to lessen the queue at the counter.

This branch is smaller than the other branches the positive point that they open 24/7 however they dont have many options as other branches and there is a long queue on cashiers

Useless staff.at midnight there is no service because of some system issue.no one informs or apologises to you.instead all the staff ask the customer's (what to do) it's not our fault. And also they mentioned training a new staff the system at midnight while customer's are queuing.they say its not their fault.this is happening at Carrefour I-Rise Tower Barsha Heights.

Located in front of our Tryp by Wyndham hotel, so it was a quite very nice option for us. Drinks, snacks, sweets. I was there 4-5 times and I didn't wait on cashier desk. Staff nice and helpful, ideal for change dirhams into small amount.

Good one! You get fresh vegetables, fruits and all the grocery items.not busy most of the time! Staff are professional.

The market shops can be found everywhere in Dubai, they are smaller than the hypermarkets.but, have the basics.grocery, meat, veg.

As a student I find it that I can access the supermarket at any time which is helpful and the have kinds of product for ones need and also the have home delivery service for my lazy friends. It's the biggest supermarket in the area compared others I have been too.

This is the eldest carrefour in barsha heights. They open when there only few buildings in Tecom. They have fresh fruits, fish and vegetables, dairy products and all the grocery items. Sometimes it is busy during peak hours but the service is really good and the team is helpful. Their prices are fair considered that they are part of carrefour.

Priced a tad above the others. But conveniently located. Would go to a nearby supermarket and probably pay a little less!

They often don't have basic items like peanut butter or even chicken at times. The counters are always ill prepared with a skeleton crew valiantly trying to check out all the customers. The fruit is not always great. I bought meat from there, only to come and find that it's mostly fat, which is infuriating since it was advertised as lean. Online shopping is even worse as they don't have items there either. Living right next door I have more faith in driving to jumeirah for groceries rather than come here. Utter nonsense of a shop.

I came in at 1.58pm today 30th of August and this rating is not for service as it’s always quite good, but more for the manager on duty who felt the need to tell the girl working at the checkout off right in front of me. This power trip
Mentality of belittling a worker in front of customers Is disgusting. Pull the worker aside in the staff room or tell them privately what they have done wrong. A customer does not need to observe this. It made me feel embarrassed for her and he even looked at me for some kind of gratification on how he was treating her. Was not good at all.

I so much the place very nice to be go to buy things you need at good price and good things anything you need or want they have it i love carrefour so much.

Good supermarket and friendly staff with good manager they have always good offer and always the place is clean and stuff helps all customers. This is the best carrefour in tecom.

I got what I went to shop for at the usual price I pay at Carrefour and I was happy. Did not have the time to explore further.

One of 3 branches of Car4 located in Tecom (Barsha Heights) Area.

Ideally located on the main street with an easy access from service road or the backside road, makes it the best one of the branches in the area.

The store isnt that big but you can find everything you need for grocery shopping and the best about it, its 24/7 open

Their staff can use some training and I had issues when I ordered online for delivery. They could not find my hotel twice and their delivery staff did not speak English

It's a good supermarket for day to day groceries but not for a monthly supply. Has almost everything.

Carrefour is always an amazing place. But this one should undergo some minor repairs. Few leaks from the Ac.

They dont have much stuff as compare to other carrefour markets as they kept only the expensive items and very less variety as well.

Prices are good sometimes, except vegetables (very expensive), sometimes you can't find a good variety but the store is clean, well organized and the staff is ok.

My favourite market. Good choice of fish, sometimes meat, if you have my club, you have some sales.

The Carrefour has all the essentials, it's really small though and you won't find most of the "wants" you would want to buy from a large hypermarket. It does work if you just need simple ingredients for dinner or necessary groceries. They also have pet food which is nice. If you go during rush hour though, after Friday prayer or last afternoon it WILL be very crowded and you will have to stand in a really long line. Try to go earlier it later.

Boutique local supermarket with veg, deli, hot food, all you could wish for, efficient and friendly and busy in the evenings but properly staffed

Items are always new. But very few choices especially on the vegetables, fruits and bread section.

Prices are high in this carrefour as compare to others and there is always a queue at the cashier desk because you will find only one or two cashiers at a time.

Everything is perfect about Carrefour, except the cashier waiting. And the variety in cashier subject and description is not helping customer who want to pay

Great supermarket selling everything from electrical goods, clothes, gifts, household goods and of course food. Has about 35 check outs so speedy service. This supermarket does not sell foodstuff that contain pork products or alcoholic drinks of any sort. Easily accessible by the Metro but plenty of taxis to take all your purchases home in comfort.

Went to buy a car phone charger. There was one product available displayed under a price sticker that indicated a price. When paying for the item, the price was more than 30% higher!
I queried the discrepancy and after some running around and debate, the cashier indicated that the item had a different barcode number.
Because there was no other chargers there, it was not even a case of the product being put in the wrong place and there was an intention to display the misleading price. This is not the first time I've encountered to at this specific Carrefour.
