My complaint is about reem mall branch. I bought items for AE400 and they offered to deliver to ny Apartment which is adjacent to the mall. I was waiting from 10 Am to 4 pm. When I called they told me it was delivered to wrong Apartment. They went back to collect it and they brought it to me with missing items and looks bad. I try t call them but they stopped answering my calls. Very bad service and untrained staff. I never expected such a service from carrefour

Ordered washing machine.

Delivery day came and went. No contact. Customer service unable to assist, confirm whereabouts or product or delivery date.

Customer services promised email and update that never came.

To date - no washing machine. No refund. No reply from customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - many other shops in UAE with far better service.

Not too good experience. Want to have a word with their marketplace team about our account with them. But they are being kept away from the public and would not even pick calls even when I was given a direct line to the team. Not a good experience at all.

I have bought home appliances from carrefour. The sales team mislead me and delivered the wrong product. I complained about the same but there is no action from the team. They simply said, we cannot do anything. I wasn't expecting this kind of reply from a leading seller like carrefour.

The quality of the online store service is deteriorating for real. They are part of a big company, but Carrefour is the entity with the most untrained customer service people on the planet! "NOW" 60-minute delivery service is a hoax and a complete disaster; they will charge you for the order, give you an email confirmation of the order - with the time on when the order will reach you which is obviously within an hour, they will inform you that the order will be delivered asap (the same day) by the chat support and customer service hotline agents after your delivery complaint via Chat and Phone Customer Service, and then the following morning, the order will magically be cancelled, and you will need to wait for the bloody refund! Email cancellation of the order will be received after 17 hours when ironically the order was supposed to be delivered within an hour. Customer service agents are even too proud to say to just wait for the refund which shows to be within 7-14 days! Brilliant in pestering their customers! Wasted so much time and energy being annoyed by this sham service of Carrefour. Now it's a waiting game for the refund! Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Ridiculous in every single way!

I purchased a new fridge and washing machine. The share points was allocated to another account instead of my account. I called share points and they referred me to call Carrefour. I called the later and they opened a case. They closed it after two days without resolving it. I called and they put me on hold and case still closed.
This is he simplest issues of all and they can’t even resolve it.
Receipt was provided for both share and carrefour agents. Receipt is under my name.
How difficult is it to verify the purchase and get these points back to the account?
How can a case be closed saying resolved and it is not resolved?
How come a purchase big amount like this can be allocated to another account?
I must say the worse experience and service of all.
I have not experienced as worse as this one. They wasted my time chasing them and issue still not resolved.
This is what I would call careless corporate behavior. Everyone is in charge of this and leaders of this organization absolutely do not care for what’s happening to customers and I’m a proof of such.
Worse ever service.

We are seller on carrefour from past 3 years, very poor seller support from there side, there are 3 pending issue, neither they are resolving the issue nor they are returning the item back, whenever we are sending mail, only getting same response as the concerned team is working on it, but no resolution, its been more than 3 months still the issue is not solved, even they hold our product sales money. I will not recomend you to sell on this platform.even one star rating is more than there poor service.

Placed an order for washing machine in CARREFOUR. They told it would get delivered today.when asked at what time they will deliver they agent at contact centre had no clue and kept on saying that we will do it as soon as possible and that they would call me with an update.

Till now I have called them over 7 times and they are responding like a recorded voice.with NO COMMITMENT OR CLUE OF WHEN IT WOULD BE DELIVERED.

I have been to local grocery stores like Bakala in Abu Dhabi which is more professional and commital than CARREFOUR.

CARREFOUR be banned from UAE for worst customer experience and should be fined for causing so much of nuisance to customers!

They took the prt for repair and it has been 3 months the issue not solved and in their system mentioned that they have refunded the amount! Where is my money 600 Dhs? Nothing refunded?

And what worse than that is the customer service call center! And no manager to reach to

Overall poor customer service although good deals. Ordered online item on 26th Nov, promise to deliver 29th nov then postpone to 30th nov then never arrive, so I cancel order on 30th Nov.now 17th Dec still no refund. All they can reply is in progress.

In my week moments i decided to buy a phone from carrefour which the delivery was expected latest at 16 December i had to travel on 21 December so i thought I'll have my phone by then today on 19th December after 7 or 8 helpline calls i have just received a message that my money is refunded and i can, t get the phone the last guy which i spoke on helpline suggest me to order again to repeat the same circle. I couldn't understand there professionalism if there is any.
My opinion for you all is to that keep in mind is that if you planed to order any thing from carrefour you can expect the same which i have been through.

قمت بشراء جهاز ايفون ١٣ بتاريخ ٤ أكتوبر ولم استلمه بعد، رغم كل الشكاوي المرفوعة. لكن لا حياة لمن تنادي.

Worst online services ever. I've never seen such fraud services. I have purchased iphone 13 on 4th Oct and never received it yet.
Certainly not going to purchase anything online again through this app.
Customer service is full of lies, and do not provide any support, never calls back.

I need my phone which I paid for!

My first online order with Carrefour, and they sent a substitute, probably because the item I requested was out of stock. For a company of this magnitude, the least they could do is to have a customer support center to call and inform the customers of the unavailability of the product. Very disappointed.

Placed an order online for Samsung refrigerator. Expected delivery was 06 September and till date we haven’t received the order. Tried following up with customer service to no avail. We are being told you can cancel the order and receive the refund in 8 days. We just want to receive the product we paid for. This will be the first and last time to experience such horrible service. I highly recommend not use the online ordering platform, you’ll be set for disappointment.

Canceled an order after one hour and waiting more than 10 days for refund and nothing happened, very bad service from Carrefour, cant imagine the time I wasted over phone with call center that they have no power to do anything. It is to state that my order number 18355409056788 amount already paid through credit card online which is dated 1st of April 2021 has not been delivered till date; 26th April 2021.

Despite the inefficiency of service witnessed several times in the past, Carrefour has not improved it's customer care staff.

As you can see my order status is - 'in process' since 26 days. Furthermore agonizing is that I have paid the full payment and after this pathetic attitude of ignorance I am not being given a refund. The company should compensate me in this regard as it is my right now.

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible, because keeping full payment and not delivering my goods is termed as thievery. Moreover, I can sue the company legally on judicial platforms.

If you are unable to manage, it is advisable to halt this business in Pakistan, as this may only add insult to your injuries.

I bought a fridge in September 2020. It has 1 year warranty. I called carrefour 5 times.because it stoped working. Every time they send a technician and every time he says he fixed, but it happens again and again same problem. I complained and I get the same answer every time. This is worst costumer services I have ever seen. I have to waste money for my food, because it gets bad. No courtesy for their customers. It looks like they are waiting until the warranty expires and they giving me the run around. Does anyone know how I can escalate this issue to higher level

The absolute WORST service. First time I bought a fridge (delivered late as usual) and then I cancelled the order the next day well within the 7 days period. It's now been 12 DAYS and at least 6 phone calls, yet no one cares to call back and pick up the fridge. The representatives they have are completely useless. They are just phone operators. The issue has been escalated to their "operations department" numerous times yet NO ONE Cares! DO NOT BUY any appliances or electronics from this terrible store because God help you should you have any issues.

I am disgusted with carrefour Jordan and I hope this is the corporate site.

Either they stop the points program or stop meddling with it. It is unprofessional what they are doing to their customers. I spend on average between $1700 - $2000 a month there for over 10 years since I live close to city mall, and used to get " when they started the program in Jordan" an average of $15 a week or more. Lately or to be precise since march they stopped giving point or started to cut down drastically. I know it's not the amount of money you spend but which products. I buy mostly carrefour products since that's were the points are given. Now since the past week I spent over $450 with ZERO POINTS. This is frostrating and many of your customers ate turning to Safeway since their prices are competitive with yours and you get points on the amount of money you spend.

I hope someone from corporate gets to the bottom of this before its to late.

وقمت بطلب طلبات من كارفور أمس وقاموا بأعلامي بالتوصيل بعد أربعة وعشرون ساعة ووافقت.
وعند الميعاد قاموا بتسليم ١٦ بند وقالوا لي الباقي في وقت لاحق مع العلم بأن البند الناقص من بنود غذائنا اليوم.
وعند الأتصال بشخص يدعي كريس وأسلوبه كان مستفز جدا وقال لي أستلم المتاح والباقي بعدين أو أرسال مبلغ البنود التي لم تسلم علي حسابك بعدين.
فأبلغته بأني محتاج البنود الناقصة فقال لي غير متاحه.
فقلت له عملت لك أوردر يأما تحضره لي أو ترجع كل حاجة وترد لي مالي وتستلم البنود بتاعتك.
فرفض وطلبت مديره وأفاد بأنه المسئول
الرجا من سيادتك التكرم بوضع نفسك وأسرتك مكاني ومعرفة ماذا تفعل مع هذا الشخص؟!

There is no possibility to rate with less than one star, this is why I chose one.

***Unlike other marketplaces, Carrefour marketplace prevents the costumer from reaching the supplier for refund or return! ***

On April, I bought a product from Carrefour website that turned out to be from a third party. The product was defective and, I tried to reachout the customer care with no luck as the lines were busy all the time. Finally, when I successfully reached the customer care, they refused to return or refund because the return policy works in the first 7 days of the delivery.

When I decided to reach out the supplier myself, I checked the Carrefour website where I did not find the contact information of the supplier. The contact information of the supplier they provided over the phone are wrong (the supplier does not respond to any).

Be careful when buying online, as it may becomes very annoying when you need to refer to the customer service because of lack of professionalism and sympathy.

Carefour i never expected you people can take months to do a refund of someone’s money but when it comes to collecting it’s done automatic please they are the worst online service I have ever used in the world.listen if you don’t give my refund I will make sure you do experience how painful it is don’t worry you have shops and I will move into it collect what is the cost of what you owe me then sure the police will settle us all thieves.

The worst place where you can purchase the item! Guest service is disrespectfully answering.the item that we received on 28th of May (and there was a manufactured problems) and we try to exchange it but they are so careless. From 30th of May we still waiting for any update. We called already 4times to check any update, no one contacted us, no one gave us clear answer and on top of that when you are trying to explain your concern your workers are answering rude, saying “are you the only one who’s gonna talk or you let me also” I’m going to complain to Dubai DED!

Very bad service, ordered goods on 15th April and nothing get delivered win 3 weeks times so cancelled the order on the beginning of May and now on june 7 still showing processing and no one is helping with refunds.there is no senior management to answer the calls or to attend to the guest and they simply do not response in anyway.poor customer service agents keep promising to escalate the issues but nothing's happens.

They are highly scam.never go for any shopping with #Carrefour.they are cheaters.shame on #Al Futaim groups.

The online shopping experience has always been deficient, but now during Covid-19 is simply HORRIBLE.

Carrefour charges full amount, however they don't deliver all the products paid for, and they don't refund the extra money charged!

When you complaint, they don't do anything. After 5 calls over 5 weeks, several complaints, nothing happens. NO MONEY IS REFUNDED, NOBODY CONTACTS YOU ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINTS.

1. I ask for their email so I can send my credit card statement to proove no refund has been made, but they don't have an "email"!
2. You ask for a supervisor and the say "we can't transfer the call to a supervisor"!

ALL DOORS ARE CLOSED WHEN ITS TIME TO GET REFUNDED.

So all they have set up is a way to get your money IN, very easily, but to refund it. Nothing really flows in their system.

I'd like to express my concern about the work of such a big company like yours.
I made an order on 27th of March but due to lockdown it has not been delivered. On the 5th of April I cancelled it but till now I haven't received refund. I keep calling call center and they are of no help. The order shows "PROCESSING" status till now and every person I am talking to is giving me different explanations trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. In these days when people are suffering from lockdown and personally me not getting paid the amount of 1229 dhs is really big.
I lost the trust to Carrefour company and the call center and the social media is my last resort. If there will be no help I will file a complaint to DED.

I send many concerned messages via your online (but seems not to ge through), on Facebook and still NO reply
And NO possibility to track the delivery?

I placed an order on March 29. Paid by credit card until now have not received the order. No one answer on the 1800 numb. Send several msg with no answer. Called share they cannot halp. I do not recommand carrefour delivery. Worst customer service. Until today they have my money and I did not get my groceries.unbelievable!

Very bad delivery service, ordered something, they deducted the money and now the message says they will deliver after 21 days! Nobody answers the customer service number, just an automated message saying that they are busy! Why have a delivery service then?

I have ordered three items under order no. 15533409137451. Out of which only one item is delivered. One is as out of stock. One item was Ariel 2L*4 detergent liquid which is still not delivered however money is deducted from my account and in your portal it shows item is delivered.

I have got message on 23/3/2020 that this item was out for delivery but never received nor any call from delivery boy nor any message of receipt of this material.
I believe customer care number is just for namesake as nobody picks up the call. I am trying to contact customer service team from last 2 months without any success.

They should close online store as service is very poor.

The worst customer service whihc I've ever had in my life! Carrefour absolutley doesn't not only about their customers, but also about their reputation which is the biggest asset nowadays! I did an order on-line for the delivery of food as per transaction number 0164511429531 day febore yesterday with delivery yesterday from 2 pm untill 4 pm. NOBODY CALLED ME UNTILL I DID NOT CALL at 5 pm to ask where is my 100% prepaid food, their customer call centre is certainly unhelpfull to get any clear answers! They onyl thing which they were repeating all the time was: we can't confirm, we don't know, we can't conect you with delivery team, we can't guarantee you, etc. HOW COME that such big retails company doesn't able to connect their customers with with delivery team? HOW COME that such big company is defoulting their customers with delivery? After 4 calls they told me that there is technical error in their system and they did not see my order, what is not truth: I called early morning before delivery to check some points and customer call centre saw details of my delivery: number of transaction, email box, my mobile phone, etc! They told after that due to system they did not see order! How come? If before timimg of order i called to recheck how to change my email and they saw my transaction number? I had to call within 2 days to get a feedback about exact timing of delivery! AS of now they prommised to make today from 4 untill 6 or 26-28 hours of delay of delivery versus PREPAID delivery timing as per booked order - so let's see a performance this time. Will it be 100% comitment to what they're saying and what they are doing in reality.
