I’ve got a great experience with operation manager customer service, he helped me immediately with my order that caused me a lot of stress! This is the kind of customer service must be provided by any brand, thank you very much for this excellent customer service experience and separate big Thank you to Mr. Ghaiss! My husband called and emailed over 5 times to close our account due to moving back and everybody said, they close it and nothing happened till today.very disappointed customer service, but everyone he was in contact asked him to give a 5 star CS review which my husband unfortunately give.

I bought a bag of Cosmo through Carrefour. Ajman Carrefour manager i don’t remember his name. Didn’t take any responsibility of warranty. I would inform and tell people never to buy anything of warranty from Carrefour. I informed and spoke to customer service but they did not repair or replace. Carrefour is not customer friendly anymore. The Ajman guy was absolutely brand supportive.i being so loyal for more than 10-15 years to carrefour.but now i have totally lost the loyalty towards it. Because of that guy of Ajman carrefour and Cosmo. I am writing this so that noone goes through what i went through.

This is the Head office of Carrefour Hypermarkets and being located at Shindaga, it's Sea view attracts alot of customers to shop from here and as well, it's near the Bus station which enable customers to get a quick access to transport and again, the Dubai Metro Green line is just across the Road. Customers coming to do their shopping here, have all the quickest means of transport including Dubai Taxi cabs. Everyone should get time to come and visit this place for all the quality products.

Dear Mr. Majid Al Futtaim,
As an Expat been living and working in the Arab World for more than three decades, I can, with certainty, confirm that I have seen my fair share of good and bad situations, as well as types of people.

A couple of years ago, I truly believed that the Carrefour chain was the benchmark for good international retail business and customer service standards. Meanwhile, this feeling has been abating, but I'm no longer a believer in such shenanigans as of Aug 26th, 2021.

We trusted and welcomed you into our homes; we took you everywhere we went; we allowed you to share every happy, sad, joyful memory and cherished moment in our lives, fought for you, and sometimes made it the ultimatum and NO other choices. We became your best Ambassador and Billboard and still ARE.

Meanwhile, while you claimed that the customer is always first, we acknowledged and stated that the customer is NOT always right, but respect is paramount.

While many of your staff are decent professional individuals, a greater many are much further from that minimum standards.

Unfortunately, I have observed a surmounting number of customer complaints within consumer protection agencies, evincing the grotesque behavior between what you teach and preach. I have filed numerous complaints at your stores in RAK and against you "Former Manager" himself.

Surprisingly, he only replied to slander his organization while sharing his problems and the type of customer service his wife received, so why should I, the regular customer, be treated any better? !

Every time we filed a complaint with your "Customer Complaint Dept. ", we received ALL the promises one could think of follow up, yet nothing happens!

This time, Your Bakery supervisor at your Ajman City Center told us to "Go to Hell. " not mentioning the chutzpah and impudence illustrated and on your CCTV while we were only asking for some bread.

Mr. Majid Al Futtaim, I assure you that we will be going but out of your stores, and we shall share this incident and all the previous ones with every company, investor, boycotter, a client of yours or not.

That is our mission and promise that we shall relentlessly continue to pursue, to include the outcome of every incident and this one and this email.

We have already started to share these terrifying experiences with close to 400 companies, business people, investors, regular clients, bloggers, etc.

We promise you to be the best "Ambassador and Billboard" to share these incidents' times, dates, and places; how Al Futtaim handled them. This time, we won't be going to a helpless department with a check-the-Box task, but to the consumer who pays your salaries and build your name and brand.

More importantly, I will be spending my money, building someone else's name, brand, and legacy, at a new "Hell" called Nesto, Lulu, Union Corporate, and every grocery store, even if we have to pay ten times the cost. At the same time, you might believe that you are impervious and where your Customer Service department runs nothing but their lips offering cheap sympathies with a delinquent account of loyalty, decency, and courtesy.

We didn't walk into your store to ask for pity or charity. We came shopping and appreciative, only to be ostracized, slandered, and to be derended in the presence of a slew of customers, among colluded circles. It's an obsequious incident highlighted with the Al Futtaim brand.

Carrefour are not taking any responsibility for online purchases. My kitchen appliance purchase has simply disappeared apparently! Upon contacting their customer contact centre I'm told the problem is due to the 'supplier'. Hang on guys.as far as I'm concerned you are the supplier. Take responsibility instead of blaming others. Good grief! Moreover, your contact centre staff treated me with utter contempt today. I simply want the item I paid for by the date promised. After all, that's your core business right? But in my opinion the offering is poorly executed to say the least. Better to shop online with Amazon.

I have no understanding or patience after 4 months of SHARE Failing at their JOB.

Your customer service is so horrendous and failed to do a simple job for over 4months! You should have compensated me with Voucher or 1000 Points! But instead got meaningless apologies and made me wait over 4 months. You failed as customer service and have zero skills of being one. I have no understanding or patience after 4 months of SHARE Failing at their JOB.

Enough with the excuses and imaginary concerned departments that have no care for customers!

A Person from Social Media - Ali Haider called to say: "we will forward your feedback to the relavent team"

He claimed, by his statement, he helped me as a customer. For over 100 days I received no calls from Ali Haider, he is unaware of the situation. He states that by giving me the points (points I Earned By Spending Money), that if I didn't follow up, would have never given to me, Ali Haider claims this is them doing their job. How is this helpful, to call after 100 days and to say an unhelpful irrelevant irresponsible statement! How is thwt helfup and valuable to me, as a customer in any way. ALI Haider, showed and his actions stated clearly that he Does Not Care for Customers, that he is helfup after 100 days for never calling for following up, that He Does not Regard the Customers Needs and Happiness in Any Way.

After 100 days: " We apologize, and Share your feedback with the relevant team"

How is this helpful to me? ! So you are telling me, all this time when you told me "you shared feedback with relevant team", that you haven't? !

I'm utterly disappointed for this behavior and the lack of support and care. It clearly shows the True Colors, especially Ali Haider you kept on repeating irrelevant things over and over again, clearly not having any clear sense about the situation and customers distress.

They are scammers. I have cancelled my order which was done on the 15th April and not delivered and still waiting until today but no response from them and management does not give a damm about it.never go for this scammers.

I bought a vacuum cleaner online and cancelled the order before delivery from May 29th and until now I didn’t get my refund for the same and called the call center a lot to follow up and nothing is happening. This will be last time to buy something from your online platform as your customer service level is very poor
Several times i asked for manager call and nothing is happening and nobody cares
25 days and refund is not yet processed!

I have made an online purchase for the first time ever on 30/3/2020 and till today 28/4/2020 the delivery has not been delivered. Tried calling them many times and it take ages to respond, after talking to the representatives 6 times since date of purchase and they keep saying we are busy and over loaded and will deliver soon without informing any date.why does Carrefour inform me on my date of purchase and post on the media and other channels that items needs 3 to 5 days to be delivered? !

With the big name they have, unfortunately there is no tracking systems on their website or apps to track the items too. Weak principles in customer service.

If it would of been possible to give Carrefour 0 stars I would of done that.
Ordered on 28th March supposed to get delivery on 31st March.long story short, today 5th April and still didnt get the delivery, followed up several times, been on hold for 20 to 30 min each time, spoke to few people all clueless.shame. Please stop the delivery service if you are not equipped to do it

The WORST ONLINE STORE EVER! Order takes 4 weeks to deliver and the call center every time promise that some1 will contact me for update and NO one call. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE, else u will just WASTE UR TIME.

I placed an order on March 9 and per practice it was supposed to be delivered on March 10 yet it was scheduled for delivery on March 11 between 12 and 2 pm. At 12.30pm I received sms that the order might be delayed and someone from customer service will contact me if further delay occurs. As expected no one called! At 7pm I called the customer service to inquire on the delay, after 14 min on hold, the operator Jenin answered the call and took all the details and then put me on hold for another 5 min, that’s 19 min on hold! After that he said he is not sure why the order was delayed and he sent a message to the store to call me back. Being consuming goods and food, I needed an immediate action or to call the store at once to see if the order will be delivered or should place a new one. Jenin didn’t share store details and kept repeating the same message over and over again, it was 29 min call by now, and when I insisted on my position, he simply disconnected the call without giving me a reference to follow up neither a complain number. Such lousy customer service and impolite way to handle customer calls, not to mention the delay, is totally not acceptable. Simply if Carrefour can’t handle deliveries and is not equipped with a proper team to do so, please advise the customers so we can move to another platform which can Service us better, and they are in hundreds in UAE!

I took a headset wroth 135aed.as the staff who said me the item gets serviced from Samsung service center in case of any damage in the warranty period. The item stopped working in it's 14th day.went to service center they denied to accept. Came back to carrefour and meet the customer care agent who act like owner of carrefour. He informed me in 15 days it will get serviced. 19th day I visit back again them to ask.they said as per policy. I met maneger Mr Mohammed and inform him all the issues. He told me to call back to me next day.no phone call recieved yet. Head set is we are using for daily purpose and now I need to buy a new one if I need to use. I seriously don't know why they are treating the common people like beggers. Really disappointed. Carrefour keep making money with lots of leing staff.
