I visited the store last week to look for some gift options for my mom. The sales associate Ran was very helpful, she gave me some idea, from the watch to the bangle with story telling with each collection. Overall I had a wonderful experience, we exchanged the details, and I will definitely be back for her.
I visited the store at dubai mall. The salesperson name Ran was very patient and active. She is a having a good knowledge about the products. I bought the product and I am very happy with it and services as well. Keep it up.

I have been in this store twice. The second time the sale associate who helped us was wonderful. He was patient, attentive and polite. He was clearly understood the costumer service and their experience in a luxury store. I can confidently say he understood the assignment! His name is Artyom and we will for sure go to him next time visiting this store. The store ambience was chic, catching and welcoming. They serve you barista style beverages while you are waiting. Artyom made sure their service is complete and walked us outside when we were leaving which I feel is friendly and professional. So in general I had a beautiful experience there without feeling uncomfortable or pushed even a bit…will definitely go back there and I hope others will experience the same.

The consultant did not know the assortment of the brand. When I asked for trinity earrings, she was not able to understand me. If a customer asks for information about a particular product and the consultant is unable to provide accurate and helpful information, it can lead to a negative shopping experience. This can also result in the feeling of being unimportant, as I was concerned that my request was not being taken seriously.
I had such a terrible experience with a brand like Cartier that is supposed to not only sell jewelries but overall to deliver an outstanding experience for its customers. Unfortunately what you receive as a loyal customer is: - customer service representatives called "ambassadors" that never revert to you and literally act as they don't hear you over the phone - unempowered staff that can't take even the tinies decisions to satisfy the customer - employees and management that doesn’t recognize their mistakes while asking you to pay for them
We visited here to purchase a watch for my watch as a milestone purchase. The store is easily one of the best Cartier stores we have ever visited.
Salim helped us view and try several options within the model range we were looking for and spent time explaining the history, mechanics and warranty of the time piece.
He gave us some delicious coffees, collected a new watch from their safe, present the watch, sized the bracelet and completed all of the paperwork for us.
We later returned the same day for a final adjustment and they quickly completed it.
Best of all we were given some care products and a travel case too.
I highly recommend visiting this store if your thinking of making a purchase.
I was simply astonished by the level of quality and service at this Cartier boutique. They restored my old watch to looking like a brand new one almost for free. The entire customer experience was beyond pleasant for us from A to Z.
Brand is for middle class people who would stay in the queue to buy something in a life time. Not for someone who has money and won’t stay in the queue, or see attitude on the faces of employees.
Staff are very helpful at Cartier Dubai Mall. They always accommodate different types of payments for your purchase (half cash half credit, for example). On the other hand, they tend to try to sell you the more expensive items. Their attitude seems to be affected by how rich you look and how ready you are to buy their expensive products. Their cleaning services are quick and effective.
Bad customer service. I waited more than 15 minutes then the sales person told me that my item is out of stock and i can get it from mall of emirates. So why u have it on display. Also the staff are very tough!
Make you que outside an empty store for over an hour just to create ‘hype’ they also let in whoever they want regardless of place in line. Don’t recommend, take ur money to bvlgari next door

Was disappointed with the SAs attitude. Went in with my fiancé to shop for our wedding bands. We bought one. But entire experience was not pleasant we wanted to try a couple different styles and she seemed very impatient, not interested, didn’t really want to show anything, seemed annoyed, didn’t even try to have any sort of conversation. Told us a band was more expensive then the one we were currently viewing without even showing it us, (we didn’t get to see it, since she shut us down) we hadn’t told her a budget, she just assumed. Wedding band shopping is a special experience for couples and staff should be at least engaging. She changed a little bit once she knew we were going to make a purchase. We had previously gone into Mall of Emirates Cartier and they were so sweet and engaging, but Dubai mall SA was not welcoming at all, kinda made us feel like we were wasting her time.
If it wasn’t for Mr Smail (hopefully I spell his name right) I wouldn’t give more than 1 star as he welcomed me and treated me better than 1 day before when the saleswoman was looking down to me which made me decide not to buy from her, she doesn’t want either to cooperate or help out l felt like its her time the I’m wasting, thank Smail for making this place looks as expected
This comment is dedicated to the service team in Cartier and specifically dedicated to Mr. Abdulla from Russia who helped me and my wife get her cartier ring to service to be checked and cleaned. Mr. Abdulla's attitude and service was one of a kind and I have never seen such customer care in Cartier before, I'm a local and I know a good customer service when I see one and Mr. Abdulla is exceptional
Their after sales service upstairs is nirvana! I had a jewelry for resizing and Maja perfectly assisted me. There's also bar for refreshment which is a favorite, bar attendants are lovely and even offered to take some photos. Impeccable service and wonderful experience indeed!
Experience wasn't really good, my expectations were high cos its Cartier. Service was poor, should we call it shortage of staffs?
It was my first time, i was in the boutique for more than 30min, no one came to assist me, i had to leave.
The long minutes i endured to stay was because of a security there, an african guy wearing glasses, he was nice, i see the way he tried to calm other customers waiting and losing patience.
The boutique is too big for the number of staffs i could see, Cartier needs to do something about that.
Really bad service. You could expect better service at cheaper branding stores. Message to the management team: you need to either do more professional trainings for your Chinese employee Ms. Cheng or fire her. Her service is destroying your brand reputation!
We went in to buy two watches to mark the sale of a property back home. With the help of Nick, he ordered in my timepiece and messaged when it arrived. Wife brought her favorite watch. Simple process ending in a private tour of the Cartier Collection maintained upstairs. Still another couple of timepieces on my list to return again
I came here to do a maintenance/repair for my wallet and i have been delayed for almost 45 minutes and there was only one employee working in the customer service area which was really frustrating.
They are very busy and only one customer service is available for maintenance items and i have been waiting 45 minutes for my turn. Really worst customer service.
Worst customer service of all Jewelry shops I dealt with here in the UAE.
I contacted the customer service centre multiple times over two days and every time it would direct me to the answer machine to leave my contact to gets a call back, that never happened. Same case with the email that I sent.
I called again on the third day and finally got through to an agent with who I spent roughly 15 mins in total discussing my requirements and making me look through their catalog to get reference numbers for my choices, he promised to check their inventory and get back to me with the available options within my requirements, that was on the 21st of April and today is the 28th, and I still haven't received any feedback.
I would recommend spending your money in a place with better customer service and more respect to your time.
Worst Cartier Ever, Some of the Staff is chatting to each other and ignoring the Customer in the Accessories Area, i spoke with a lady about a specific pen & she told me that she will call somebody from Sales and nobody show up for almost 30 mins.
I believe that its better to be Named as Majlis of Cartier other than Cartier.
Literally worst Cartier I’ve been to. My husband and I waited for 20 min no one came to assist us. It wasn’t a busy time either! We asked security to send someone to help us - nothing. After another 10 min we left. Worst customer service, lost a customer.

سياسات كارتير في الصيانة وما بعد البيع سواء بالسعر او الوقت سيئة جدا جدا واسعار تجبرك تشتري جديد والمشكلة ايضا ما تقدر تعرف توفر القطع او عدمه قبل ترسل القطعة لدبي سواء مباشرة او عز طريق وكيلها فالسعودية. حقيقة نقطة سوداء مع احترامي كارتير!
I must say it has been a very disappointing visit to your store. This incident took place today that’s the 27th of January.
I visited your prestigious store in Dubai mall with a friend hoping to get a website or an email address to apply for a job. I walked up to one of your staff as no one was willing to greet or assist us and asked about the details. He looked very disappointed as we asked him about the above. He didn’t give us a clear answer, and went away. We tried to call him again instead he walked up to the security and asked him, why did he let us in? (He was Chinese, I believe) On hearing this my friend and I were very shocked and upset about the staffs behavior. Didn’t really think a prestigious luxury brand like Cartier would hire such staff who have no ethics to converse with a person which also leads to degrading the brands name. Please give me an explanation to what wrong did we do on asking for the email address?
Thought the customer service for top brands like Cartier etc.are top notch. Maybe you guys support racism? As that’s what your staffs behavior showcased. Instead I would prefer the customer service for a brand like Splash.
