Really a shameful service for a brand that delivers outstanding customer service at the heart of what they stand for. You will be treated like an inferior customer if they see you and think you are just browsing. I never felt more insulted when I went to pick up my purchase which was a sizable one. Never again

Disgusting service and disrespectful attitude. The consultant was in a hurry and does not allowed me to properly examine the product. During my visit, the consultant went to other clients who were probably more profitable for him as they looked all in diamonds and gold. So if you don’t have a million dollars, then you will be treated like empty space. I am a client of many jewelry houses, but I have never encountered such vile treatment anywhere. I do not recommend you waste time and money with this brand. It is popular and promoted well but that’s all. At least here in Dubai.

I visited the cartier boutique in the Dubai mall. If you ever need professional advice, Mr Tarek was so welcoming and friendly. His knowledge about the products and his kindness made my purchase unforgettable. If I sense any negativity, I won’t purchase in the shop. Mr Tarek knows, how to make the clients feel special and valued! I will for sure recommend!

The SA - Hossam was not quite helpful, I asked about the price of a Cartier Santos steel bracelet and he told me that it’s ranging from 700AED to 1,500AED. I feel like he wasn’t really paying attention to what I was inquiring about and I had reiterated that I want the cost for the STEEL BRACELET. I have high expectations from the staff that work in this brand but i’m just really disappointed.

The employees wasn't very friendly, she was slightly rude and impatient. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. The bigger store on ground floor was better and I made a purchase there instead. Please make sure ur staff have better customer service. The lady who served me today wasn't not approachable at all. Not a good look on this store

Unfortunately i had the worst experience ever when i walked into the Cartier boutique.i wanted a consultation since i was going to buy my first love bracelet and i wanted to compare sizes and colors and see what fits. They were extremely arrogant and nobody was helping. A lebanese woman with lip fillers “greeted” at me the door and was sighing and looking at me up and down the whole time.i was asking her for a consultation and she was on her phone not even responding to me. She was texting and ignoring me. I am extremely upset because i travelled to Dubai just to get the love bracelet from this branch. But i changed my mind after the extremely awful and poor treatment. I’ve been to other Cartier branches in the world and i know the treatment in this boutiqe was definitely not the Cartier standard at all.

I paid for the order using the link that was sent to the post office after communicating in the official WhatsApp, after that, for the third day, they don’t answer me, not by mail, not by WhatsApp, they don’t send order confirmation. I'm already seriously worried that they were scammers.

Dear Sir/Madam
Today i was in boutique, I recently see new lady from Morocco she works in Cartier Dubai mall, first of all one guy he was helping me to choose what i want, then the lady she comes to me and she said i will help you…
I noticed that she just take clients form other colleagues and she not do 100% of her job.
Many times I asked her to give me the card postal (happy birthday)
That she didn’t do it for me.
When I went out from the boutique i asked again from another person to give me the card (even she come into between my speaking with another person)
Really I didn’t expect this behavior…
There are really some nice person in boutique that i see them from about more than 2 years till now but today experience was really not that much nice for me.

Sales representative lacks knowledge of the products available in store. He is unfriendly at all. He Is so arrogant! Never going to visit this showroom again! I always go to MOE showroom sales are more knowledge and friendly.

Hello, the brand is very classy, but unfortunately in Dubai Mall, an Arab employee, an employee named Hussam i think, is a great disappointment. He is not a professional like him. He speaks a lot and crosses the border. The reputation of the brand has been tarnished.

Came today to buy some gifts from the shop. But the lady kept me waiting and i can see other clients who came after me are being served.

My review is mixed, the guy that helped me resizing my ring was so helpful and lovely I really appreciate him, but when i finished and wanted to buy another ring, another sales associate came and he was not very helpful- felt like he was in a rush and just wanted me to be done and leave!

We were asked to wait in line, 5 people were launched in front of us during the waiting time. Launched into the store in 15 minutes, asked to wait 2 minutes for the consultant, eventually sat inside like no one needed 15 minutes and left, well at least said goodbye to us.
Terrible attitude towards people.
