Trying to reach out from past 3 days after booking a car, No response! Horrible customer service!

Terrible customer service. They try to automate everything but it just doesn't work. You've got to hold their hand every step of the way. Messages go unanswered. Promises to follow up go unheard. This was the experience through ten customer touch points. Like. I went to their office in the middle of nowhere with an open mind. The biggest waste of my time.

Had an outstanding experience with Kavak while selling my car. The process was unexpectedly easy, comfortable, and remarkably time-efficient. I received the best price for my car, and the entire transaction was transparent and swift. Kavak’s team, particularly Mr. Damson, demonstrated excellent professionalism, courtesy, and customer care throughout the transfer process, making it smooth and comfortable. Great smooth experience selling my car through Kavak. Was skeptical at first given that they only pay via bank transfer after selling your car. The transfer happens in RTA barsha mall and employees there told me they are legitimate and it was TRUE. Funds were received in my account 15mins after transfer of car ;) Truly recommended. Thanks

Kavak seemed like a good concept initially. My husband and I came to purchase a large SUV (230k+ aed). We also added an extra tinting service to be ready upon pickup of the vehicle. You'd think after spending so much that they'd take extra precaution to make sure everything is in place and ready to go. Unfortunately, that was not our experience (hence the one star). They removed the backseat visors in order to put on the tint and never bothered putting it back in. When we contacted them asking for the visors they took a while to respond and hasn't gotten back to us since on the status (it's been days). The tint itself was questionable as there are 3M marks on the window so when you look out the window that's all you see. The car came with no manual, no remote, no headsets even though there are screens on the backseat. Mind you it also never came with a second set of keys. Extremely disappointed with the low quality service when we dropped so much money on this place. AVOID at all costs unless you want to spend money and have things stolen from you before pickup (that's essentially what happened with us).

Update: after my review they contacted us to attempt to gaslight us into thinking that there were never any visors in the car prior to them tinting it. Absolute lie and they told us to use alcohol to remove the 3M mark (something they should’ve done before handover). Absolutely mortified by the level of service. They never contacted us again to return the visors. They’ve made their money and that’s all they care about. My advice? Don’t bother with these incompetent people!

Good service and timely response. The person came to inspect was on time. However the price the offered a day later was trying to rip off. Despite in first email they offered higher and later came with made up stuff by saying we have to spend 4000 to make this car showroom worthy. Excuse me.you already know that you offered even at first place the price way lower then market. And then trying to scare customers with stories to make them lesser offer. Thats an absolute scam. Instead better places r there to sell.

I chose Car Zaty based on the positive reviews of their clients. I updated the car details on their website within a few hours got a call from their office with an offer which was much better compared to other Companies. Fixed the appointment through Whatsapp. Following the
technical inspection, I received a final offer within an hour. They were also supportive of allowing me to use the car for 3 days. The transfer process was also very smooth. Bank transfer was made to my account. There was an hour delay in the Bank transfer I was concerned but their team replied to me spontaneously and received the full payment as per the final offer. The only issue was there was a difference of AED 1,500 between the first and final offer as per Car Zaty it is to replace some parts and repaid the minor scratches on the door. Other than that the whole process was handled professionally and they were reliable. Also they did not discourage by providing any negative feed back on the car like other Companies were doing. Overall it is a very good Company. Thanks to their team Jessica, Mahmoud and Franklin.

Very nice experience in selling 2 cars. Prices offered are best for used cars. They really give fair market price. Arun is very helpful and Fadrick helped during transfer process. Money is transferred at the same time via Al Ansari at Al Barsha Mall.

We were new to the UAE, living in Abu Dhabi, and we needed a lot of help seeing our vehicle and purchasing it. We had a very specific model we were looking for with certain features and Ibrahim was able to take care of us throughout the entire process.

He made it all very easy for us, even helping after the purchase was complete when we had additional questions. Most importantly, my husband and I both found him to be VERY HONEST and highly ethical. Sold my car through the team at Carzaty and had a brilliant experience. They managed to make a daunting and complex process superbly simple. After inspecting the car and confirming the price which was fair and reasonable, unlike half of the dealers out there… we were all wrapped up in less than an hour from visiting the RTA to sign the paperwork to getting paid. I bought a 2017 Pajero with Carzaty. Overall my experience was as below.

1. Mr Rabih was my contact person. He is a straight forward guy who answered all my queries. His professional approach was very helpful in making the decision.

2. Mr. Amir is the man who helped me through bank finance. I just handed over the documents to him and he took care of the entire finance process with the bank. There were some confusion in the loan approval process but Mr. Amir dealt everything very smoothly.

3. The condition of the car is excellent. However, it is too early to comment on the same. I will post the quality review of car after a month.

Overall I will give 20 stars for Carzaty if possible based on the buying experience I had. Everything was done within 5 days time. Super professional team. Recommend to everyone looking to buy a used car. Carzaty is the place where you should go.

I bought my first ever car through Carzaty and truth be told I was nervous by the process, having had a bad experience with previous dealers, agencies and individual buyers.

I was very cautious and asked a huge number of questions (I’m sure some of which were very obvious)! I really had no need to worry – They did everything for me, and throughout the whole process really put my mind at rest, multiple viewings, bank finance, window tinting, car history, insurance – EVERYTHING was explained to me and taken care of.

Ibrahim is extremely professional, understanding and has a great attitude. I was approached by Carzaty through the WhatsApp as they viewed my dubbizle ad.

An offer was sent and I was requested to visit them to check my car. I schedule an appointment with one of their representatives, and after testing the car and checking everything, I was promised the offer will be confirmed by tomorrow to finalize the payment.

Unfortunately, they have pulled out from the deal for a silly reason.

Bought a used Patrol from Carzaty. Compared to buying from a private person the process is easier especially if taking a car loan. They also help with car registration. Staff are helpful. It is possible to have a car checked at a garage of choice for extra piece of mind. The car was delivered very clean - almost felt like buying new.

I had a really great experience with Carzaty. They are pretty legit. I had decided to buy a brand new Pajero through Carzaty in 2019 and the difference in the process from other dealerships was night and day. Streamlined and simple, they cleared any doubts I had and I was out of the door with my new car in no time. Saved me a ton of money in the process. I would definitely recommend them.
