Absolutely unprofessional, I have been two weeks waiting for prices for a big purchase and no one showed up yet, emailed them again and no reply.

The worst service in uae. We have ordered with delivery 2 shower mixers. They have delivered some parts in diferent colours, on many phone calls the said will be replaced, and after that we have got an answer if we need to change any parts, we need to come to the shop.
Even 1 star is too much for them.

Good experience, they have different prices, but I good quality, and varierity and the team is really kind.

Their customer service is absolutely nightmare, if you can handle delivering each item every week in few months, here you go!

AVOID THEM, their sales and prices doesn’t worth the horrible experience. We read the review but unfortunately we fooled by their discount and purchased few items. They were helpful till we placed the order, after that the experience was horrible and after 2 months im still waiting for my item and the Manager of the Casa Milano still doesn’t give me exact time!

We have purchased a kitchen from Casa Milano and interacted with Ahmed, the director in charge. I must say I rarely had such a professional interaction before. The design was done within hours, adjusted as per our needs taking into account functionality and aesthetics. In parallel he aligned with EU to meet our price and delivery time requirements. This is something I have not experienced anywhere else. I trust with his great team the execution and installation will be very professional too. I will leave a seperate review after installation with pics. Kudos for that Ahmed.

I had a problem with the delivery of tiles. It seems to me that the delivery service is not very well organized. As a result, I had to call, and then go to pick up the tiles myself. But the quality of the product is quite good.

I had the most horrible experience ever
I bought an outdoor jacuzzi, and in the begining the sales guy kept lying about it was the last peace and its on a discount and when i bought it i realised that there are many stocks available and in the same price that he offered me as a discounted price
Second they gave me the jacuzzi with some parts missing and accused me of losing them then gave me another one
Finally when they delivered me the missing parts their driver crashed my newly made home garage making a big damage thats costs 4000 aed to fix it and they refused to compensate me and they just told me to deal with the cars insurance and its over a month and i didnt receive my money yet from the insurance

تعاملت معاهم اكثر من مرة وصراحة تعاملهم وبضاعتهم لا يعلا عليها و طاقم العمل ودود جداً وأخص مدير المعرض الأخ محمد عطيا وكذلك الأخ عبدالله فاروق. ما يقصرون ويساعدون بشكل كبير وابتسامتهم دايماً على وجههم ويعطونك اسعار طيبة. موفقين ان شاء الله

للأسف اخذت منهم مواد وكانت الشطافات كثير منها يليك واتواصل معاهم عشان يصلحوها ومن شهرين لين اليوم ماخلصوني.

Bought this sensor tap product from Danube Deira showroom.salesman told it’s Italian product with 1 year warranty on sensor and 5 year for the mechanism, the product was really bad quality and was leaking after use also, tried several time for customer complaints one MR. Tareq was dealing with the issue.after 3 days continuous follow up, still no idea what they are going to do.keep saying tomorrow technician will come (and that “tomorrow” never ends for them.really cheap products and cheap customer services

Products are great but service cant get any worse, what you choose is either unavailable or difficult to get; and if you cancel an order good luck on the wait

We purchased many items from this shop, we have received excellent support from Mr. Firas who was very helpful to resolve some issues we experienced in our order. They have flexibility to support until you are having full satisfaction with your order. Quality of the products is good but not all products they have are in high quality.

Made the mistake of buying my entire bathrooms from this place. Quality is poor, delivery is late and customer service is non existent. Misrepresentations and broken promises. Most recently, bought a fancy Italian brand toilet that remains inoperative since day one. Send messages and made calls but no one cares. Won’t buy from here again.

Very bad customer service, made a big order of tiles, paid the advance payment waited for 5 weeks. No one contacted me, whenI called later on they told me that shipment didn’t arrive yet and there is a further delay until not sure when! Seriously! Had a long and bad argument with them and cancelled my order

Casa Milano is the special high end branded building materials items of Danube. We can feel the turkeys made items from here. They are maintaining the quality and finishes both. Price is little higher but look on finishes and warranty is more.

Whauuuu. It's so luxury yar. Everything is here so sexy things in design, productivity and quality. One of most thing his director Mr Azhar sajan one of Youngest bussiness Man of Dubai and they provide all type of unique luxury sanitaryware for dubai homes. Best place for tiles and Sanitary ware.

One hell of a experience!
Products ranging from very basic to ultra premium. Be it all sanitary wares, wall tiles & marbles, landscaping materials, great collections of corian etc. You name it & it's there. Brands ranging from Versace, Roberto Cavalli & of course Casa Milano.

Visited again after 1 year and got same superb service
Must visit this showroom if u want luxury for your bathroom

The worst experience ever! Unprofessional people
We Orders 90 meters of Italian tiles and paid 16,000 Dirhams for renovation of two bathrooms from their showroom in Shaikh Zaid road, we requested the delivery after two months from the invoice date, at the date of delivery they delivered the quantities to start the work, after we started the renovation work for 10 days out of 14 days estimated project time we noticed that the tiles are not sufficient (25 SQM less), and we were surprised about their answer that they had delivered less quantities and they knew about this problem since the beginning and they knew it on the delivery time as well and no body have the decency to inform us, they actually let us start the work knowing that we will end up with uncompleted work! They said that on delivery date the warehouse discovered that some of the quantities they sold us on their system was actually broken.worst part is that they didn’t inform us and they knew that we are starting the job with contractor in our home that we are living in with three kids sharing only one bathroom.
! Now everything is messed up!
currently the work had stopped on 75% accomplishment.the house is a mess and job can’t be completed and the contractor is asking for more payment as his original quoted job was based on for 2 weeks and currently he needs to stop and he will need extra week once the problem finish.

We tried to reach Casa Milano several times and after so many attempts finally we successfully reach them and they said The tiles which we ordered are not available! We visited them and they contact their supplier in Italy and found tiles (This solution could be done since day 1 they noticed that the quantity they invoiced is not available but the lack of professionalism they decided it is ok neither to inform us not to start the work neither they ask for the remaining amount) they only start searching for solutions only when we had visited them and done a complain with Dubai customer rights)
they inform us that they will ship by air and it needs 10 days time
Till now no update on the expected delivery time, no body respond to our messages and the only way to catch them only by paying them a visit

Two weeks job had became six weeks job if we are lucky.from Casa Milano management we didn’t got a single email or phone call to apologize!

More than a retail store for sanitary ware it comes off as a art gallery which just makes the whole experience memorable. I still have not seen such an outstanding retail store in UAE yet.

Purchased some high quality products of Grespania and Devon & devon and i sure am fully satisfied with the service and the discount that was given!
