The moutabal they gave me was not good.
I ordered takeaway and when I came at the hotel the smell was bad. This wasn’t fresh made.

Perfectly cooked kebabs, juiciest and best we have had. Wonderful flavours. The staff are so accommodating, polite and happy. Definitely recommend.

Their rice with pomengrate was good. Kebab was good, however, all other grills on the mixed grill platter were below average.

Friendly, good food, reasonable price.
This is my second review of this simple yet wonderful restaurant. I visited on lunch time and ordered Bakhtiari kebab. See photo. I confirm my previous review, and raise the score to five stars.

Unarguably my favorite Persian food in town. The Bulgarian kabab is the best one on the menu. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff is lovely and beyond friendly!

Good place for Shawarma.i liked spicy meat shawarma. They have both dine in and takeaway options. Reasonable prices.

If you enjoy the Persian (Iranian) cuisine experience this is the must-go-to place in Dubai. The menu is very diverse and the food is really delicious. The staff are exceptionally friendly and they would accommodate if there is anything to be provided. Don’t forget to try their Persian style tea after your meal. Highly recommended.

I tried the kobedah kabab. And was not disappointed. Was delicious and moist. Served with soup, bread and complimentary vegetables. Service was brilliant and waiter was very accommodating. Can't wait to visit again.

My experience was good, I tried this restaurant many times and I liked the food a lot especially Sultany Kabab, prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, atmosphere is nice. There are separate tables with curtains for families which is more suitable for many Arab families. They serve complementary green salad and lentil soup before your meal and black tea after you finish your meal, recommended place for groups and families.

Been a customer since their start in 1999, always food was above expectation, customers well served and feels like home.

Exquisite traditional iranian food. Have tried some of the best known iranian restaurants in Dubai and can say that their yoghurt kebab is amongst the very best in Dubai! Excellent service. Very reasonable pricing. Good-sized portions. Recommend!

Ive tried alot of persian restaurants and i could say caspian was one of my best experience, so had to leave this review for them as they deserved it. The food was so tasty and well cooked, the staff very welcoming, really felt like home.

Best shawarma in rolla street burdubai. They serve both meat and chicken shawarma there.
For your best experience of taste try dining in the restaurant so that you'll feel the crispy n delicious shawarma in the city with really affordable price.
It's just 6.25 when i had latest on 13-03-2020.
I wish people try atleast once to know how real shawarma taste will be.
I tried both meat and chicken. And my highest preference will be chicken for its taste n juicy chicken

Very welcoming healthy and Tasty as well!
Ambiance is good and tea is must have after meal.
I believe this is the only place in the area to serve meat shawerma!
Their Meat Shawerma is fantastic and mouth watering till last bite and its cheap too.
I would like to correct some comments here about this place: most of the food served here other than shawerma are not that dirt cheap as some of the comments says here. I can say Its medium. But the food is very good and have a big list of trustable Iranian varieties.

Very tasty! My favorite go to restaurant for Persian Kebab. The ambience was great too! They have generous servings and will give yogurt with your kebab meal. They offered freshly brewed tea and minted candies after your meal as well. The waitress was very pleasant while serving us. I brought different friends to this restaurant already and each time we would enjoy our meal.

Never order food from here, it will never reach you. Guy sitting in the counter cannot communicate.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was very friendly as were the staffs too.the owner was very welcoming and social.we felt like home and for sure its a place i will be visiting again.

Had Kaban and Shorma with friends. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and staff was very accommodating. Will be back definitely!
