I reserved for 4 People as there was an offer for men which was 100 Dirham entrance to the pool with a Drink,
Once i reached the place and tried to enter the place,
-one lady said 500 for entrance
-the other lady said 300 for entrance
-and the manager said 150 but no drinks for the entrance…
i said why? I reserved for 4 and the payment according to your website and instagram page shows 100 Dirhams, and why is each and every one of you from the management asking for a different price, seemed like they’re trying to scam me get and get as much money out of me as they can.

Amazing place, love the design! I was there in the pool during the day time, I like it also and on Saturday they have pool party! Coool vibes! And I was there in the evening fur dinner, also I liked it! And the view of Burj khalifa and vibes are nice! Recommend!

First time and it was awesome. Ambience is instagram worthy. Boho-chick theme I may say. Perfect for individual dine-in or group. Awesome service- staff were super kind and nice especially Amit, our main server. Will definitely try their brunch next time- yass! Pool for summer is available.

One of the best brunch places in Dubai. Very good people everywhere, mostly Europeans so the vibes are really good. The music and the place is just fantastic the service is not that good I think needs more staff, cus sometimes you have to wait so long to get a drink or food. But overall is a great place to spend some good time alone or with friends.

Certainly not a place for food. Made a reservation for 7: 30 got seated at the very end of the pool. Nobody came to check on us for 20 mins to get drinks order. Parking is not included so we wasted time and money.

Had a great night last night at Cavo. The food and service was excellent and our waiter Navieem was outstanding. We didn’t want for anything and he always made sure we had what we needed.

We checked out Cavo because we read so many good reviews, we live in Dubai so we kind of had an expectation of this type of place. We were so right, it was TERRIBLE! The dynamite shrimp seems like it was made the day before as it was cold in the middle, then we had the beef sliders, these were the worst of them all, so dried and tasteless (we sent them back). We also ordered a wok lemon chicken, turns out it was chicken nuggets covered in a mountain of breadcrumbs (no joke), we started joking saying the breadcrumbs were from yesterday's sliders buns. The only thing we thought it was alright was the asparagus. THEN the bill arrived! We had no choice than to complain to the chef and manager.

This was an outstanding experience! The place was immaculate, staff were friendly and provided a high level of customer service. Food was amazing and drinks were well served! Would highly recommend visiting Cavo you will not be disappointed.

After calling in advanced on a Sunday 29th May 2022 morning, explaining that me and my friend were coming from Abu Dhabi, and were booking a table on the same day. We arrived and the manager of the club told us that the whole (20% full only restaraunt) was full and didnt like how we looked, and told us he didnt know what we were talking about and told us to leave.

This was beyond rude and i dont know how these people are working in the entertainment industry here in the UAE

Cavo is such a cool place. The food is delicious and the place itself is vibing a lot. It's one of my favorites. Coming back for sure!

Legitimately the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I’m really not exaggerating here but thethere we’re 4 waiters would walk away from us after every sentence and every item request.

After 20+ minutes of trying to order, I finally got to tell them my order and 30 minutes later discovered they hadn’t put it in.

During this time 2 friends had their full meal, before the third friend got hers and I only got mine after the 3rd friend had finished.

Chaos and disorganizations - would not recommend.

After complainig, the manager brought cakes with sparklers and set them in front of a fan so the flame blew into ky friends face‍️.

The bill then came and they charged us for large waters after telling us the large waters were sold out earlier in the night

Great restaurant with very friendly staff. This is one of my favorite places, cause food is tasty, especially salmon teriyaki. I like to come on the evening cause there is a DJ and we can dance with my friends.

First time visiting Cavo Dxb and i can say that it has been a great experience. This cozy place has left the best impressions! I enjoyed the delicious food with the mix of good music that made everything perfect.
