Fraud and forgery and trying to humiliate other cell saving companies so that you stay with them, after time passed and we need the cells it shows that the verbal agreement they told me is deffrent from the contract and they are being neglecting and don't care about their lies. example, you can not use the saved cells at all unless you have paid the full amount, and you need to pay extra charges when using the cells even though I have the highest plan (ultimate).

Any company gives verbal summary deffrent from the contract that normal people don't read is a fraud.

I spoke with one of their medical consultant ans she explained everything intensively and was very helpful. I also got my storage certificate in a reallyy short time.
They are the only company operating in the uae since 2006 and also AABB accredited.

We had a great experience with Cell save Arabia The field agent (Mariam) in Danat Al Emarat Hospital was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We spoke several times and she gave us all information we could have asked for. The process was very easy. We pick up the kit from her in the hospital and they come and collect it on the day of delivery at very fast process.

My experience with the sellsave is amazing and the team is so helpful. I have completed all the requirements in a timely manner because the team has provided me with online documents and we finalized the process easily.

I did a lot of research of which Cord bank to store my daughter's stem cells with, and I decided to go with CellSave for a number of reasons.
1. They straight up offer to store in two locations without any extra charge
2. They also store placenta tissue
3. They are the only cord bank that has a lab here in the UAE. I have personally visited the lab and was highly satisfied with their operations.

5. Any time you need the cells for transplant, they will be transported free if charge
6. After delivery, all I had to do was to call them and they took care of the rest.
