Highly recommend this service. They fixed my MacBook Pro in 2 hours, and 8 times cheeper than Apple service. Saved my money and time.

I contacted many service centers to replace the screen on my MacBook that wasnt turning on. These guys were the only one who asked to inspect first to determine the issue, all the others were happy to just replace the whole screen without checking. Turns out a lesser component needed replacing which cost half the price of replacing the complete reconditioned screen. Great service and highly recommended.

Went with a bad sound issue on the iPhone. The team suggested to first check if cleaning will resolve the problem. Turns out only cleaning was needed. They were very quick and didn’t charge us anything! Great service and customer experience

Great service - thank you guys. Had the power button on my MacBook replaced on the spot, then my iPhone lightning socket was not connecting. They just cleaned out all the debris and gave it a thorough clean. The charge for that - zero. Well done guys!

قبل شهر تحطم هاتفي الايفون ولحق به اضرار وخيمه في المذر بورد. وذهبت به الى عدة محلات ولاكن دون جدوى ، وكلهم يقولون لي لا يمكننا اصلاحه. وقبل اسبوع عند بحثي في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي عن حل هذه المشكله ، اخبرني احدهم عن celmetro وتواصلت معهم وعلى الفور اجاب علي احدهم وشرحت له المشكله واني اريد استرجاع البيانات المهمه والصور التي لها ذكريات جميله التي لا تقدر بثمن. لقد اجاب علي وقال انه يمكننا اصلاحه. وبالفعل ذهبت اليهم في اليوم التالي وسلمتهم الهاتف وقامو بفحصه وتشخيص العطل واصلاحه خلال مده قصيره. بالفعل كانو رائعين جدا و فنين ممتازين لم ارى لهم مثيل. انصح كل احد لديه مشكله في هاتفه ان يذهب الى هذا المكان الرائع.

Amazing customer service from celmetro team this time at their Al Barsha centre. Fixed my broken display of iPhone Xr in under an hour. Fixed a complimentary screen guard on it!
The quality of the display is as good as original. I gave my other iphone 11 so that a screen protector could be fixed on it as well and they fixed that as well without charging.
Five stars for the quality of repair and quick turn around time. Heartfelt applause on customer experience and satisfaction.

PLEASE READ! My iPhone was completely smashed after being run over by a car! Apple in MOE would not do the repair and Minutes specifically told me that nothing can be done because the motherboard is damaged. That is when I found CelMetro via an online search. Despite it being a Friday, yet Francis answered my whatsapp's, called me to discuss the chances of getting my data, took the time to explain everything, and put my mind at east regarding what I Minutes told me is completely irrecoverable. The next day after giving them the phone, within two hours they had already fixed the motherboard and gave me the options in terms of either data recovery of a complete phone fixing with the advantages/disadvantages for each approach. Despite them making money by fixing, they still recommended I do not fix the phone, which I thought is completely honest and admirable. They kept the phone for two days while the data is being uploaded and the entire thing cost me NOTHING compared to what I would have had to pay to fix my phone. I think it goes without saying, I cannot recommend CelMetro enough. Thank you for saving photos/videos/memories that are beyond any monetary value. Thank you!

I had water damage to my MacBook, they were super helpful and efficient. They dried it out, the MacBook works and I'm able to get all my data from it, they did this free of charge as they couldn't replace the Touch Bar. Alex was especially helpful, calling me to update me regularly and giving me hope that I hadn't completely damaged the laptop. Thanks so much Cell Metro! Will definitely be using this service again and will be telling everyone else to use it too.

Another fantastic repair job completed by the CelMetro team which saved me a small fortune, as I didn't have to the replace the entire MacBook Pro as indicated by Apple support after some serious water damage was caused by a leaky roof! Green Light!:)

I was searching to replace my iPhone screen and found couple of companies providing the services. I choose Celmetro to repair my iPhone as they were very transparent, gave the right advice and were very professional. I cannot say they are the cheapest but they don't compromise on the service they provide to their customers. I got my iPhone screen replaced in 30 minutes and also got a screen protector plus one year warranty on the screen. They were also very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how iPhone is not water proof but water resistant. I'm sure many people like me fall for Apple's advertisements and fall for this without reading the fine print. Thank you Celmetro so such a wonderful and professional service. Great and fast service. They actually fix things instead of the usual “change whatever you can until it is fixed” approach that we usually see in Dubai.

I recommend Celmetro, i have used them to replace my iphone screen a few times. You can even take it in and pop back within an hour or so to pick up if you don't want to be without it for 24 hours!

I've recently taken my iPhone X to CelMetro to get repaired after a very disappointing experience with Apple. Initially, I went to an Apple authorised repair outlet to check why my iPhone X died on me all of a sudden. Their response was: "We don't know, the best option is to buy a new iPhone X that would cost me AED 2500". Obviously, I was fuming withe response.

Then, I took my phone to CelMetro who were able to fix the motherboard effectively and efficiently, without damaging my iPhone whatsoever. Their prices are fair given the hard and complex work they had to perform with my phone, but saved me a lot of money as opposed to buying a new one. I definitely recommend going to CelMetro to get your iPhones and Apple devices fixed, especially if they are out-of-warrenty!

I repaired my iPhone 6s from CelMetro Al Barsha, Dubai. They did a great job fixing my phone. Phone's mic wasn't working and battery also had to be replaced. They gave discount for the battery along with free screen protector. Even though the motherboard had issues, they didn't charge anything extra for that, I only paid the amount that was initially told by them. Great Overall Service. Highly Recommended!

Repaired the broken screen of my iPad pro with OEM parts. Clean and quick repair. Price was fair. After resetting and upgrading to iOS 13.5 the device shut down every 3 minutes. They immediately investigated the problem and gave me instructions but nothing worked. They picked it up again and found out that the update caused a very rare hardware failure. Repair was done, service and price was again very correct.

My glass back of my Iphone Xs Max was successfully repaired last year. Guys were very helpful and swift. This week, my lens part came loose. I did see a local mobile repair-shop near my home and they did a lousy job. Went to CelMetro and they assisted again in a very helpful way and tried their best to fix what the other shop damaged. I have learned my lesson and should have gone straight to CelMetro!

I made a big mistake by getting my iMac to them. The issue was that the power unit stopped functioning. They took more than 2 weeks just to get back to me whether it can be fixed or no. Finally after one and half month they told me that it's fixed. After taking home i realize that one of the USB slot and Audio is not working. Even the headphone jack doesn't work. On top of that the glue of the screen was not holding it tight.

If you don't have expertise then don't play around with some's expensive products.

DO NOT USE CELL METRO! I caught them putting super glue in my phone after they replaced the screen with a cheap one! They do not do the correct screen replacements on Apple etc.

Terrible scamming place. After repairs you always get after effects. Just so you know, I reported you to the Government customer happiness rights, and your actions are being monitored. Your selling us fake parts and taking our real ones. Stop. Check your other reviews please
