No respect for the driver, the company only cares about their work. Even if the driver waits for three hours, his truck does not load on time. They should understand some of the driver's feelings about how he is working for you day and night. Drivers are also human beings who have to finish their work on time and complete their sleep. So please pay attention to the needs of the drivers.
Dear Chairman/MD I have been trying to reach the concerned departments for the last 3 days. Very sadly, I never manage to get through any person in the company. I have been told that " we don't allow people to talk to PROs, HRs, Purchase Department neither we entertain the calls". Even if it is regarding exchanging business prospects.you will not be allowed to talk to any one in the organisation and this is decided by whom? Front Office Executive/Receptionist or the Top Management?
