Price is higher as compared with other center point. If u purchase anything then u need paper bag but paper bag also charge by centre point. 25. Overall good

This review is specifically for this one sweet lady who helped me during my last visit to this store. Her name is Lin and I wanted to write this review for her as she was really patient with us and stood by our side until we made the purchase. I have not really seen this kind of behaviour from any other centerpoint staff till date. This behaviour should be appreciated and set as an example for all other staff.

Me and my husband went in Al ghurair center point since my husband asking me to check if the fitting is good I wait outside when my husband came out because he was done I took the other jeans inside the fitting room because we were about to pay then suddenly one guy came to me then he was rudely told me that I’am not suppose to be in the mens fitting room! I think that’s not the proper way how you assist customer and you never assist us you are just folding and fixing your items by that time. Next time you should assist your customer so you would know what they need, and when I asked other staff they said you are store manager (name: Suman) just im wondering how a manager can act like this. If you have problem you need to leave it outside don’t bring while your on duty!

Disastrous experience today at Mirdif city center. The checkout had only one staff and waited 15 mins with no action from the branch manager. Then I was sent to the self checkout with a staff member to assist. That also wasn't working. Told the employee that I no longer want the items, and he had absolutely no reaction. So my last time to visit this store for sure!

Very very bad delivery service for grabbing order they offering by tomorrow you will receive but in reality its take more then 2 days.

On behalf of delivery very bad not shame on you guys should speak truth what ever you can but for order grabbing always show tomorrow but in delivery very bad experience

WOW! Large range of collection…. Good products for Infants, New Born Baby, Kids, Teens, Adult are all available at Centerpoint Al Ghurair Centre.

Nice and accessible place, but wondering to find staff for assistance but hard to find. If you are good in selection of things best place.

Very bad experience on 2-3-2-022 - it took me 20 minutes to make payment - only one payment area was working and only 2 cashiers - the people were fed up and some left the goods and left>

Best place for shopping with your family. It has splash, baby shop, shoemart etc. It has best offers in all collection. They also have clothes for everyone. All kind of things for baby. Toys etc. Make up item in centerpoint.
It also have shoes. The best over there is splash.

One of the best place to shop but the staff is sometimes very lazy to support at time of need of help. But yes it is good for its price and regularly have sale where there is good price attached to the best clothes which we need at times of occasions such as travelling, festivals, etc.

I had very bad experience from my order online order. Wait order 10 days and at the end received message that they canceled my order.
Never ever will not buy again from this store. If can’t work don’t work!

Going to Al ghurair shopping centre, that's a big mall u can find anything. And the city was very clean, their people was friendly too.you will see a lot of Dates fruit a long the way to the mall.
