I just visited the mirdif city centre store to collect my order which I did online, other Staff was cooperated but when I reached to counter one staff (Ms. Pritagya) answered rudely and asked me to be in que. I agree to be in que and maybe it's my mistake but I felt very rude being a regular customer, I use to order online and before click and collect counter was separate but after renovation they merged that I guess. My concern is to be polite with customer if you are at main counter and representing centre point.

This store is a fantastic one-stop shop for the whole family. I highly recommend visiting during the sale season to take advantage of the best deals. The shop offers a diverse range of products, including their own unique brands, providing a well-rounded shopping experience. It caters to everyone, featuring sections for babies, men, women, and teenagers, along with a variety of shoes and accessories. However, be aware that finding assistance in the store can sometimes be challenging. Overall, it’s a great place for family shopping.

Ridiculous staff, slow and extremely lazy. Specially the cashier lady with glasses at the baby’s section. She was deliberately taking her own time and was least interested in her job. Loads of other better and bigger brands offer better customer service, product and price.

Worst experience.
Back to school weekend. Only 1 cashier and 7 other machines are unmanned.

Store manager (sunil) nowhere to be found.

People are lined up and no one cares to step up. Kids are crying being in queue and tired, seriously Pathetic experience.

Pay little more and get better service elsewhere

Tall slim guy at perfume area was incredibly rude, me and my friends were there I went to buy a perfume. He tells me to take the money out in an aggravated tone and I ask him to give me a tester. He tells me no tester. He then told me if you want a tester it’s in Africa go get it. He proceeds to kick us out and start back talking us. This old grandma lady working there was also very rude. And this lady looking like Barbie was also incredibly rude. Came in knowing nothing about the scenario threading to calm police, clueless workers, please I do not want to see this tall slim guy working here again. I will be coming back next week to buy the perfumes.

I had very bad experience from the staff name Bishal Tamang Emp Id 266154 at Splash Mirdiff City Centre. My almost purchase from splash outlet and I was looking for my TShirt. When I am choosing my tshirt he was staring at me and that mean he don’t want me to open any Tshirt bcoz he need to fold after that. It’s really disappointed and after that I bought my dress from Some other shop.

Quick delivery service.all kind of kids clothes and accessories available in one shop. 12 year’s shopping experience and never disappoint.

I would like to complain about the manager his name harry his not supportive at all I purchased last night item which didn’t fit my kids he refused to do the refund knowing I checked with the employee yesterday for refund she said yes and this unprofessional manager doesn’t want to do I think u need to give training for him to understand his job in better way

Had a very disappointing services today by Ms Elen (as she told her name) I have always been buying stuff for school for my kids but this is second time the bag broke within six months although the warranty was for 1 year and it could not go up to even 6 months. The lady told me to represent the physcial receipt as she told she does not have any record in the system. They also updated their Shukran app which does not have any single record of the previous purchases which was even shocking for me. It took me one hour to find the email invoice from my number and even them Ms Elen said she does not have any record on the syetem till she logged into some other employee's system and then issued me the credit note. No courteous behaviour and no apologies. Just arguments and wasted one hour of mine. If there was no record of the purchase, how it appeared after showing my receipt. Please check out your sraff and their customer services skills who after wasting one hour of the customer tell them that they are helping them. This is even against Go Green when u don't have any records in the system and solely relying on the physical receipts.

Bought 3 diffuser oil in 64 dirhams. The scent from the bottle was OK, but when you put in the diffuser, OMG the smell is awful
I got 3 from Bath and Body in 21 dirhams and the smell was amazing.
Waste of money. Don't buy this type of items from them. Worst ever

I need to give a special shout out for Mr. Claret Menezes who is the Manager of Shoemart Mirdiff City Centre (in Centrepoint) He constantly volunteers to help customers at the store and makes sure the customer leaves the store with a smile and satisfied with their shopping at the store.

I visited the store looking for a a particular shoe which I had seen in another branch and when i asked the staff they said its unavailable and doesn't come in my size in this particular style, I was really upset and started to look around for an alternative, looking at me lost Mr. Claret walked up to me and offered to assist and in no time he found my size in the exact same style and brand but in another store (al ain) but he arranged it for me in just 4 days in a branch close to my house.isn't that amazing?

He is really a dedicated employee I must say.

This review is specifically for Marwa at the Maybelline counter. She is amazing! She took the time to show us the right products even though it took us forever to find the perfect one. And she's so kind and friendly. Shes extremely knowledgeable about the the products and actually takes the person into account, understands their style and preferences and suggests accordingly.

Do not order from this store for delivery! They do not deliver as promised and there is no way to contact and follow up.

Bought a parfum YSL Cinéma for 499aed and ends up to be not original. I've been buying this parfum for many years and it's doesn't smell the same and won't last.
Shame on them

موظفة القسم المختص بالمنزل، ممتازة في الخدمة وأبهرتني بمدى سرعتها في توفير ما أسأل عنه. كما أنها عرفتني على الخدمة الذاتية للدفع لتفادي طوابير الدفع الطويلة في اجازة نهاية الاسبوع.
بعض المعروضات لم تكن في وضع جيد، رأيت قطع من الملابس مرمية على الأرض وانا في طريقي لإجراء عملية الدفع. طوابير الدفع عند المحاسب تحتاج إعادة نظر (لتحقيق انسيابية اكثر خاصة في اجازة نهاية الاسبوع).

Honestly i find little expensive but you can find all kind of clothing and cosmetics products at same place

Very very bad service, I hade refund in center points mirdif city center. I was promised to get the refund in the same day as I did my refund in the same day of purchase, however I did not receive it until now (10days now). I went to their store for several time, I meet even the manger and he promised me to call me back within 2 days, but I did not receive any call and nothing was done in my issue. Very unprofessional management. They let the customer go and come back several times without feeling shame on themselves. I have complained to the economic department (consumer right) and they promised me that they will handle my issue.very very bad service especially when it comes to customers follow up for any issue.

We got some mens shoes and customer service was exceptional at mens shoe department, very attentive and helpful. The cashier was very cheerful and pleasant.

I'm a customer of Centre point for years now.
Last Sunday. The counter was charging me more than the price mentioned on the item itself!
When I asked the reason they did not have any idea.
I asked for the manager which his name is Sheyam. And he is even didn't know the reason.

The cosmetics section of centrepoint at mirdif City Centre is big place of fraud and staff are rude, crooked and cheat. I really had a bad experience. My wife purchased a lipstick shade but was handed over a different shade which she selected. She brought it home and opened it and realised it was totally a different shade. When we went to return the manager said that we cannot return as it was open. How we would know the shade until it was used. It was a clear fraud by the sales agent who delivered gave another shade from the one which was shown and trued upon. I really felt cheated and the manager behavior was like she doesn't care. It's totally unethical and irresponsible behavior from the cosmetic staff. Will never buy anything from there. Our money got wasted and thr rude behavior from the manger was traumatic. Never will advise anyone to visit the store for cosmetics.

This review is to only comment on the exceptional service we received from Cesar. He is very knowledgeable and patient. We were looking for a Car Seat for our newborn and he promptly took our details and mentioned he will reserve it until we were ready to buy it. Eventually the next day we did the purchased and he arranged the delivery. At first, the delivery company didn’t contacted us. Cesar called us twice to make sure the item was deliver. Felt genuinely taken cared of.

Very bad customer service. Last Friday I went their and during the time of shopping, one makeup item on the shelf was dropped down from our trolley. They have charged us for that item even that item was just placed on the shelf wdout any hangings. I explained the staff but they haven't listened and charged us for that. Totally unexpected and bad experience.

I just bought Gosh makeup from centerpoint_ mirdif, the emplyee there was very helpful! She explained about all the products, was patient with me trying many colours, helped me to choose what suits me more, and all with a big smile on her face! Her Name is Rehab, very professional and smiley, and made my shopping experience way more fun and easy!

Increase no of employees behind cashiers please.assign special counter to collect online purchase.today i came to collect an item bought online before 2 days.i was forced to stand in a queue of purchasers and others how want to refund some items and only one employee was serving at the cashiers for the whole shop.this is not acceptable comparing to the area of retail outlet.beside i am collecting only, so why do i have to wait for 20 minutes to inform your team to request my item!? !?

Today i visited centrepoint mirdiff city center at 8.00pm in males perfume section and a tall slim guy salesman was very rude towards my family. I asked some perfume to smell before I decide to buy but he was quite rude and said this is for sale not for smelling.
This was a horrible experience for me and I want the management to be highlighted and escalate this matter.

The lady that works in the makeup section wasn’t respectful and lied since i was asking for a makeup bran and send NO and then on lady heard and told me yes its available in this side it was UN POLITE! I only asked fpr essence brand and she was like go nyx or rimmile buy one the second for free i was like no i want essence she said we don’t have what do you think of the rudness! TERRIBLE MARKTING AMD SELLING no coming again to this branch not respect full its a shame to lie in front of ur colleagues just to sell your brand she stands in front of isa dora!

I had a wonderful experience here. The shop was clean and organised with things clearly labelled. Staff were helpful in finding and recommending products. I like the variety and value (especially the sale items).

Very big store combination of Splash, babyshop & lifestyle. Wide range of good quality items are available.

Staffs are missing in toy area. They are all inside the staff room area, you have to knack to ask their assistance.
