I underestimated how big this store is. It's like a mini mall with elevator inside the store. You'll find most clothing items, and make up on the ground floor while the first floor will have home items and accessories. Plenty of options as they display all apparel brands of Landmark Group, such as Splash, Kappa, Iconic, Lee Cooper, and Shoemart. The store is also not very busy so please do take your time browsing around.

U can see so many varieties of brands & products. I bought some super comfy & stylish dresses from there. A little bit expensive but some products have amazing offers & u can add shukran points on every purchase.

Very bad service with customer.went to exchange the shoes with other size. But they don't want to give the new one. UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.at least Try to give good service for your customer

Very bad cashier service I have my husband’s emirates platinum card and every time I’m using it without any problem since I am part of his family but this time they didn’t want to give me the discount and they said he had to be with me to give the discount which in the website /app the policy said that they only have to view the app or website in front of the cashier but they refused to give me it.

I had a really bad experience with one of the cashier worker her name is Christina she’s very rude didn’t want to take any didn’t ask for any government discount didn’t accept any esaad or Emrites platinum cards and asked me so many personal questions I don’t like that she needs a training or is he or a manager to fall out for this and to be honest I’ll give it one star rating I really don’t recommend anyone going there and no one works under the shop they’re all talking on the side and sitting inside that service rooms no one is even working in the shop only two employees wig shop two floors it’s not safe there’s not even a security inside

I ordered a denim 6 days ago and they didn’t deliver till now. They took money and also delivery charges but still didn’t deliver. Very upset and will never visit or do any shopping anymore.

I would like to share my bad experience with that branch sales team, I kept waiting for more than an hour at the babyshop section waiting for the sales lady and she was coming and going many times while ignoring my request to ask her.
Also I tried to ask supervisor she looked at me angry looks like a punishment and she said wait! However when i asked for the branch manager to complain also she just said sorry without taking any helpful or positive action. So sad to find that unprofessional staff at centerpoint and will never visit that branch again

Very poor customer service facility!

If u buy any product from center point and face an issue at home with the product then the call center tells you to f…. Off! You need to go all the way back to the store and ask about the issue you facing. Very stupid in this era and age!

There should be an option to call back the customers and help them out. Rather than a customer going all the way back in traffic wasting time and money just to Ask some questions and queries.

I suggest not to buy from them. Better buy from a place where u can call them directly and talk to them.

Very bag customer service! Not helpful at all! I received one wrong item in my order and when i contacted them they told me to go to the store in-order to exchange it! It is your responsibility to provide the item ordered initially. I will reconsider using their app again.

Had an amazing shopping experience from Centrepoint. Their new collection clothings are always nice. They have blankets, cushions, school bags, accessories, beauty products etc. In the Upstair of this centrepoint we have enough shoe, slipper collection, travel bags, kids clothing etc.

It's not just the look and feel of the store counts. It needs a fresh approach towards the future of this outlet.

Recently visited to centerpoint Doha festival city and found so many things on discounted price, almost all items on 50% sale. I'm tagging one comforter which is my favourite.

Footwears, Garments, Fancy Dress, TShirts Jeans trousers and so many baby stuff i.e strollers, swings, cots were available on good price.

I love centrepoint because they have good variety of Clothes. I wants to buy all the clothes from there. The stuff is really nice and this is satisfying barnd for everyone. Where they has many brand in Centrepoint like Splash, Kappa, lee cooper etc

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I am standing here for click and collect for more than 20 mins.
We have here approx 5 cashiers where in today its splendid 2 cashiers attending one customer.
This is very disappointing where they are not even bothered to ask as a courtesy. Rather they are busy talking amongst themselves.
Centerpoint you better buck up your customer service/cashier staff.

Let me start with saying I was al customer but the way things are handled now, it certainly does not look like the place I use to deal with. Customer care number is not answered, mails are robotic style without having any courtesy or understaning to loyal customers. Basically customer service is Zero. I have order for a pair of shoes online and I was sent a wrong item form your end. Despite having the item I need in your stock and me requesting for the correct item I have not got any proper answer nor a resolution. I recon you will lose your customers if u continue this way!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Extremely unsatisfied with their service and the way they handle their customers. I bought a baby product and upon arriving they installed it at my house without my request.at that time I didn’t think anything of it! Once I realized that this baby item is unsafe and I explained it to them, they insisted that as per their “policy” upon installation no items will be returned. How about next time you tell your customers “if I install this item that you shoppped online for, then you can’t return it later on”?

The worst ever experience I had in uae. I ordered a product and it was damaged, asked for return, it’s one month now till now no one came to collect it. When I’m calling them they have no idea when courier will come to collect.now I’m sitting with a damaged product and no refund.

للأسف نصابين وبوقاحة كبيرة. شتريت ميك اب وكان عليه خصم ٥٠٪ ولما حاسبت كانو حاسبين السعر الأصلي ولما راجعتن بعد كم يوم قالوا هل فترة ماكان في خصم بالغلط كان محطوط. للأسف صايرين سيئين لأقصى درجة ممكنة ومديرة الفرع هندية.

Baby and adult clothing, lifestyle products, home decorating items, cosmetics and a lot more. Perfect place for budget shopping. There is babyshop, splash and homebox stores in the center point.

Now I’m at centrepoint in DFC. Even though they are wearing T-shirt saying “Happy to help” It seems there is no one in the staff willing to help finding / locating item that I’m looking for. Staff is so unwelcoming.
