Disaster at cash counter? Waited for 27 mins and its Thursday, not weekend, from 7 counters only 3 are open, oh now its 4 thank god? This much of trouble to pay at counters? Improve services at least when it is about taking money.

Very poor staff grooming no respect no custommer service.store manager is very unprofessional he dont no how to solve problem.i bought 1 item from the 1 of the staff help click and collect from her phone.but i got roung item.i request manager to refund the roung item and plz order for me same item i order same way how i order from staff phone on shop floor.he refuse.nd he told me no we dont have like thiz.he was thinking i m fool.he said nof possible nd order from ur phone.he is manager.this kind of grooming u do for ur staff.and store manager.its shamefull they waste my 30 minuts.this is very unprofessional.instead of solving custommmer problm.u give them more headac.

You have an employee standing always on the last counter the return counter I believe, he thinks he’s funny calling people in Arabic slang words and specifically the word تعال, teach him how to talk to customers cz obviously he thinks he’s funny, anyway he used it with me before and today he used it on a non Arabic lady and I’m guessing he’s like that always from the pattern. What a joke

Very bad customer service. You call the hotline and they tell you to go back to the store for support as they can only support online orders. I ordered a cabinet directly from the store, cabinet was delivered but not installed properly. The service guys ruined the cabinet and promised the next day to bring the necessary tools to fix the damage, but never returned.

Customer service is very very very poor,

Also I asked this guy where is the manager he told me his the manager. Also I ask another stuff he tell me manager not here.

Outstanding attention and assistance from a certain employee who was at the Skechers secrion this past Wednesday, 7th June, 2023 (Tall Filipino).
Overall, the team provided great service.

Awful customer service, really pushy at the makeup counter. Just wanted to be left alone to browse but they would keep pushing unnecessary comments and recommendations. I received a damaged lipstick and the counter service got to making a really weird argument with me. I really hated it made me uncomfortable.

BY FAR THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. There was no proper customer support. The order was late for more than 5 days, and in the end, the shop cancelled the order.
This is not the first time it has happened.
I am very disappointed, and I will never order online from them again.

Very disappointed with the security at the exit point Mr Puspa Raaj.
The salesman gave us the shopping bag and we were checking out the security told us that this bag is not allowed. He was told in very polite manners that this was given by salesman and here is the receipt.
He gave us orders in very rude manner to go back and get the plastic bag. I spoke to him that call someone to bring the plastic bag since the mistake was made by someone inside who gave us the bag.
He called his supervisor who was also supporting his guard and upon this incident a lady salesman approached and apologized whatever happened and she brought the plastic bag and sorted out the situation.
Being a center point guest we don’t pay money for being insulted, he even didn’t say sorry to us. This kind of behavior cannot be tolerated at all.

From furniture, decorations, clothing, cosmetics and fragrance, everything are available, very good quality and branded but the only one thing annoying me is the prices, many times when I check other shopping sites I find items little bit cheaper, I really want them to work on it, thanks center point.

As I come in, nobody from sellers comes to help. But they appear only after they see 2-3 products in my hands! One by one they approach me to ask products which I chose to put their stickers on that! Seriously? These stickers give % of sale to exact seller for catching customer and help on choice. But nobody helped me! One lady was so arrogant that told me that I CAN'T BUY product without her stickers! She left me alone only after I requested manager. We don't come again.

The bad experience we had in 21st December 2022 bad service. Bad network wait for 3 hours only to pay bad staff they use other language (Tagalog) to humiliate the client and the customer

Would like to share with my experience in centerpoint moe i was looking for stroller for my baby and i dont have any info about it and i ran into mr, Richard he was professional and share with me alot of tips and info and he was patient, polite and helpful.

Worst customer service ever:
- I bought a baby bouncer in store and asked to be delivered at home, received the delivery a week later than agreed, and the product in a different color!
- i bought a changing station: received it with a default that makes it unusable! Still waiting for them to get back to me with a solution, 10 days after my complaint…

Yesterday I bought foundation, powder ans concealer. I kindly asked assistant to give me the lightest shades, because my skin is very pale. Foundation and concealer was right what I choose, but powder was very dark! They put 130 instead of 110 I realizes when I put on on my skin! Awful experience and non-professional assistance! Zero!

On 7th Nov 2021 I bought ducchini shoes, used till 25 Dec 2021. Only used till one and half month shoes of 200 aed. Shoes net is broken and threads came out. Worst experience. Can not recommend to anyone.

Recent promotion at centerpoint: spend 100AED and above - receive 30 aed talabat voucher.
Center point cashier staff are providing its customers with used Talabat vouchers. All 7 vouchers of mine are being used before been given to me.
What kind of joke is it? What kind of fool game? Pure theft.

Customer service is so bad that one sales representative will ask you in a loud voice “ are you going to pay cash or card? ” One by one whose on cue for counter. They need to rephrase those words they are asking in a discrete way, it sounds like they are under estimating the customer. And how come that the counter was not available when it’s busy?

Bad with customer services in cashier with filipine lady and long black hair she talked tagalog with me i am not filipine but i still respect. Until end still talked tagalog and i said politely sorry i didn’t understand. She ignored me and gave me change like she is so pretty and like princess only see other nationality with one eyes. Hello just employee so snobish. So shame you have employees like this mentality

Frustrating Customer Service.

I have made a big order online, after almost two weeks, they were not able to deliver, worst is, I have called their contact center so many times, and none of them was able to help with a solution, THEY EVEN CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
When I called them why my order was cancelled, the agent told me it was the Courier company who cancelled.
First of all, How can a third party courier company cancel my order without even my consent? ! This is by far the silliest Customer Service I have received in my life.

Your Customer Service has a lot to improve. Too bad as you claim that your company is one of the greatest places to work for.

My friend and I got this beautiful luggage set for a really good price.

We went to their location at dubai mall which had 2 of the set and had to go pick up the 3rd bag at Mall of the Emirates. It would be nice if they had the complete set for each bag in one location.

From my first time experience in the store I will definitely be coming back here again! Was impressed with the selection of products and the prices- the home section is beautiful, they have some very nice ornaments

Great casual store that caters for everyone: from toddlers and small children to teenagers to grown-up men and women. The collection is very fashionable and affordable, especially if they have a sale going on. The quality is good and the clothes are relatively durable. The Shukran reward system is also good and can be used at affiliated shops like Home Center and max. Last but not least, the Emirates Mall has a lot of free parking slots. My family and I have been coming to Centerpoint for many years now and for sure will continue to do so.

Worst experience, the clothing area staff behavior is like they are doing a favour on costumers such a rude behavior in men section they are hiding there id card also there is blank in there ID no name nothing! That's y sharing here worst experience worst staff! Such a cheap behavior! That staff name is JERRY no respect at all stupid person i got his name by another staff which was a girl i complaint to there incharge also there about this such a worst behavior and experience!

Awful customer service. Had ordered online but received wrong item. Went to store paid for 2 items they said they would call when instore for collection. Day 7 and no call yet. Call customer service number printed on the store receipt, and the staff gave me a non working telephone number to reach the store. She also said she could do nothing more if the store number was not working. She even predicted the manager could do nothing to contact the MOE store. Absolutely useless and not trained to sort out issues. Just a namesake call center to sound pretty.

Babyshop section is a very good and useful one. Big selection of products with good value for the money. The staff are friendly and have knowledge on the products and baby means.

I've ordered several items through center point app.on 28th of November but didn't get them yets (6th of Dec). Thet sent me mesaages that they were not able to reach me several times while I didn't recieve any missed call from delibery guys and was so available in Dubai. Their call center didn't help me enough as they kept saying that it will be delivered in few day. But you know what? Rhe item is not in my hand till now. I even asked to deliver items to MoE branch so I can pick up fron there but it is not even an option for them. (They can't do it). And fantstically I can't even get the refund because I can only do that after getting items. What shall I do? Just wait forever and waste my money? Please tell me what to do if you ever care about your customer.

The worst experience ever, I bought a school bag which costs 300 AED and got damaged after 3 days. While buying they mention one year warranty however now they don’t want to replace. I had an extremely bad experience with The store manager his name is Dorga doesn’t know how to deal with customers and doesn’t respect them at all.

It should be no star at all. I’m af home section area. Centrepoint MOE. Last time i am there friday. Some staffs are not attending customer.even I’m calling May times. When i come to call the manager. Alsothe manager he is very rude. The way he talks. Pls if u want to let us comeback. Remove those kind of people in the shop. Not good. Low customer service. Love the array of decor and accessories in this outlet. By far one of the maximum stocked up of all branches. Price range from low, medium to high is a plus point. They cater to mostly everyone, from anyone elderly to a youngster. Great feel to the place and parking isn’t an issue.

Dishonest store! Beware of sneaky cashiers scanning expensive items twice and then hoping you won’t ask for a receipt. Check your items right there and don’t be fooled by smiling philippinos. Disgrace!
