My kid who has a temporary disability couldn't try the pants because the shop has no small chair for him to try it. This place is not friendly for people of determination

I went to centre point and purchased make up worh 400 aed and the staff offered me free matte ink
When i come home and open its pre used and its a tester from Bourjious, we are not beggars if there is no proper gift item please do not fool the customers and give them used testers as it can be reason for INFECTIONS! There is a tape removal stain of tester and also it was sealed with fake tape which is clearly FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS!
I am shopping at centre point and do not expect this over smartness from brands lik these!

Really disappointed due to their time management, better to keep the time on the google 10 am to 12 am, so people can purchase accordingly,
From 11.50pm they have stared shouting on the customers to go to the bill counter, their management is worst that reflects to the staffs.

Worst experience, rude staff
I was gifted a pant from someone on my birthday, size was 30 as mentioned but if you measure the pant it was 38, a sheer flaw of productio from Splash.
The staff was so rude kept on asking me for receipt
1. How can I have receipt of a gift
2. It was a production flalw and return should have been done regardless of receipt present or not

Thanks for reaching me out after 2 months or more, to re address a concern which was so valid and logical, a sizing fault by a company needs to be sorted out by the Company itself, whether receipt is present or not, though it was a gift.
The way my emails were replied, it looked like I have done something very wrong by getting a gift from centerpoint.
I have given that pant is charity, just to let you know, I will raise my voice on social media as well and reviews wherever I could.

Visited centrepoint this evening was looking to buy certain things.passed by the fragrance section and the lady approached to sell.she was immediately stopped by her colleague a filipino guy who said ignore them they dont know anything.what kind of customer service is this with discrimination.utterly disappointed.i am sure Dubai never had such behaviour earlier.

I will always be thankful for Centrepoint in Deira City Centre. They have a wonderful Mother and Baby room where I can breastfeed my baby. Spacious and clean room with two curtained areas for breastfeeding, two diaper changing stations and hot/cold water cooler. They also have some great products at very affordable price.

Huge place for shopping clothes, the prices are very worth, I can buy gifts from here, the prices between 10 & 70 AED, most of items are discounted because of EID, bags, accessories, home stuff, baby’s clothes, and even make up &perfims, I recommend this place for shopping

Pathetic service at the billing counter. Careless attitude. The Filipino guy at the billing counter has a horrible attitude and approach to customers. Pathetic, Pathetic, pathetic.
