Such a good Italien Bistro in a hotel,
Since I was visiting during Christmas promotion, I had 3 courses in 120 AED, and I was satisfied at all courses. Also they provided us a hot red wine for free as a celebration of Christmas. Such a warm attitude for the event.

Quick 3-course business lunch, served quickly per our request, well executed. Portions sized just right, professional staff, good atmosphere.

Good value for money. Friendly and efficient staff. Good choice of food and beverages. Recommended.

Certo, located inside the west tower of the Raddison Blue - Media City is a typical hotel restaurant offering a simple but convinient Italian food menu. The interior is stylish yet relaxed focusing on special events for business lunches and ladies night every Tuesday - offering three complimentary drinks, unlimited pizza, and antipasti for AED 149. The food is okay with the rissoto, antipasti and fruit platter being the recommeded dishes.

The food was good the people are friendly but the service is really slow was thinking to leave between my meals get more stuff for a better experience and reviews!

Went here with family for dinner mid-week. The food was just what we were looking for with some very tasty meze style starters and a mix of pasta and pizza for main. Not too expensive. Only issue was that it was very quiet with only a few other diners whilst we were there.

Loved the food!

Had lunch, delicious olive bread in the beginning.

They had one of my favorite dishes, Ravioli with spinach in butter sage.

We tried a prosseco cocktail which was done well.

Tiramisu was definitely one of the best in the city and I have tried a lot of Tiramisu.

Service - the initial server was not very knowledgeable about the menu. More training would be ideal do as to not make mistakes.

Will definitely come back again.

An excellent “cheese and wine” evening, with so much more than just cheese! We were treated to a wide, and seemingly limitless, selection of delicious antipasti dishes.
Everything was exemplary; the ambiance, the food quality, and the value for money at 149 aed (including 3 hours free-flow and, believe me, the wine flowed!) Impeccable service from our waiter Ganesh, for whom nothing was too much trouble. He was so attentive, professional and welcoming, a real asset to the restaurant. We were highly impressed! I’ve been in Dubai 7 years and wish I’d discovered this restaurant sooner but will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

Went for their Tuesday Pizza Ladies night, unlimited pizza and 3 drinks for ladies and 1 for men @ AED 89 each. Amazing pizza and service, compliments to the chefs and all the staff who were friendly and informative. Great job, thank you!

A typical hotel restaurant. Nothing fancy; although the service is great and the food is tasty. Prices are reasonable for a hotel. Clean and the staff are attentive. Will go back again to taste something new.

Ladies Night every Monday with an offer of 3 complimentary drinks (selected cocktails, spirits or a bottled beer) and unlimited pizza for AED 89 only.
Gents will pay for the same but only 1 drink is complimentary. But overall the offer is great, food and drinks were all superb.

The place is quiet and intimate. Good for small groups for dinner and drinks. I was there for the unlimited pizza night for 89dhs.

I would personally think it's great, but have a limited menu, otherwise great restaurant and wonderful stuff it was mind-blowing, lots of love from Zambia hope to visit again.

Loved the way of receiving people and guiding through the dishes and all. Food tastes amazing too. Special mention in Breakfast is served with Indian Parata with aloo batani, and so many varieties including healthy juices, fruit bowls and what not. Each session of the day they provide well prepared food and serves with smile under the mask (as it's covid time and how do I know? I can see it in their eyes). They kept sanitizers every corner and keeps everything sanitized and clean. Deserves 5 rating. Special mention to the people who serves. Kudos to all

Food and drink both excellent. Great variety in the food selection, and great to have a classic Italian Sangiovese as the red wine option. Ganesh looked after us incredibly well, he was very attentive, and our plates and glasses were never empty! I would definitely recommend Certo. The service was professional and the interior design is class.

Superb Italian food in lovely, cozy settings. You won't feel the hustle & bustle of the Media City around you at all.
We were there for dinner. Due to the Corona situation, there were very few other customers. Service was really nice and efficient, even with only 2 serving staff handling the whole restaurant.
All in all, it was a great experience!

It was my first time visiting Certo restaurant. I came there with my friend for La Bella Vita night. Pizzas are great. They have special offer, where you can get unlimited pizzas from 6-11 pm every Monday for girls & 3 alcohol drinks for a very good price. I loved their rose wine Pinot Grigio, it’s really good!

Went for the unlimited pizza night on Mondays and was really impressed. Very tasty and fresh pizzas with so much choice. Especially loved the pizza of the day with burrata and truffle oil!

If you’re looking for a legitimate Italian food, Certo is a must! Cozy atmosphere, tasty food with pork options (which makes the difference), great service and amazing cocktails!

Amazing food. Beautiful atmosphere. Feels like a home in Italy. Beautiful choice of wine and the cellar is the piece of resistance in the decor. Food is excellent. Cocktails tasty and the pizza is perfect: just enough crusty but thin, ingredients from Italy.

Went here for ladies night, totally worth it for unlimited pizza and 3 cocktails. They even have pork pizza! Highly recommend the Negroni. The ambience is nice and cozy, comfortable seat, though sometimes the place is too dark. Staff are kind and helpful, with great service. And you never feel rushed. Only thing to improve would be pizza should have more cheese and more sauce. A must visit!

Was my 1st time for a dinner. Was impressed of interior, amazing cozy atmosphere, full privacy,   Delicious food, rich wine collection (huge wine refrigerator is a main part of decor) excellent service and waiters knowledge of menu and wine choice.   Manager of the restaurant Shakare was very friendly and professional, helpful in choosing right wine and was always putting attention on guest's tables. Will be back and will recommend to my friends as well. Thank you.

We had lunch there on 'n Saturday. Our waiter was fantastic, Charles. The food is okay, it is a lot, we couldn't finish it all. The meatloaf was horrible, but the Mushroom risotto was delish!
I think it's great for families, the kids table looked amazing! I would take my kids there, it's very affordable.

During the family day on Saturday we have had several times a great service, excelente food quality, caring staff, fun kids area and activities!

Visited last week for an office lunch. Had a soup. Setting was decent. Didn't get to try anything else. The wine cellar looked excellent. Maybe will be back.

If you ever feel like eating Pasta this is the best Italian restaurant in Town. Been here so many times. Only thing is staff service could have been better

Excellent italian restaurant. Quality italian food with outsanding service. Very quite with lovely italian music. The service was impressive! The waitress was extremely knowledgable of the dishes. As I have some food intolerances, she reconfirmed with the chef and came back to me with a list of dishes I could have. They kept on checking on us throught the dinner. The wine was good and the knwoledge and pouring skills of the staff as well. We will definetly come bsck again.

I've been here with my family a couple of times and every time the food and service has been delightful! Our server, Charles, checked in on us frequently to make sure we were having a good time and enjoying our food. He even remembered us after a few times and brought us complimentary drinks and appetisers!
I can also say that as someone who spent quite a few years living in Italy the food here is really authentic. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for some great Italian food:)

Nice ambient, good staff, great options of pizza, wine, pasta and desserts. I recommend the Mediterranean pizza and the salad with pears and blue cheese.

The Food is fantastic. Had Baby Chicken with Broccoli and Sweet potatoes.worthy of every penny. The staff are well drilled and professional too

Was here for Sunday all you can eat pizza and it was great. For 89 you will get one house beverage and pizza. They will bring whole pizza to your table and once you finish, another one etc. The pizza is good, above Dubai average. Staff are very kind.

It would probably help if they share what are the pizzas on the list so you know what to expect.

Having an expert like Ganesh who not only recommended our dishes but served us with utmost courtesy. When requested for watermelon juice and peach iced tea, he informed the team just how it should be made hence it was a great experience. The appetiser soup with lobster and seafood, seafood pasta (freshly made) and stake was extremely flavourful and excellent!

Being Italian, I can confirm that these guys got it right. Atmosphere is very elegant and relaxing with absolutely outstanding service, well done to the team! I had a very good beef carpaccio as a starter followed by a al dente pasta all’arrabbiata. Often you can see the real culinary skills from the most simple dishes. Everything was really good. A really special mention to the sommelier, who -to my surprise-knew very small local yet excellent wine producers from my region in Italy. Highly recommend!

Nice wine selection. Their fried bread appetizer is amazing. Pasta is okay. Pizza is above average. More on the expensive side. Nice ambience.

Super prime ingredient for an Italian restaurant in Dubai. Lovely risotto and pastas, fragrant appetizers and solid secondi piatti. A safe harbour for any Italian in Dubai.
