Lovely option for an early morning breakfast or a quick bite during the day. One of the best Butter Chicken I have ever eaten

Visited after a long time. Disappointed to say it's standard has gone down.
I ordered their Keema sandwich (this is supposed to be prepared in panini bread, first the staff made it in plan toast and when I pointed that this is supposed to be in panini bread, staff first tried to say that it is made in plan toast when I insisted then the manager came and told that they are out of panini bread but he will send some one to purchase it. After some wait the thing came again but this time also in a normal flat bun.
I hope my next visit will be bit better.

I requested for their signature Chicken Qeema Sandwich. It's also shown in pics wrapped in a special grilled bun.
The guy first served me with a normal white bread sandwich covered with chips. When asked, he said it's out of stock but let me arrange for you. We waited for some time and when asked again, the sandwich was served in a hard bread not even grilled.

I won't go to this place again for sure. First thing a place shall teach its employees is 'Integrity and always telling truth'.

Non-friendly staff with very rude attitude. I have intended using my smile entertainer and informed the waiter before placing my order which acknowledged by him, later when I came to pay the bill they refused to apply the discount and said smile deal not shown shown on the system, when I asked the waiter why not informed me before placing my order, he lied and denied my speaking.
Certainly, they lost a customer tonight.
Beside that I found their menu is overpriced comparing the quality, especially sandwiches.

Great spot for tea partners to appreciate hot glass of tea with family and companions. Assortment of tea is sweet in conjunction with snacks things such as vada Pav, samosas and sandwiches. Karak chai, saffron chai, masala chai all are great, fair felt cost shrewd bit higher than expectations.
Good benefit and inviting staff continuously serve you with grins and visit to cafe is continuously a wonderful experience.

Finding parking at peak hours, when the hotel is always full of visitors, might be a difficult challenge.

In DSO I have taken note numerous tea partners, companions getting a charge out of their drinks with board diversions sitting exterior in great weather conditions.

A decent spot for snacks and chai. I like - kadak zafran, chilli cheese toast and keema paratha. Staff is very friendly, particularly Ayesha.

I ordered 3 vada pav's. Vada inside the vada pav was stale. After keeping 1 vada out of 3 aside to have it later i.e. 3 hrs, it began to stink.
They resturant is not concerned of individuals health that such disgusting food quality can lead to food poisoning and other health issues. Pathetic.
This is not the first time this issue has happened, same was the case with their spinach sandwich. I boycott Cha Cha Chai.

Very disappointed with the service today. Waited for 40 minutes for my food order.only to find out 1 of the item is not available. Then when it was time to pay.the card machine wasnt working. The server was polite. But regret going to this branch. I should have just gone to some other cafe.

Old outdoor chairs were better and much more comfortable

"shawarma sandwich" has nothing to do with shawarma taste, it is just a chicken sandwich

Always filled with guests, finding parking anytime in peak hours is the difficult task you need to deal with sometimes.

The most important thing I like here is the politeness of the staff. Reasonable prices and nice sitting area outside. The food is acceptable.

Good chai, all is premade but its a good break to have different chai tastes. They have masala chai which is better than karak

Good and simple snacks. Always delivers with consistent taste. At times service is mediocre but otherwise a good place to enjoy good tea and snacks.

This place has grown heaps and bounds over the years and still counting as DSO outlet is different to other places as they have an open area for smokers and inside it is for non smokers. Pricing structure is a bit higher than the normal price in comparison to cafeterias but lesser to coffee joints, you can always have a quick bite towards sandwiches they make as per readiness of the product.

Pleasant view, with best taste, if you planing to have tea this will be the best option in town. (Prices are bit high) should reduce

Its a good place for a quick bite. There is a provision to sit outside with chairs arranged on the footpath itself. The ambience inside is relaxing and enjoyable. Their double zafrani tea is quite good as well as their trademarked cha cha chai.

I did taste your tea which cost 5 dhs. My experience was disaster, just come ajman taste 1 dhs tea and have there guidance.

This is quite an expensive place for tea. Surprised it's still open in bad times as now. Maybe owner has deep pockets.:)

Chilly Cheese toast with tea- Combination that hasn't failed so far! The place is good for quick bites and ofcourse Tea. They also have other options in case you are not a tea person.
Apart from the chilly cheese toast I like the vada pav and the samosa here! Prices are moderate and worth a try! Tea here is there than most other places I feel

Best Chai in the town. Qeema Paratta is the best choice for quick bite. Service quality is good. The only place is Dubai where you can get best quality karak Chai without sugar option which is great news for diabetic patience. Food and Chai prices are average.

Great outside and indoor atmosphere specially in winter.

Parking is free for one hour in pavilion which is on walking distance. On Friday government parking is free.

The tables are so close to eachother and unstable.

The lady in the cash was so rude and she didn’t even want to clear my queries regarding the availability of the items. And when I asked to replace the chai with ice tea in my combo, she didn’t want tot do that as she have done with the bill.

Awesome place for vada pav (closest you can get to Mumbai taste). Nice and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Overall a good place to hangout at with buddies.

The tea is good but still need to improve the quality of bread (Prata)
the ordinary cafeteria are better in Karak tea & quality of Parata

We ordered chilly cheese toast which is good, but Snickers cheese cake was stale. After complained to Waiter they changed

It's a very pocket friendly place. The masala tea is very rich and a must try. However, they served it at room temperature and had to ask them to serve it hot. Their bun maska was also very tasty but they overheated it.
Overall a nice place to hang out. You also have few games like chess to play there. But the place needs some good hygiene maintenance as their couch was dirty.
The staff is very friendly and polite though.

Its a nice place to hangout and they have nice breakfast meals like their coffee and toasted bread with egg in it and hot dogs by the side, they have good customer service but they need to work more on their environment and hygiene of the place.

It was a hangout place during the college. It is a place where you can just have tea, snacks and play games and play the guitar which they have. The food is okayish only. But the zafran tea is really good!
