Extremely unprofessional behavior of receptionists Miss Rumi- She is so rude She treats customer like she is offering free service Zero customer service - It is hard to get appointment once you buy the package Dirty towels/ and no cleaning.
I went to this clinic due to pain in my leg and foot. The doctor recommended kizhi for 5 days and upancha for 2 days. Many of my friends had told me that I wouldn't find relief with Ayurvedic treatment, but I had confidence in my treatment. On the 4th day, they performed 'agni karma, ' and after that, I experienced pain relief. I am now extremely happy with the treatment. Thanks to the entire team at this clinic.
This is a very delayed review but can’t help giving them a great 5 star as had an excellent calming head to toe massage by Ms. Renu in Al Qusais branch. They go overboard in the best way by giving u with a slightly simmering lemon tea to seal the wellness in. The place is calming and extremely clean and a must go for stress-relieving!
Chandran Gurukula is highly recommended for any one who willing to take treatments. They are very professional in terms of treating you and taking care. I am taking treatments from Al Qusais branch and recovering my back pain with good progress. Dr Soumya find out my exact problem and treating me well. One of the best places for Ayurvedic massages is Chandrangrukkal, it was referred to my best friend. The service is excellent. From the time you walk in the warm welcome by Romish, Pranav and Surya, they make you feel at home. I have tried the relaxation massages, kizhi, the treatment to remove knots and the shirodhara…it makes you feel so good about yourself. Sandhya the therapist is one of the best. She treats me like her own and cleared me off all the knots I had. It was our First time and the Therapist was very good. The room was neat and clean. Also the important thing is the Bathroom cum Steam room, it was really good with proper drainage and no water logging. Also the steam was good unlike many other Ayurvedic places. The Services before and after the Therapy was good. No waiting period if you have an appointment.
My experience with the clinic has been so positive. All of the staff was great, they were helpful, patient and helped with my health issues and insurance.

First of all Thank you Miss Romis for your kind invitation. We, me and my husband entered with a curiosity what special there in ChandranGurukkal as we used to go regularly in other aurveda centers. Indeed, words not enough to appreciate the team for their perfection in each corner. Maintained high hygiene in materials, furniture etc. Therapist Ms Revathy was perfect with her knowledge and experience. We are percentage satisfied. We will visit again and again. Keep it up

It's a nice place to visit.my wife went for the treatment there.she had good experience and the service given was excellent. Few therapy sessions done as part of the treatment.it is really helpful and would prefer to continue the treatment in same place.
