Great masala chai and ideal place to catch up with friends without having to wait too long.

It's a nice & quite place. Go for the butter chicken biriyani & chai. You can also use Zomato PRO at the restaurant. It's a pretty decent place, located in Al Warqa.

I made an order through talabat. The distance is 10 minutes from the restaurant. Idin promised to make it quickly but the order took one hour 20 minutes to arrive. Never ordering again from this restaurant for rude answers and lies I kept receiving while waiting for my breakfast

Quiet, Cool and cosy environment. Liked it. Made for Emirati people. No tourist gathering at all. Food taste moderately good. Remix of Indian, Arabian and English cuisine. 3 in 1. Food prices are medium high.

Went for a late night chill session at Chai & co and was thoroughly satisfied with the service. The food was fresh and hot, the milkshake was flavorful and our server Javeed ensured we weren’t left unattended. He really provided us with great service. Thank you Javeed and team ️

I ordered and my order took an hour and half and I didn’t receive, through delivero, I called the restaurant and they told me they Forget one item for the simplest chai and sandwich order. At the end I canceled the order

1. Little bit costly which most people cant afford, Might be there target audience is only high level people.

Delivery took 1h35m, instead of the quoted 45 mins on Deliveroo.

Called several times, staff were rude and indifferent to the situation. One of the staff even said “because your house is very far”. Well you accepted to serve the Al Khawaneej 2 area and you are the ones who put a delivery time for it, now you act surprised about the distance?

On the next call (20 minutes later) I asked the another staff to cancel the order if the rider cannot arrive within 10 minutes and he just said “yea yea ok sure” without even calling the rider to check where he was. He just wanted to end the call.

Even the deliver rider was rude. When he arrived I asked why the delivery took so long and he said “I dont know, Im just delivering” in an angry tone. Not apologetic whatsoever.

All the food which arrived was completely cold. Dynamite sauce which came with the dynamite shrimp was not closed properly and spilled. Will definitely not order again from this restaurant.

Orders are late, described items are missing, small quantity and they claim to give discounts! If you order two, the order will be split into two, which means it's not worth the money. (Do not order through Deliveroo as it does not solve problems.)

I am obsessed with their Karak. I cannot say this enough I have made relatives and friends try it and they loved it too.
It is a must try and if I lived near I’d have it on the daily!

Average place. Too pricey for the quality they offer. Ordered shakahuka and French Toast. Shakahuka was so full of gravy that the eggs were literally floating in the pan. French toast was dry, not properly soaked in the batter.

One of the best in the area, menu is unique serving arabic continental indian dishes. Chai is definitely great, especially safron one. Even regular quantity is high serves 2, but strong and flavorful. Surprisingly amazing biryani, very good cooking. Traditional arabic drinks available, little expensive but quality top notch, hygienic food, highly recommended

I order black coffee.put all of thim hot water.because he put in the cup 2 shot espresso and add hot water.

Not recommended at all, i tried it once using entertainer and it will be last, slow delivery (1.hr and 20 min), received cold, and low quality of food

Nice chai, extremely expensive for a cup of Karak though! At least 3 times the price of a street vendor and.if I'm just there for a takeaway, it's a bit of a sting.

Really nice restaurant with a good atmosphere and location, and did I mention that their food and tea is just so good. Really recommend trying it if you are in Dubai and looking for a good restaurant.

Serene place. Especially in winters. Karak is great, so is pasta. The Halloumi Cheese is also amazing. A bit expensive but definitely worth.

Worst food, service and management. Delivery after 2 hours and you the food had no taste. Seriously it’s a shame.

Chai and co please learn to prepare butter chicken. You guys need lots of improvement. This is not the butter chicken what u offer.

Ordered the honey cheese pratha for breakfast, it was cold. The karak was too heavy for my taste. The ambiance was quiet dark and depressing.

Located in Warqa Mall, with glass door panes enlightening the place with sun beams and for those cozy evenings there is a dim lighting where you can chill with family and friends. A perfect place to catch up for the tea buffs. With wooden interiors and casual vibes, you can spend hours together and it would feel like minutes.

Green Machine [AED 29]: For the calorie conscious and health freaks, this is an apt drink made of different greens. A good detox for those who prefer it, unfortunately it was a miss for us since we did not have the palate for it. All the hungry souls on a diet, this could be meant for you all.

Berry Love [AED 29]: This was our favorite and show stopper amongst everyone on the table. The raspberry flavor with a smoothie texture was just what we needed to beat the heat. It was light and refreshing but be sure to shake it well before pouring the drink otherwise you’ll end up eating it as a puree which is not a great idea. Now we know why it is their hot selling item because the flavor is addicting, drink and find out to know what we are raving about.

Chicken Caesar Salad [AED 28]: Fresh lettuce with diced chicken slices generously dressed with mayo and cheese, what’s not to like.

Falafel Salad [AED 26]: Crisp falafel infused with beetroot was placed on a bed of lettuce, green leaves, and cucumbers. Something different from the regular salads and a nice option for the vegetarians.

Buffalo Chicken Wings [AED 36]: One of our weaknesses is we cannot resist chicken wings but since we are picky with our flavors, sadly buffalo sauce does not make the cut. Though the chicken was well marinated and made for a great starter who would enjoy the flavor. For those who like it by all means go ahead and order yourself a plate.

Stuffed Paratha [AED 29]: One of their best-seller. It was available with three options that is meat, potato, or egg. We tried the meat stuffed paratha which had a filling of minced lamb that was not too spicy and complemented the thin crisp paratha.

Chicken Biryani [AED 47]: The rice was flavorful and the best part was the tender boneless chicken, which is not a usual norm for the biryani. It came along with raita. We would have loved it, if the dish had packed a bite more heat but that’s just our take on it. The spice level was mild and could be enjoyed by those who have limited spice tolerance.

Chicken Pasta [AED 39]: Alfredo sauce with penne pasta that would be enjoyed by the cheese lovers, since we prefer our food to be a bit spice we would have preferred some seasoning like chili flakes to go along with it. Both the chicken and pasta were well cooked.

Pistachio Milk Cake [AED 35]: With our new found love for pistachio, we are always ready for some new concoction with the flavor. Finally we found what we were looking for and it was a true delight. The cake was moist and there was enough milk to soak the cake and have the melt in your mouth experience.

Molten Lava Cake [AED 40]: All chocolate lovers cannot miss out on this delicacy. A well baked cake, with chocolate oozing at the centre paired with vanilla ice-cream was an utter bliss.

We ended our lunch with a masala karak [AED 12] because no meal would be complete without it at Chai And Co to resonate with the name. The tea is served in traditional matkas with two cookies on the side. If you’re looking for a gram worthy tea with herbs and just the right sweetness, do not forget to order one for yourself before leaving. The only thing we thought it was a tad bit over-priced for the portion.

The staff was friendly and ever ready to accommodate our requests.
With few things on the menu, the prices are slightly over-priced but then with Zomato Gold, the whole experience should be a better one. We will be back for the pistachio milk cake and drop by whenever in the area.

It's a New innovation. A cool ambiance under the roof and in open place. Food is good taste. A bit expensive for regular or average users.

We had visited Chai and Co.twice.this place is no doubt the hidden gem of Dubai. Chai and Co.is located in Warqa Mall.

The ambience is neat & smarty done. The restaurant is quite spacious with plenty of outside sittings as well.
The service is really fast & the staff is friendly & helpful.

As we were waiting for the food, they asked us to try their signature Saffron tea. The tea arrived fairly soon and we were impressed with the presentation. Served in traditional looking cups, their signature saffron karak tea had a strong intense flavor that you usually expect from this tea variety. The tea came along with two small cookies. Indeed the best Karak in the world.

Surely a #hidden gem for having the great time with friends and great food. The ambience is really positive and staffs are really welcoming. The decor is also one of the rustic look to give the feeling of sitting at urban street and having their best Saffron Karak in the UAE.
Starting with the drinks. They have amazing selections of drinks. Starting with the Richer ferrero, lotus shake totally amazing and deliciously so good. Then comes the smoothies they have their best signature smoothies which you would surely must have. The Berry Love and Green machine, totally refreshing served in the bottle.
Lets come to the appetizers and mains, starting with the beetroot falafel platter, Falafel Salad, buffalo chicken wings. Totally delicious and up to the mark. Then comes the mains which all are served with their own bakery made parathas which are fresh straight from the oven. Butter chicken, chicken fajita, chicken tacos, mighty american hot dog totally super delicious.
Lastly their desserts are totally recomendable and must have. Their saffron and pistachio milk cake surely was the my personal favourite and lotus delite was surely a star. Amazing and so good.

It was my first time to know that AlWarqa Mall is existing, when it happened and when it was open I have no idea.
Any way I have chosen to visit Chai & Co based on a friend recommendation. In addition, they claim to have the best Chai ‘not sure in Dubai or in the world’
The decoration over here so beautify. It feel as if you setting in one of NY cafes.
The menu is long for food, beverages and deserts. It has both Asian items and western as well.
I have the chance to try only 2 items the original chai and paratha with cheese and honey. Both were nice.
