Great atmosphere, good food, and wide variety. Thanks to Firdous and chef Ali, who are always great hosts. Will be back for more soon.

We went to try the iftar buffet, unfortunately it did not meet our expectations and poor food quality and taste, and above that the restaurant is claiming to have Syrian cousin which obviously it was not. The cost is 200 aed per person.
The waiter and waitress were extremely nice and helpful.

Very bad customer service. The restaurant calls itself a buffet restaurant but after making a booking for 15 people for the evening buffet they are telling me that there is no buffet, only for hotel guests. My invitations were already sent.

I used to visit Channel since 10 years specially during ramadan for group Iftar with family and friend’s, buffet almost the same, salad is the best stop which I like it

This was my second time dining here after a business meeting. A table was reserved for our group and we were seated promptly. The greeting and the service were very good. The open buffet was on four sides with one side for appetizers, one side for the main dishes, a third for the salad bar and cheeses, and the forth for dessert. The main courses were varied, the steak meat was cooked slowly for a long time, it melted in my mouth. There were no labels for the cheeses, no blue cheese that I could find. The dry dessert was fine but the liquid ones were not very palatable, but the fruits were excellent (mainly melons and pineapple). There were even some Indian dessert. I did not see ice cream.
By the way, even though there were many tours coming and going but the restaurant was empty at 10: 20 pm when we arrived.
All in all we enjoyed the food and ambiance.

Amazing buffet I will definitely recommend this to any one to join all is fresh fresh food, lovely salad, sushi, desert and very polite staff I will always visit channel restaurant if there have buffet or brunch.

This used to be a good buffet until before Covid. Then they closed it for a long time. I checked in Ramadan, and they were back in business. But the food quality is not back in the game, it has actually deteriorated. Food variety in Iftar is good; they had Arabic food (normal suspects like Uzi, which is as not great, rice, Molokhiya- which was good), etc), one type of pasta, and 2 sushi rolls only- nothing special about it. Overall it could have been a good value if price is half what they charge. Service is good though.

Most frequently visited buffet restaurant. Fresh food and attendantive service. Compare to iftar, theme nights are better.

The food was delicious, everyone should visit here, they having Nelson bar their food is so delicious.

Went for Iftar. Amazing food! Everything was delicious! Variety of main dishes and salads is on point! Recommended.

We had gone for their asian nights that happens every Wednesday. And I was just amazed at the variety they had to offer. From my favorite variety of sushi to thai curries, it was all delicious. And what fascinated us was the super drooling variety of desserts. From their freshly baked cakes to chocolate fountain with marshmallows to so much more.
And most of all what we loved was the service. All their staffs take care of every guest and make sure they are happy and experience satisfaction towards the end of your meal.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone to have an exhilarating experience themselves.

All day dinning restaurant that offers international/ Arabic cuisine. Good food and service and reasonable prices

Absolutely high standards of service and impressive food variety for iftar buffet, even had sushi. Western options were delicious.

We went to channels last night for 2 of our staffs farewell dinner. We have been to channels many times in the last few years and always had excellent food and service.

Unfortunately this time 8 out of 12 ladies are not well and are having diarrhea and stomach pain.

I’ve called the restaurant and spoken to 3 people, I haven’t had any apology from the first 2.they say it’s a bit difficult to track what it was, and some had alcohol and some didn’t.and we all had different food. I’m very dissapointed with the customer service from the first 2 people who contacted me.

Also they asked if we have Been to the doctor and if we have any medical certificates. The manager called me for investigation and wants to know what we all had the day before.

Definitely not going back there again.

We had breakfast here while staying at the hotel.
Good variety and staff is pleasant

One of the best restaurants in UAE. Enjoyed iftar food and staff. One of must try buffet in uae and especially during Ramadan. Thanks for amazing staff.

Never had a bad meal here. Sometimes they can be a little strange on their rules, but they sure know how to cook!

A buffet place, all you can eat and drink venue. If you enjoy that sort of night out then buy the Rotana Card and save some money.
