It was my first ever visit to CT! I was bit confused to pick some good skin care product, Reshma assisted me and yes she was absolutely fabulous! Her service was exceptionally good and i was very happy to buy the recommended products after her advice. Thanks to RESHMA for helping me out

My sister and I visited the branch in MCC, waited for a good 5 minutes until the one lady in the entire store noticed our presence. We showed her a sample of pillow talk tall and asked for 2 of the same color, she immediately gave us 2 shades and asked us if theres anything else we want to buy with little patience then went to the counter and placed them in the shopping bag. To our surprise the next day, one was in intense shade and the other was in medium, they were not even identically wrong. We broke the seal and used them so clearly there was no chance to get these returned. A brand as such must invest more in selecting the right attitude in staff and training them properly on how to treat their customers. Not sure I want to visit the outlet anytime soon.

Very rude staff, not at all willing to help and the rudest was the manager. I visited to exchange a product and she looked right through me and called someone else over to do the exchange, did not acknowledge me nor respond to me when I spoke to her. They behaved as if I could not afford to be there. They were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping out. Will never visit nor purchase anything from this store.

Not welcoming staff, nor willing to look at the clients nor sell anything! When a product is sold out they don’t even care to suggest alternative options! Had the same issue at the Dubai Mall Charlotte Tilbury store…
This is a shame, as the brand has amazing products.
Attention Charlotte Tilbury: either you recruit better staff, or you will start losing even your most faithful clients.

I strolled around mall of the emirates for a quick visit and have passed by the Charlotte tillbury to check and somehow try one of the foundation.my short time visit was really worthwhile because of the amazing ambiance and very welcoming place. And of course shout out to Richelle-for giving me the best service which made my visit so lovely and very satisfying. So yeah I feel beautiful and happy! I had a cool glam up done by Richelle. Her service is really recommending and very commendable!
So you guys have to try it!

Terrible experience. Not sure if the girl was the manager but slim lady Lebanese looking, I asked for a colour match and she rolled her eyes at me and walked off! How rude!

Your make up might be good but your staff are extremely lacking at customer service!
I was there today afternoon and bought a foundation and a serum for 575.00 AED, I asked the lady for some samples for products and she said she had nothing!
Upon asking if the make up artist could do a tutorial on me, she flatly refused and said it could only be done if I spent 600 AED and not on a weekend!
I was surprised because the make up artist was totally free! I normally get my make up from Chamel and YSL and they give me great customer service, are interested in the customer and totally focused on my needs unfortunately, unfortunately I can't say the same for you.
I hope someone can make some changes as it's a shame for such a good brand to have such reviews.

I buy 1item in mall of Emirates, after I pay the staff say they don’t have bag for one lipstick.like what! But my reaction was too late. I hope I did not buy it return it! I was very disappointed and same time annoyed! All Charlotte products are not cheap. It’s all expensive.so why they can’t afford sa small bag for small or 1 item! Bad service!
