Amazing birthday planning and entertainment. Everything was exactly like we asked for and all our requests were accomodated. Great team!

Took our toddler for the first time to Cheeky monkeys and we had a wonderful time! The play areas are well maintained and clean all the way! The staff were simply amazing especially Tom! Lovely place if you want to spend quality time together, our lil one just didn’t wanna leave:) would definitely recommend.

Had a fabulous party for my 5yr old at CM the Pointe. As usual the CM staff is responsible, reliable and puts in their full energy for entertaining the children. My family and I always choose CM for an all round amazing experience!

I can understand that some places like this want to relieve themselves from any liabilities, especially when it comes to the kids' wellbeing.but they took this to a whole new level by making you sign a wavier, that they are not responsible by any means for the kid's safty what so ever even" IF THEY DIE".
Yup, you read that right, it written that way in their wavier.you can always refuse to let kids stay alone, but to take it to this level, this is really not acceptable.

I have organised my son's birthday (3years old) in this fantastic place. Everything was top and all my guest enjoyed the party, this thanks for the cooperation and helping of the Cheeky Monkeys staff. In particular i want to say thank you to the manager Minnie, the staff Honeyleen, Junvie, Tom and Rona. I really advice this place, the kids will enjoy the playgrounds area and also the celebration of the birthday. TOP

We left our kids and we went to a nearby restaurant
We told them our kids without a nanny and they said yes we will take care
Suddenly we found our kids (3 years & 5 years) next to us in the restaurant
They left and they crossed the road alone
Without anyone seeing them leaving
We went crazy and we get back to the place, they said sorry

Staff repeat the same thing over and over again. No customization to birthday package request. Very rigid and lack of understanding towards a customer

My experience is ok. As per my first observation: fruit and veggie shopping area is poorly equipped: (no baskets, no trolleys: (kids wanted to play there, but…. Should definitely be improved for a proper role play.

Very nice location, natural light all over the place, the assisting stuff were amazing and on the spot! They exceeded our expectation! 100% suggest for bday party

Super amazing time.we celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday and we all had a blast. The staff were extremely friendly and looked after the kids and the parents. The animation was great and I loved the organization (communication before the birthday, during, and follow up when we forgot an item in the play area).

My daughter broke her leg there. No attention to kids at all. 10 minutes at their place equals 3 weeks in gypsum. This happened 19.06.2022 after spending 10 minutes at play area at slides my daughter fall down and broke her foot. There were too many kids at same slide and no nurse. No one helped her. I went to hospital made X-ray which show broken leg. The worst place ever

Good place for the kids to spend time while you're shopping or dining with in the area. Caring staff

Good and friendly staff, not too busy.
Regular cleaning was in progress and even supervised.

Kids play area was supervised and everything was in good working condition.

Seating area is right in the middle hence easy to keep an eye on kids.

They really need to stock up on cafeteria. Most of the items were out of stock.
Also few maids that had accompanied the kids were lying down right in the middle of trampoline. It didn't look nice and this needs to be checked by the staff strictly.

Very slack hygiene, too many adults in play area not wearing socks nor masks, barefoot. Toilets were not clean, no hand towels, wet floor, stains everywhere.

Awesome playground, all kids are nearby, can run and play freely all over the place, while parents can rest in the middle of the action! We celebrated a birthday, dear Bibikhanum made an increadible job for organizing everything, kids and parents were super happy! Marlon took care of guests, was very polite and attentive, great job done with perfect attitude!

I had my daughters birthday at Cheeky Monkeys - The Pointe and it was absolutely perfect! The decoration was exactly what I asked for, the food was great. The planned activities were super fun and the energy of the team with the children was incredible! Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely be back in the coming years. They honestly left no detail out and made it such an unforgettable experience. A big thank you to all the team and especially to Minnie, Daisy, Pamela and Ronalyn! Great job!

The place is clean and sunny and not very crowded (I went Saturday) my kid enjoyed playing here. Only negative point is the strong food smell in the beginning but you get used to it.

Fantastic venue for a party. Open clean fun environment for the kids, professional friendly staff and lots of effort made to make it a special day!

Had my daughters fourth birthday party here and it went so well. Reasonable price compared to other venues. Quick and easy to book. They handled everything. The entertainer was amazing, so energetic. Was just a great fuss free party.

Everything was perfect.very well organized and the quality of service was excellent. One of the best places to plan your kids bday!

Children love coming here, but they are definitely slipping. The place is often dirty and you'll find food stains and spills on tables and chair despite the sign saying it's been sanitized. After 30 min there my daughter's socks were very dirty which tells me they don't clean the floor well either. Also, they removed a lot of the smaller toys (supposedly due to covid) that are available in other play rooms and replaced them with paid activities, like hair braiding and T-shirt dye. So there are less things to do now included in the base price. Also, if face paint is deemed covid safe, I don't see why they couldn't have kept some toys and sanitized them regularly. The staff are disinterested in kids and barely do their job.

They are super professionals and well experienced in dealing with birthday parties. They have done an amazing job for my daughters 2nd birthday. The little guests had lot of fun and enjoyed so much. The price is reasonable for the service they offer. I also liked that they were accommodating in terms of time as well, the games etc started slightly late but didn’t rush through it or anything; but they gave it 100% and let the guests enjoy the most of it. Thank you for the amazing work in making everything special.

1- it was the only summer camp accepted my daughters at the same time although the difference in their ages, 2 years and 5 years old

2- different and funny activities

3- they care alot

4- reasonable prices

We booked with them for my daughter's 6th birthday party. They were amazing! All the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our requests. My daughter and her friends had lots of fun. They really did make her birthday very special! Thanks a lot team. Brilliant job

Our daughter loved the summer camp. She enjoyed all of the arts and craft activities and obstacle races, bubble play etc.she made lots of new friends and can’t wait to go back again. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

One of my favorite soft play areas for kids! Very clean and spacious. Lots of friendly staff watching the kids at all times. Amazing for Summer camp and other festive events. Lots of extra activities as face painting and making slime! Great place for a day with the family. Everyone enjoys. The cafe is nice too they service Starbucks for adults. Only recommendation is to offer healthier food options for kids.

Perfect birthday party for my 2 year old son. Very easy, the staff were great and organised everything from games, food, birthday cake and decorations. The kids had so much fun, dancing and playing. It was topped off with popcorn station, piniata and balloon twisting. Highly recommend for any birthday party, we couldn't fault it!

We used to be a quite regular visitor since we live nearby but recently my daughter and I had some accidents there. Thankfully, nothing serious happened though we both still carry some bruises caused by the accidents. I was so disappointed because nobody there followed up on our conditions afterwards. I would call it a bad management.
Still a nice place though and my girl wants to there again. I might try another branch of theirs not this one.

We have attended a couple of birthday parties there. Organizations were amazing. Kids enjoyed it a lot. Loved their themed birthday parties

Not safe to leave ur kids there even if they’re big enough, not a single cheeky monkey stuff in the play area a girl got bumped and she was bleeding and no one noticed, rude manager

We are regular customers with them.
But the only thing is the food is not good most of the food is fried.

I recommend to more healthier for kids.

For example inside of fried the nuggets, bake it.

Place was clean, empty. Good service. They have 2 party rooms, not that spaceousas Arabian ranches branch but still good. They have better area for little ones, more advanced and entertaining. Prices r same. The only my concern is kids juices: not nice ones, could be better choice. We had to go for water for kids.
