Chelsea Plaza Hotel

I got one night hotel stay in this hotel.
Rooms are very good and hotel location was fantastic.reception staff very calm .we got set menu it's little bit upset for me because very limited access we have .

Food was good and service also

I often come to the nightclub of this hotel and have stayed here a few times before. I've been staying here again for 4-5 days, and today when I called room service to request plates and cutlery, I was told that I need to pay an additional fee for each. I explained the situation to the reception, but they said, "They handle room service; we are the reception, there's nothing we can do. " I expressed my desire to speak with a higher-ranking person, but the grand manager ordered without talking to me, "They should pay the additional fee. " It's unbelievable; no matter how many stars a hotel has, if the staff is one-star, the establishment can't claim quality. Managers who don't bother talking to guests - how do they find jobs in the service industry? It's beyond comprehension.

The room was okay nothing great and the breakfast was very bad in taste.
The only thing good here was their service, everyone was very sweet. The location of the hotel is also great, supermarkets nearby and many restaurants too.

No No No. Do not stay here.
3 clubs downstairs music blasting till 4am.everyday.you will not sleep. Hotel smells like stale smoke and booze. Beds have blood stains, washrooms have mold, toilets don't work, just an overall disgusting hotel. Staff are rude, and constant barrage of sex trade worker type people in and out of the hotel. The place stinks. Had it booked for 3 nights, left after the first night. We couldn't sleep until the music stopped in the disgusting room and ended up wasting an entire day after. Not worth it.

Worst experience that I ever had in a hotel. Very loud and I couldn't sleep because of loudly sound coming from the club. I m not recommend it for anyone. You could find a lot of options for better price and benefits.

I felt disappointed. Room is good. Parking is problem. And that moment Security disrespectful. What she think of us? Because we’re asian so she can treated like criminal.

A three star hotel that has two bars at the top, playing music between 10-3. Don't come here if you want to sleep

It is past 1pm and the music is so loud on the 4th flour, that the beds are shaking. This is a night club, not a normal hotel. I would not pay for a sleepless night ever again, does not worth the money. Avoid, terrible experience.

The thing that sick out in my mind is the service from bhawani she works in the St. Andrews bar she provides excellent service for all she was very kind, friendly. I can’t thank her enough she is a credit to the hotel

Terrible hotel, certainly not worth $159 per night. Dirty (see photos), noisy (Satwa roundabout, horns peeping all night), room 303 window broken (see photo), no kettle in room, horrible bathroom (see photos). Plus, dreadful service! Easily, the worst hotel I have ever staying in, in over 30 years of business travel. (This is my first truly negative review - ever!)

Rooms nice and clean. Good cooperative staff. Only 1 problem. Very loud music from 11pm to 3am.

Nice and good ambience near the pool for family gathering or birthday parties.
Vallet parking available so no need to worry about the parking.

Beautiful hotel located in Satwa roundabout. We had taken double occupancy room.it was too good.and from balcony, we can see the beautiful building (including Burj Khalifa) in and around Dubai. They got 6 pubs as well and they got crowded during weekends. Swimming pool along with Jacuzzi is another attraction.

This hotel cheats their customers and would not recommend anyone to stay here. The bars employs managers to chest and trick their customers

I checked in 2pm and requested more than 10 times for disposable tea cups and finally I got cups at 11pm after 9 hours
I went down to the front desk as well for tea cups the receptionist said I’ll send you now but he didn’t
Then I come down again to find manager or supervisor
So I saw hotel manager I complained about tea cups he sorry to me and same time proving me the cups.

So plz avoid this hotel

Calm, ambient, convenient, affordable, and easily accessible. The management needs to improve on customer service.

The furniture in the rooms is a bit worn, which is a little more pronounced in the bathrooms, but the accommodation meets all the needs of the guests. The food is also tasty and the hotel staff service is great, especially by the very simpatic room cleaner Naresh.

Hotel is wonderful. I really enjoy in food and clean room. Specialy I have to mension housekeeper Naresh who is very kind and professional. If I come back to Dubai I am sure that I get back to this hotel. I recommend to everyone.

Outdated, ruined. The hotel would be nice (beautiful British style) if proper maintanance and housekeeping would be done. Rooms need renovation and at lunch the table was not properly clean. The hamburger at lunch was same low quality as a fast food. Won't give one star hoping that you guys may improve!

When we first arrived to the hotel it was early hours of the morning local time, my wife gave our seven-year-old son a bath before bed when she turned on the tap orange water came out with bits in it!

We were moved to another room and this room had gaps in the windows and the noise was incredible we also have a newborn who was waking up screaming and crying we were jumping out of our sleep.

The dirt of the rooms was just unbelievable it was so dirty the dust on the floor was incredible and under the bed looked like years of dirt accumulation, around the window sills were incredibly filthy. Stains on the chairs inside the room!

We had an incredibly rude person who managed the pool area wouldn’t even let my son splash in the pool and was shouting at him, I told the duty manager he didn’t give a care.

Then to top all this off on checkouts we had money missing in our room when we approached them about it they got very high rate and swore at us and told us they don’t know anything about it we called the police and everything please what ever you do do not go anywhere near this hotel because it will ruin your holiday the noise the road staff and the money being taken and the debts and unprofessional attitude of the staff and managers is absolutely disgusting this hotel should be shut down!

Worst hotel ever! The front desk team is very arrogant! The front desk manager is extremely arrogant! They behave like it’s the Armani hotel in downtown.
Smelly rooms / windows can’t open / when you ask for a non smoking room they provide a the opposite. WORST FRONT DESK TEAM EVER! Lack of experience and attitude at its best if you select to stay in this s***hole

I had a great experience with Samy. Loved the highlights and keratin. Did keratin for the first time, hence had some difficulty with formaldehyde. But, service-wise, I loved it. Thank you! I hope to come back soon.

Great location as it is in the center and close to the metro, the mall and great eating places.

Dear all, this is one of worst non cleanliness hotel & restaurant. No hospitality & support to the guest. Zero rating for this unprofessional hotel staff & workers. But no option to rate zero.

Located in nice place.middle of busy nieghbourhood of Satwa where eateries are found (indian, Arabic, Pakistani, Chinese, Fillipinos).

At the last floor a bar located which music sound up to the first floor can be heared.impossible to sleep.

Hotel is little old. Room is very nice and clear. There is not power reduction to European Equipment. There is little cold although you switch a/c off all day.

A very good place for stay. The location is very nice as you can find multiple bus stations, restaurants and other facilities close to the hotel. The breakfast is also great. The rooms are very decent and staff is very friendly. I found one of the staff members, named Naresh Kumar to be very friendly, honest and hardworking. He did a great job in maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my stay there. It has swimming pool and gym as well which I couldn’t use but visited them and found to be nice and clean.

I stayed for one week. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice view from hotel. Love the swimming pool. They serve nice breakfast. A good place for business travellers.

Really nice hotel not far from city center on 1 side and burdubai/Deira on the other side.
Many places to eat Chinese food at 1 minute walking distance and cheap shopping as well as grocery store. Swimming pool with hot water was really nice and do not forget your swimming clothes and swimming cap for women.
Valet free parking is available. Food is spacious as well.

Hotel is Ok. I had hot water and drainage issues in room but hotel staff not bothered to reaolve it. You can find better place in same price.

It was our first visit to Dubai. We had a lay over of 19 hours at Dubai international airport so me and my wife decided to take the advantage of city tour. I booked a room online. It was not difficult to reach here from the airport. The taxi driver dropped us here. We were welcomed by a beautiful African receptionist. After check in we took lunch at the restaurant of the hotel. Indian, continental and local dishes were available. On our request the receptionist called a taxi for city tour. We had a nice falf day tour.
The hotel is conveniently located and the ambience is very good. Very neat, clean and large rooms with attached bathrooms are very comfortable.
The hotel staffs are very friendly many of them speak multiple south asian languages so you won't have any language problem they will guide you.

It's a nice and affordable hotel and the area around it is very cheap and any kind of food you can find there in a good price i really enjoyed my stat

وای فای کار نمیکرد و در یخچال قفل بود. از همه بدتر اینکه سیستم خنک کننده مرکزی هتل گویا فیلتر مناسبی نداشت و چون هوای دبی غبار آلود بود، مقداری از این غبار به داخل اتاق هم نفوذ میکرد

اتاق ما که در طبقه دوم بود می آمد

اتاق دمپایی نداشت و برای یک دمپایی هتلی میخواستن از ما هزینه بگیرن

Nice location, good service. Room are dusty. Bathroom fitingn are very old. There is very less light in rooms. Less toiletries, also they did not provided adopters for charging mobile/laptop.
Food is very expensive and not good.

I and my family stayed in your hotel from 10th to 15th april (room no 507). I want to tell you that entire staff were really pleasant even the security officer's are friendly. I have no complaints. We were treated at best. Well done. We will visit again to your hotel.

If you are looking for a Filipino bar. Visit, The Exe's Point - 1st floor. Staffs are friendly and accomodating because most of them are Filipinos/Kabayans, they will assist you very well.

يعتبر شارع الظيافه من الشوارع القديمه ولاكن له طابع جميل حيث انه يتميز بكثرت المحلات و المطاعم و يتمركز في موقع مهم بين شارع الجميرا و السوق المالي تم تحديث بعض البنايات و تم زيادة عدد المحلات فيه يمكنك طلب الماكولات من السيارت عند مطعم جبل النور و مطعم خفايف كا انه يوجد مواقف عديده مقابل مطعم خفايف. انصح بزيارة هذه المنطقه في وقت المساء

A hidden gem. This charming place is distinctly old Dubai, beautifully maintained, cozy and inexpensive. The pool in the rear is a highlight and so is the bar

Needs improvement on house keeping. Dust is very visible everywhere. Kettle cover is detached. Flat iron is leaking. Scent of cigarrete is quite strong when we checked in.

Hotel is very central to every where you need to go and see in Dubai. Rooms are comfortable and the front rooms have a beautiful view especially at night. The suits are even better and price are quite reasonable

Not the best customer service, though housekeeping were very nice. Was given a smoking room, though didn't want to be smelling stale cigarettes throughout my stay. Expected breakfast but was told by waiter that I had to pay extra just as I was about to start eating; poor value for money in this respect. Fridge didn't work. Very little English programming on the television, below standard for an international hotel I thought. Worst thing about my stay was loud thumping music keeping me awake until late at night.

We chose neighbour hotel but Chelsea looks also fine. It is in busy part with lot of cars, people, local shops, restaurants and markets. If you would travel by public train/metro, then I suggest to chose closer hotel.
