I have ordered several times breakfast from "Chennai kings Restaurant", every time the delivery man forgets Tea along with my breakfast item. Even after complaining there was no poisitive approach. Sometimes in their mini thali item they forgot to include sweets, upma and tea again. Today i ordered Onion masala dosa but got onion dosa - masal missing in it.when i called the restaurant fellow he is telling i will give masala seperate instead proper onion masala dosa.so poor customer service management. Restaurant management has to think on this issue.if this continues they will loose customer like me one by one for their poor service.

Found this restaurant while in morning walk along the water edge. Good food, a great smiling and enthu person who served us. Maybe they aren’t used to visitors to the restaurant on a Sunday morning. Good food quality

I ate their Fish meals which is south Indian dish based on rice. I feel it not that much heart touching and not worthy for the money we spend. Average Taste.

One of the best authentic south indian restaurants to have food. One place which i have known over the last 3 years with authentic quality. Though considering the pricing which is still on a bit higher side hence only 4 stars, but if that can be worked out then nothing like it.

Worst Restaurant i have ever found no manner to take order, neither food quality is good! On top the delivery boy are acting like a boss, no manners to speak and not holding change asking me keep change and then order as we r wasting their time, as ask me not to order next time if u don't have change infect the restaurant must give him change and keep,

Good restaurant, Amazing staff and very kind people all around but TBH the restaurant lacks cleanliness and hygiene and that's why I only order from them when I absolutely have no other choice.
I'd suggest to the owners to focus more on the hygiene as seeing the current pandemic it's very crucial.

Staffs are very rude and worst hospitality. Especially the guy in the cashier who has an attitude as if he is the owner of the restaurant. No respect to the customer and showing off face.

Biriyani here is as good as what we eat at chennai. But their delivery is not upto the expectations. Please improve the delivery

Went for breakfast today because they have delivered good food to the office in the past. But the only thing that was good was the Sambar. The Dosa was ok, very average. No taste at all. The Idly was the worst. It wasn’t fresh. It was cold and hard. I was expecting a freshly made hot soft Idly. Won’t go there to eat again. I only went there because my favorite Tamil Restaurant in Business Bay closed down.

Taste of Biryani is very good I had taken meal for two chicken biryani they had promised 4 pieces of chicken but there was only two pieces secondly biryani quantity is comparatively lesser. Attitude of the staff need to improve not ready to listen
