Not even a single star.i ask for delevery today1: 55pm when i order she said only 30-mins, bcoz of the weather it might be 40 mins.till now? No one call me what happen to my order.the hotline mumber no one is picking up if choose 1-2 the call previous or new order.really bad!

Contrary to most reviews, food was really good and filling. Portion sizes were bigger than expected. Changs chicken and crispy beef were awesome!

The service was great from the staff, food tasted really great but the ambiance and the restaurant itself wasn’t really nice. It was clean but there was still flies swarming around at night… the food is also served in takeaway bowls and boxes which is sustainable because of the large portions they offer but also not great in terms of waste management. I think the restaurant needs some attention but other than that everything is great.

I recommend ordering it as take away. Tastes best in-front of your tv

I just ordered from chin chin and it was the worst thing I ever ate I ordered a noodle it taste like pure awful I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy I wasted my money for nothing terrible experience never again

Being a pure vegetarian, ordered the vegetarian spring rolls and few bites in realize there is chicken in it!

Not only that, spoke to the manager at the business bay branch who was more concerned about the image of the company than the consumers feedback.

I felt extremely sick after having it and more so disgusting. Never ordering from here again.

Worst delivery experienced! We waited for 1 and half hour and still our order was waiting a rider to be delivered! Your the worst ever! We just waited for nothing! We will never ever come back or order to your restaurant again and we will never ever recommend!

Had a horrible experience ordering a take away from their today. WOW, haven’t seen such a rude and disastrous cashier/counter sales person in Dubai in a very long time. The brand really needs to have a sit down with their counter staff and check on their mental health since nobody in the service industry behaves so badly as a regular standard without being out if a job within weeks.

The claim delivery is 24 hrs, their printed menu says 24 hrs, yet an order after mid night they dont take because they close at 1: 30

Food most pathetic. The staff is v rude. N do not order online or thru zomato.they take 2 hrs to deliver. The staff on phone will lie to u one after another. They n zomato rider n their reps are all playing games.

Definitely one of the tastier Fast Food Chinese places in town.

Maybe it's my taste buds being used to Maggi and spices from back home, but I still end up adding a lil bit of salt to their food.

But besides that, the level of "richness" in the food is A!

By richness, I mean take a look at that Mixed Fried Rice, it has everything from Calamari to shrimps, cuttlefish.

They don't cheap out on the materials that's for sure. You get what's advertised in the menu.

My favorite is probably the chicken lollipop things they have for starters. Any flavor of those will have you wanting more. The chicken is juicy and well done and the flavor POPS!

I'm a probably go back one of these days and just have multiples of the chicken starters.

VERY POOR SERVICE. VERY RUDE STAFF, WHEN WE CALL TO CHECK ORDER THEY SAY CANCEL IT IF U DONT WANT CHIN CHINS POLICY IS TO DELIVER ONLY AFTER 90 MINUTES! THE LADY CALLED MAMA WAS LITERALLY MAD THAT WE EVEN ORDERED THE FOOD.

Very poor service. Ordered food at 8: 45 pm and waiting till 11: 30 pm.not arrived. When u call they say their driver is new.whom to believe. Please be careful of their customer service ‍?

They have the best chinesse food without a doubt! Do try prawn crackers, kung pao chicken and ice tea. The fried rice was really good too

Good and tasty food, decent portions. The portions are actually good for sharing.
Menu is pretty vast and decent.
The items are fairly priced.

Chin chin is a popular chinese joint in town with many outlets across the city.we recently visited their branch in barsha for dinner and tried their dynamite shrimps, chicken sweet corn soup, chilli chicken, chicken fried rice, mixed hakka noodles etc.

Their dynamite shrimps is good. Always a fan of their mixed hakka noodles too. Portions are great and service is fast.

Ordered crispy fried vegetable every next order recipe change. Some time too much salty some time too much crispy feel very hard coating.
Sweet corn soup was too much sweet.

Another awesome visit to the lovely place called Chin Chin.
The food was soo yummy as always.
Serving in disposable can be a great experience as well, if we look on the brighter side,

I totally agree with new way of service in Covid time.
But just want to say only 1 thing, Humans love music, as it makes one's mind stable and in peace at many times.
So having a good music to make one's experience is a better idea, rather than the sound of high pressure gas burner (everytime when the kitchen door opens) LOL.

Ordered a few hours ago. They did not add the Schezwan sauce to the rice which made it lack the spice we desired. The spring rolls were good, but a bit soggy. Maybe they could have cooked them longer. The food was disappointing.

One of my favorite for comfort food. This time was a bit disappointing. Very hot and stuffy this dine in outing. Plus the chef dished out a soup straight out of Mars.hot and boiling. I took solace from the guys who served us, who were very friendly and courteous. Chef, customers are like your guests at home. Take care of them.

I have ordered 3 dishes. One is gud other one is ok and third one has very low salt and no taste

Been a fan of Chin Chin since forever. What really hooked me/us is your Crispy Beef! This is a signature dish for sure! And for sure for every delivery has this? We also had chicken money bags which sauce is ultimately yummy, stir fried bokchoy and tofu on the healthier side of it, veggies remained crunchy still. We also got Sweet and Sour fish and green thai chicken curry that is perfect for rice! My husband’s fave is their Hakka Noodles - the taste is superb because of the authenticity taste of a food cooked in a wok, the charred taste is evident.

Serving amount is never compromised, you get what you paid for (even more). Will I order again? Yes for sure! With the experience I’ve had, I will definitely recommend. Special thanks to Vinay and team as they are very helpful and accommodating!

They deliver all over UAE and this is the best chinese food option in Town.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurant, I must say that the foods on the menu are all good but my ultimate favorite is the Crispy beef! A must try.

Food Quality - Depends On Your Luck

No consistency from order to order -very good so we order again after a few days - turns out to be the worst food possible.

If your are looking for some authentic indo-Chinese cuisines with varieties, Chin Chin is the right destination. Good quality food and the generous portion when it comes to quantity. Also it’s a pocket friendly restaurant.

What we ordered

• Chilli chicken dry: Deep fried crispy chicken chunks tossed up in a spicy chilli sauce was full of amazing flavours.

• Crispy baby corn hot garlic dry: This spicy and crispy baby corn hot garlic was far the best side dish I ever had.

• Sweet and sour chicken: Bite-sized chicken chunks with pineapple chunks, onions and bell pepper had a special taste. What mad it very special was the mix of flavour with bitterness from bell peppers, onions and a sour punch from pineapple.

• Schezwan fried rice chicken: One of my most favourite and loved dish of indo- Chinese cuisine. It was cooked very nicely and aromatic with chicken cubes, veggies and spicy Schezwan sauce.

• Vegetable Manchurian: This super tasty dish had a delicious gravy with fried veggie balls in spicy and sour sauce. A very good combo with Schezwan fried rice.

• Prawn Hakka noodles: The taste was outstanding with right amount of flavourful spices with full of prawns, veggies and was up-to our expectations.

All the dishes were fresh and neatly packed. Delivery was prompt and well in time. Highly recommended and I would definitely try their other dishes.

It was a very good experience to have dinner here in Chin chin albasha they have a very nice staff and good food specially the CRispy Beef.

Food is unique but the place need some extra care i go there with my own family, but it's not a place that you can invite guests to.

Today was my third visit to Chin Chin but first time to this location. I can definitely tell you that irrespective of the location, the quality and taste of the food remains consistent. The food was delicious. Didn't take long to get our food. The staff was friendly and prompt. I love Chin Chin and would highly recommend each and everyone to visit any location and try the Chinese food. They have huge variety of dishes on the menu: Vegetarian, Chicken, Meat, Seafood etc.

One of my favorite restaurants to order asian foods. Food and service are very good. Perfect for bulk orders as well as they have descent quantity, delivered on time fresh and hot. Crispy beef and dynamite shrimp are must tries.

Very bad service. The beef is over cooked, duck is over cooked. Not a child friendly restaurant. Does not seem to treat children as customers.

Not bad food. Tasty. Service ain't too bad either. I give it a 4 star because I am baffled as to how Indian chefs pull off good tasting Chinese food. In some places if it is not a Chinese chef it's been lousy. You can always tell the difference. Chin Chin are consistent in their quality.

Ordered from Chin Chin. Combo meal. Taste of Chicken Lolipop was good. Manchurian also was good. But Chicken Hakka Noodles was ordinary. This is my 5 th order from them. And I will order from them again. I liked their food.

I got invited to this place. The food was ok. The location is the worst. Service is ok you have to call them out.

Good Chinese restaurant with good meals. The service was very good as well. It's a very relaxing place, not crowded as well. I ordered fried rice and shrimps. It was very nicely done with the right amount of spices. The price too was good.

Food Quality is not that good, and service is pathetic slow, Order take 30 minuets, there is no dedicate service person for Dine in, all are busy with parcels, not even listing if anything required, last time representative informed, Fried Rice will take 30 minuets for preparation, as they do not have manpower, if this joint is more focus on parcels and then they should stop Dine in.as i had two time same experience.and finally i wrote.

We ordered Rice Noodles, Vegetablea Haka Noodles, Schezwan Fried Rice, Chillie Prawns, and Stir Fry Vegs. They all tasted really good, and amounts were fulfilling and sufficient.
The facility is very poor and inconvenient. We sat around one table at first, then the waiter told us the AC's not working in that spot and we had to change seating. Also visiting the WC was an awful experience, I hated that part. So, I didn't find the ambience to be any good.
Prices are average or slightly above average.
However, staff were good and responsive.
Overall it's a good place to have a tasty Asian meal, if you can ignore all the other parts of the experience.
I with the other branches would be better.

I heard your advert on the radio promoting your amazing chicken wings. I am a chicken wing lover. The radio advert says to order delivery online: chinchin.ae, so I do that. I place my wings order and pay online. I call to follow up after an hour passes and the person says that they can’t find the order and that he will call back. I told him I’ve been charged and received both sms & email confirmations. 10 mins passes no call back. I call back again to try to cancel. Because my credit card was already charged I can’t cancel but I get the amount in credit for next time. Ok fine, I can deal with that. They told me the issue was technical difficulties. Ok, I understand that happens. I’m writing this and it’s 9pm and still no delivery. I placed my ordered at 6pm. Moral of the story - if you pay for radio advertising, make sure your operation is in order.
