food taste was really good but not worthy for the money ordered for 4 to 5 people serving quantity is very very less. Earlier the box quantity and quality was big. Now packing is very small not enough for 3person as well. Highly disappointed.

It was great food and amazing staffs. Loved to be here. Must try. Use of Bio-degradable packaging elevates whole experience and now they are using microwavable lids in the dine in bowls as well which retains the heat.

Amazing place to try for Indo-Chinese cuisine lovers. We tried Hakka Noodles, Singapore Chicken, Manchow Soup, and Dynamite Dimsum for starters. The food was super tasty and the price is justified for the taste and portion offered. Nice ambiance with limited tables. Customer service from Max was incredible (He is a Super Man!)

The food has always been consistently good in Satwa Branch. Shout-out to our server Max who indeed has the brightest smile and positive attitude. He has attended us to our needs and given us world class customer service.

Terrible experience in terms of customer service. Extremely rude support staff. Managers are much more polished and professional. Will never ever associate with them again They cancelled my order for no reason and made me to wait almost 3 hours. Horrible and call center executives are justifying their action but the Management staff were apologetic. New promotion of scratch to win is just a gimmick, not redeemable unless you visit their outlet. The reason for my order cancellation was because I asked them if this voucher is redeemable for an extra dish. It was not applicable hence the entire order was cancelled by the restaurant. Restaurant decides whose business is important. Zero value for clients even though I was their client for more than 10 years. I feel insulted and approach was extremely RUDE. May be their success has gone to their head@

We ordered our lunch from Chin Chin and the delivery was dot on time, food was delivered hot and fresh in spill proof packaging.
Lets come to the whole universe of veg delicacies we ordered.
- Cottage Cheese Chilli Dry
- Crispy Baby Corn Hot Garlic Dry
- Thai Green Curry with veggies
- Mixed Vegetables in Chilli Basil Sauce
- Vegetable Schezwan fried Rice
- Vegetable Hakka Noodles

The portions were amazing. Two people can easily share from one dish. We had ordered for a group pf total 6 people and the portions were quite enough for all of us with flavours just perfect.
Definitely recommend to try their delivery option which was certainly prompt and accurately on time.

Do not advertise discounted prices if you're going to cancel the order anyways and accept only full priced orders.
My order was conveniently cancelled which had a discount, and within a few mins (2 mins) it was again accepted upon losing my discount and paying full price this time.

Craving Indo Chinese? Looking for GOOOOD, DELICIOUS, REASONABLE YET QUALITY food, we have the place for you. Recently ordered a whole lot of Chinese food from here for us and friends and we were totally in love with it. We tried:
1. Crispy Veg with crackling spinach – a must try. Full of flavor and loved it!
2. VEGAN spring rolls – sounds interesting right? They were perfectly made, crispy and tasty. Loved them. A simple yet amazing dish to order
3. Shezwan Noodles – full of spice and flavours. Loved it. A must try dish here.
4. Burnt Garlic rice – loved it. Perfectly balanced taste and the kids enjoyed it too.
5. Mix Veg in hunan sauce – this is an inhouse special sauce from chin chin and trust us it is amazing. Not very spicy but tangy with a mix of all veggies and paneer. Loved it with the rice.
6. Veg Manchurian – loved how this was made. The gravy tasted amazing. The balls were soft and well fried.
We generally don’t get a perfect taste in all the dishes in any restaurant, but CHIN CHIN is an exception. Here, all the dishes are very well made, taste to perfection. Their deliver was bang on time and the packaging was perfect! Price wise, they are very reasonable and a meal for 2 can be under 50 easily.

I am so glad that chin chin has launched it vegan menu. I ordered noodles, veg Kung pao, fried crispy vegetables and edamame. I simply loved the taste and flavour of everything. Specially the quantity and quality.

Craving for Chinese with a twist of desi palate satisfaction. This is THE PLACE. Try it to cherish it.

Chin chin has the worst time management and delivery thru zomato is even worse, last thursday evening we placed an order at 8 pm and would you believe after calling 7 times the food finally arrived at 10.30 pm, they kept saying food is already delivered while in reality it was a fake claim, zomayi delivery guy said Chin chin satwa branch prepared the food very late and fould not handle big no of orders, alas the only person to suffer is the customer, i dont think chin chin even cares for their customers, their call centre is pathetic, they will keep u on hold for ever,

We have been ordering food from Chin Chin since many years and the food has been consistently good. Their portion size is big and the pricing is reasonable. And they always deliver it on time. Recently tried few of their dishes from the vegan menu and it was good but spicy. The best part they deliver 24 hours across Dubai and Sharjah.

Here is my honest review of @chinchinuae. The last time we ordered from here we were a little disappointed with the taste of most of the dishes ordered and after putting up my review on @zomatouae the manager contacted me and asked us to give it another try and I’m glad we did. Coz the second time around the food was much better.

Chin chin is our favourite Chinese Restaurant. Always served hot and fresh food with amazing taste. We love to eat their Dynamite Shrimps, Lettuce Wraps with Chicken, Crispy Lamb, Special Fried Rice.

So em here again with my revived review. I ordered my food via zomato n i ordered combo meal for 1. I had some issues with the food which i mentioned in my previous review. Em glad that the management looked into the matter n called me back to discusse in detail. They apologized n as compensation they offered me complimentary food (same as previous order). So today after 2 weeks I re-ordered my previous meal n surprisingly got the offer redeemed.

• Crispy Chilli Chicken Dry.perfectly fried chicken tossed in lots of bell pepper n onions added red chilli but not spicy at all.
• Sweet n Sour Chicken.sweet yet little sour sauce, excellent textured chicken, soft n juicy with capsicum, onion n pineapple chunks (my fav)
• Chicken Hakka Noodles.lots of crunchy veggies, eggs n good amount of chicken with balanced spices.

This time food quality is very good which made me change my views. Served portion was quite enough for 1-2 person. Now em sure dine-inn experience would be more good then the home delivery. Now I definitely recommend them just not because of quality food but also for the value they give to their costumers.

Had crispy beef, mixed fried rice along with stir fry Chinese green. Must say food was really delicious and quantity was more than enough for 2 persons.

This is the first restaurant that I ordered a take away, I loved the food so much I decided to visit and have on hand experience at the outlet

I have dined at the Chin Chin restaurant many times and the food is AMAZING. I wish I could open up a franchise in LONDON- UK, because It would do brilliantly.mm-mmmm I'm going back this year MARCH: D

This has been my go to place for some delicious chinese delicacies. This place has a range of amazing veg dishes as well like their "crispy babycorn hot garlic dry" that I tried and absolutely loved. It is a little on the sweeter side and has a ting of tangy ness as well. This is a dish that I highly recommend you all to try out. Along with which I absolutely loved the schezwan noodles that I had with some veg manchurian. An amazing combination that I personally would love for you guys to try. Unlike the crispy babycorn hot garlic dry this will make you tear up due to the spiciness. And absolute treat. I would also have you guys try out their sweet dish called the crispy honey noodles, as the name suggest they are thick crispy noodles topped with some honey. Loved the dish. And a thing to highlighted would be that they have a huge serving quantity which does absolute justice to its price. A single dish is good enough for 2 people. All in all this is a must visit place which you are absolutely going to love.

An average chinese restaurant serving chinese food at a very reasonable price. We had the (1) crispy beef - It was just OK, felt it very sweet. (2) Chicken chilly - Just an OK tasting curry. (3,4) Noodle & Fried rice - Just as you can expect. The one item I can comment about is the starter (5) Chicken lolipop with Salt & Pepper - Loved the taste as it had some indian spices.

I loved the food here.intimate setting with big portions! One thing I m disappointed about was crispy beef however it could be due to personal preference

After waiting for 30 mins they served wrong dish and now waiting for another 15 mins. Worst experience.
